oh my God, it will be chaotic.

ezra would tell it to both you and eren during breakfast. he's been planning on it with his girlfriend for forever, especially because if ezra dates someone, it's more or less serious even tho he's so young (perks of having eren as a dad in this au bc he teaches his sons how to be gentlemen djehnd). eren would choke on his eggs and he'll ask ezra to repeat it. you, on the other hand, are somewhat surprised yet happy for your eldest. you're looking at him like, "huh," with a tiny smile.

"i'm bringing over my girlfriend for dinner later," ezra would say as if he's talking to a toddler, his eyes specifically on eren.

"ezra, when was this?"

eren would be so dramatic bc one of his babies is finally dating someone ??? [insert swooning from the head of this chaotic family] and it's at a younger age than when he had his first relationship dwhdw kids these days. cue eren just asking questions about ezra's girlfriend while you're patting him on the back bc he's more excited than anyone in the room. when you see ezra's eyes light up while talking about this mystery girl, you feel your heart melt. it's so pure and so sincere at the same time ??? if you can classify it, it's almost like puppy love at its finest bc ezra looks so infatuated that it has caspian gagging on his milk (mind you, he's basically a kid (11) and he's plotting something against ezra at this point), to which aran slaps his arm at.

then, the dinner comes.

the girl is absolutely pretty. eren feels so proud and just stares at you while you welcome ezra's girlfriend into the house. he's leaning on the wall, full on admiring you for being so kind and welcoming to this girl. once he finds ezra's gaze, he immediately nods in an impressed manner and flashes a thumbs-up at his son, something that ezra rolls his eyes at. aran and caspian peeks from the family room like gossiping little shits. caspian doesn't believe ezra could ever date someone in general, given that he's known for starting fights with the youngest of the family. aran, though, is amazed that ezra can act so soft ??? bc both of them are watching ezra whisper to his girlfriend's ear, with the girl shaking her head with a smile, and ezra would furrow his brows but there's underlying relief peeking through his face. (he's probably asking her if it's too much and she's saying it's alright. cue the choreographed awwww.)

during the dinner, you're engaging his girlfriend in a chat (read: interrogation). like what are her intentions with your son, what are her plans for the future, you know the usual parent questions that have every child cower in embarrassment. ezra is looking at you like, mom, are you crazy ?? shut upppp and eren is like, "no no, she's doing something right, ez, let your mother be." caspian, oh this little shit, is spewing all the random facts about ezra and even aran joins in.

"did you know he once practiced kissing using the back of his hand?" aran casually starts a conversation while cutting his hamburger steak.

"ooh! i saw that!" caspian cackles. he then makes kissy faces. "he was like this. i bet he was practicing for you! oh, we can't forget about him belly-flopping on uncle zeke's pool and his swimming trunks floated up the surface before him."

aran full-on laughs at the dinner table.

"oh, my God!" ezra exclaims with a warm face. "can you two shut the hell up?!"

"language," eren calmly points his fork at ezra. you simply narrow your eyes at him.

aran sobers up from laughing. "remember that one time he called 911 because our cousin, helene, got her period while visiting us?" he bursts out laughing again. "the 911 operator was laughing at him and he nearly cried."

"hey! i was eleven — i didn't know what to do. cut me some slack!" ezra glares at both of his brothers. "in my defense, you," he points at aran, "are freaking out, too! you were looking for tampons and pads in every drawer here!"

"at least i wasn't crying literal tears and shouting that she's bleeding out to death." aran looks at ezra's girlfriend, wordlessly saying, "you're dating this guy?"

ezra's girlfriend meekly catches your gaze. "is it always like this?"

you laugh a little. "understatement of the century."

it ends with eren adding on to the embarrassing stories (though he is proud of telling them rather than purely for embarrassing ezra), aran and caspian still giggling to each other, ezra out for blood, and you feeling so exhilarated that your family didn't scare the poor girl away.

Tpt reader then falls asleep against his shoulder and he hugs her close, even telling cae and altair to "shush" as they enter their bedroom to see where Levi is.

i can imagine cae and al just peeking from their parent's door since they got home with some high remarks from their teacher. two identical heads popping through the doorway asking where their dad or mom/mum went since they're so excited that they got perfect scores on their exams. at the sight of them doing this, levi places a finger on his lips because reader is sleeping soundly against his chest. caelum nods while altair mimics the gesture his father just did. the two of them carefully enter the room and lie on either side of reader. altair looks up at levi and whispers, "you think the baby can hear us?", to which levi replies that yes, they possibly can. after hearing this, caelum leans down near reader's stomach, "hey, baby sibling, i'm caelum and this is altair. we're your big brothers." altair then adds on, "can you hurry up and get out? we want to meet you so bad."

with a blissful sigh, levi thinks he's the luckiest man on earth.

ig tpt levi would 'know' about reader's pregnancy (with elara) before she does. maybe she's just too caught up with work to really give it much thought, but levi notices the small changes happening: she feels more tired; is more emotional; slightly winces and complains that her breasts feel tender - yet, she surmises it's just PMS. levi notices she finds it harder to close her trousers; he doesn't know how she doesn't see it. so one day, as he's hugging her, levi suggests she take a test to see.

i completely agree with this! bc during her pregnancy with the twins, levi knew about it before she did. he told her that there's something amiss (in a completely levi fashion) and that she needed to visit a doctor since she had been sick for quite a concerning time. it was also levi who guessed that they're having twins instead of just one baby. it resulted to reader and levi arguing bc he told her she was too big for someone carrying a single baby.

reader, with tears forming in her eyes: are you calling me fat, love?

levi: uhm .. no????? 👁👄👁

it will be same for reader's pregnancy with elara. the moment she says she doesn't like this specific food bc of the smell, levi is already connecting the dots. this man is too smart for his own good. seeing as she's too busy to take care of herself, with her moving to california bc of the marriage rekindling thing, levi makes a checklist in his brain. just to be sure, he buys pregnancy tests when he's in the city and tells petra and oluo to stock up for his wife's incoming pregnancy cravings. and when he catches reader alone in their room trying to fit in a pair of trousers and blouse, levi simply wraps his arm around her and pulls her gently to his chest. he kisses her bare shoulder, his lips murmuring words against her skin, "i think you should take a pregnancy test." he says this so softly for fear that reader takes it the wrong way and ensues another am i fat to you fight. imagine his small shock when she turns her head and agree with him.

the man was ready to defend himself with arguments so he is too stunned to speak when he had her agreeing with him lmao.

I know that it's probably very unlikely for these words to be in the same sentence, but: how do we think Levi would last minute cram for an exam he had? (Let's say that due to certain circumstances, he doesn't have a lot of time left until a major exam and he has a lot to study). On another note, how do you think college bf Levi would act / (and maybe also help reader?) the day before they BOTH have a major exam? (Before summer break starts)

for me, levi is someone who plans ahead before every major exam, so for him to cram one at, let's say, midterms or finals, he must be in some kind of jam. in this case, maybe he's preoccupied with other courses since some professors would assign projects and papers instead of exams.

if college bf levi chooses to cram alone, do not disturb him. he might snap at you no matter how much he loves you. give him some slack — he's stressed. he'd have coffee at his disposal which says a lot bc he never drinks that every day. i'd like to think he would start with the chapter summary of the topics that will be included in the exam. since it's a last minute thing, he'd familiarize it until he can connect several points ... unless it requires extreme memorization ... then, he's screwed. levi's cramming usually happens the night before the major exam. that way, there will be more room for him to memorize shit and stare into space rethinking his decisions. the least you can do for him during this is to slide some snacks and drinks that are not coffeee on his desk bc this man would never stand up bc it's a waste of time ... (same, levi, same).

noooow, what if you two cram together? that sounds like the perfect date to me 🫣 if you're both in the same major, this is easier bc levi would recite everything to you. plus, he could quiz you out of the blue. you will ace that exam bc when levi studies, its like sparta so a high mark is guaranteed. if you're in different majors, you both study separately of course buuut levi would offer to quiz you, which ends in the two of you alternating questions throughout the night. if he catches you getting distracted, expect him to lightly tug on your hair, with a matching unamused look on his face. he'd only nod toward your unattended reference book and lecture notes as a reminder to get back to work.

You know those “their kids ask why you call them daddy” scenarios, well imagine if in the lock universe they had a daughter (let’s say like 3-4) and it’s breakfast time so when eren comes downstairs from his slumber while the boys are in the living room (playing x box or something) d/n runs up to him “daddy!” she squeals holding up her arms as a signal to hold her, and dad!eren smiles picking her up and kissing her chubby cheeks, then d/n asks rather blankly “daddy is mommy your baby too?” and eren says grinning to the point his dimples are showing. “of course, she’s been my baby before you were” and gives you a semi hungry loving gaze when you turn around, satisfied with his answer; and it’s just a sweet warm moment (not counting caspein gagging in the background trying not to vomit at his parents sudden affection) and then she says in the most innocent way possible “ohh so that’s why mommy calls you daddy at night~” and giggles as a sign of relief finally having an answer to her curiosity when she woke up in the middle of the night from a nightmare debating to either go to her elder brothers room (probably ezria’s) or yours seeking comfort, then finally decided on heading to your room and was about to knock but kept hearing faint chanting of your voice saying the words “daddy faster” confused, decided just to go back to her room *end of flashback* and you and eren just look at each other then look at the couch knowing that’s where your children most liking over heard there sisters all but innocent comment. watching ezria choking on his coke trying to catch his breath controller long forgotten, caspain getting up and yelling in a cracky voice looking in your direction “WHAT THE FUCK DAD WERE NOT DOING THIS AGAIN” then sped past them running out of the house crying having flashbacks on how his precious little sister was conceived *cue dramatic classical music* and aran just giving up hope on not hearing/witnessing his parents sex life anymore and not even reacting just sitting their continuing to read his book (secretly dying on the inside)

immediately, ezra chokes and sputters out his chosen beverage because it went down the wrong pipe. he feels the strongest urge to take his baby sister away from their father and hug her, begging her to forget anything that she heard for many nights now. still in shock, he doesn't notice that caspian paused the game and stands up from the couch. "really?! not the kinks again! thank God i stopped calling you," caspian points at a very red eren jaeger, "daddy when i was in fourth grade!" you try to calm him down but he's still talking about how that certain memory traumatized him to this day. aran, bless his soul, stops reading to rub the bridge of his nose before turning to his younger brother, promising him a tall glass of ice cream sundae if he shuts his mouth. that does the trick. ezra, who finally puts a stop on his trance, stands up and walks to his father. with a blank stare, he gently takes little eileen to his arms and murmurs, "remind us to do some soundproofing in your room as our next birthday gift to you, dad."
