इन दो महिलाओं के कंधों पर है 'चंद्रयान-2' मिशन की जिम्मेदारी

चैतन्य भारत न्यूज भारत में अब महिलाएं भी पुरुषों के समान काम करके नई मिसाल पेश कर रही हैं। इन दिनों ऐसी ही दो महिलाओं के बारे में चर्चाएं हो रही हैं। दरअसल, 15 जुलाई को भारत के सबसे बड़े मिशन में से एक 'चंद्रयान-2' की लॉन्चिंग होने जा रही है। पहली बार इस मिशन की कमान दो महिलाओं के हाथों में है। इस मिशन का जिम्मा मुथैया वनिता और रितु करिधाल श्रीवास्तव के हाथों में है। इन दोनों के ही कंधों पर मिशन की शुरुआत से लेकर आखिर तक का जिम्मा है। बेंगलुरु में इसरो उपग्रह केंद्र के पूर्व निदेशक डॉ. एम अन्नादुराई ने बताया कि, 'पहले भी महिलाओं ने अलग-अलग उपग्रह प्रक्षेपणों का नेतृत्व किया है लेकिन यह पहली बार है जब किसी इतनी बड़ी परियोजना की मिशन निदेशक और परियोजना निदेशक महिलाएं हैं।' इसरो के चेयरमैन के. सिवान ने कहा था कि, 'चंद्रयान 2 मिशन की टीम में 30 फीसदी महिलाएं हैं। भारत के दूसरे महत्वपूर्ण चंद्रमा अभियान का नेतृत्व दो महिलाओं ने किया है और दुनिया को ये बात बताते हुए इसरो गर्व महसूस करता है। ये दोनों ही महिलाएं यानी वनिता और रितु पिछले 20 सालों से ज्यादा समय से इसरो के साथ जुड़ी हैं और सेवाएं दे रही हैं।' जानकारी के मुताबिक, डाटा क्वीन कही जाने वाली वनिता को चंद्रयान 1 मिशन के प्रोजेक्ट डायरेक्टर रह चुके डॉ. एम अन्नादुरई ने ही मिशन की जिम्मेदारी लेने के लिए प्रेरित किया था। वहीं रितु की बात करें तो उन्होंने साल 2013 में भारत के मंगल मिशन में बतौर वैज्ञानिक काम किया था। इतने सालों में दिग्गजों ने रितु के कौशल को पहचाना और इस बार उन्हें इतने बड़े मिशन की जिम्मेदारी दे दी। ये भी पढ़े...  कुछ ही घंटों बाद चांद को छूने निकलेगा चंद्रयान-2, जानिए इतना महत्वपूर्ण क्यों है इसरो का यह मिशन ISRO ने लॉन्च किया RISAT-2B, बादलों के पार भी रख सकेगा दुश्मनों पर नजर इसरो ने लॉन्च की EMISAT सैटेलाइट, दुश्मनों पर बाज की तरह रखेगी नजर   Read the full article

India’s second moon mission Chandrayaan 2 has launched today at 2:43 pm IST and it is a big moment for our nation.  It has been launched on board its most powerful rocket GSLV-Mk0III-M1 from Sriharikota, a week after its previous launch was aborted due to a last-minute technical glitch which was corrected by the scientists. 

With this, India has become only the fourth country to land a probe on the moon. 

With such a huge event happening in the nation, B-town celebrities took to social media and congratulates ISRO.
