The high-elite, who are considered gods and rulers, are called the Watchers.

Scar is one of the inhabitants of the Underworld, he is a "runner", carries post, products and sometimes takes on dirty work. Scar lives with Cub, Cub - was one of the inventors in the Overworld, but was banished to Underworld. Now he runs a technical bureau and is the one who designed Scar's legs, and many more implants ✨
