Alright, designed a full set of enemies and bosses for Sonic: TMV. I’ll probably add or remove some later on, but for now this is the set list, let me know what you think

Enemies

Zombot: A standard zombot, they're not very powerful on their own, and have to get together in hordes to be dangerous

Flying Zombot: A zombot that has mutated to gain Buzz Bomber characteristics. They have wings on their back, and one of their hands has been replaced by a canon that fires energy projectiles

Spike Bomb Zombot: A zombot that has mutated to gain Asteron characteristics. The ends of their limbs are shaped like the spikes on an Asteron, which they are able to fire to deal damage at a range. Upon being defeated, they explode, causing a large amount of damage to everything nearby

Wheel Zombot: A zombot that has mutated to gain Motobug characteristics. Their feet have been replaced by small wheels, and their hands have been replaced by claws that resemble those of the Motobug. This allows them to move faster and deal more damage than a standard zombot

Claw Zombot: A zombot that has mutated to gain Shellcracker characteristics. Both of their hands have been replaced by claws, one of which is very large. They can shoot this giant claw outwards by extending their arm or smash it into the ground at a close range to deal a huge amount of damage Armored Ball Zombot: A zombot that has mutated to gain Roller characteristics. Their entire back half is covered in armored plating, making them harder to defeat and also allowing them to curl up into a ball and charge to deal damage

Bosses

Armored Blaster: A heavily mutated zombot that has gained Blaster and Rhinoliner characteristics. They are still bipedal, but they are much larger than normal, and their metal body has transformed into heavy armor across their entire body. They also have guns that can fire projectiles on several places on their body, mainly on their arms and on their back

Piercer: A heavily mutated zombot that has gained Grabber characteristics. Their torso is taller than normal, and they have four legs and four arms, all in the shape of grabber claws. These limbs all have sharp ends, allowing them to be used for stabbing attacks

Flying Destroyer: A heavily mutated zombot that has gained Sentry Bug characteristics. Their torso has become thicker and armored, and there are also several holes in their torso on each side that missiles can be launched from. In addition to that, both of their arms have been turned into guns that energy projectiles can be shot from

Blade Dancer: A heavily mutated zombot that has gained Slicer characteristics. Their body is slightly larger than the average zombot, and every part of them is sleek and pointed. Their forearms and the bottom part of their legs have been replaced by sharp blades, which they can use as a melee weapon or fire off as a projectile

Super Spike: A heavily mutated zombot that has gained the characteristics of several spiked Badniks. Their arms, head, and back are all covered in large plates of metal that are full of spikes. This gives them the appearance of a spiked ball when their arms are tucked into the right position. When their arms are to the side and their torso is revealed, they can extend limbs from their torso that have spiked balls on the end as well as spikes across the length of each limb

Dr Starline: Dr Starline transformed by his own perfected version of the zombot virus. He has multiple forms, with each one using more of the metal virus due to using what's left of Starline's conciousness using the Warp Topaz in an attempt to help himself out. The Warp Topaz also breaks more each time he enters a new phase

Rhinoliner is such a good idea but gets used horribly almost every time. “I have auto paint that doesn’t easily scratch” for some reason means “let me cover every square inch of my car in this with no regard as to if it looks good. Also let’s make sure the color is ugly”

remember when I said I learned quite a bit from the epicness of the last failure? Part of that was the terrible coverage I got from spraying with rattlecans outside last time.

The coverage was really hit-or-miss, and not very even at all. So, I moved operations into the garage and set up adequate lighting. In a controlled environment, I should get a MUCH better spray.

Of course, that also means that all those fumes and airborne solids are in a confined space and will get quasi-concentrated, so took steps towards that end, as well....

I've only got the door closed to spray, then open it up and air it out as soon as am done.

I also sanded the primecoat this go 'round, which I didn't the first time. I can already see a difference in the way the paint looks on the surface, so I think it will come out much better this time around.

Am hoping, at least, because I'm clearing this bish no matter. Twice is more than enough prep work for me, if it doesn't look presentable after this? Next step is to just Rhinoliner this thing and go! lmao

New seatbelts are in! Should have just been 11 bolts and bing bang bong done. Nope. At some point in the last 35 years, after the tub was Rhinolined, someone somehow put a bead of weld on the bolt/nut that went through the floor tub. After shattering a T-50 socket (Snap-On warranty will replace) I realized the issue. Out came the cutting torch. Once I had identified the issue, the small bit of welds were off in about 30 seconds and the nut plate was still 100% fine. I did put a little paint on it and let it dry after though.
