I'm really getting more into the trauma side of this fetish. Loving the idea of the urgency of being worked on. Having tons of medical equipment being used in my weak and vulnerable body.
Being strapped and fully restrained to a spine board clothing completely cut off me as wires and tubes lay over my body.
My weak and slow heart beat echoes around the room as I enter respiratory arrest.

Been rewatching The OA after a long while because it was distracting how turned on I'd get during the many death/near death drowning scenes. And the heartbeat listening device. The woosh of the soul leaving the body and coming back. Buuut it's the weekend soooo
One of the first lines is a subtly eager "did I flatline?"
If you haven't seen it before it's on Netflix and it's... Interesting. It's not my fave sci-fi/supernatural/fantasy show, but it's probably worth a shot if you don't mind a show that takes itself a little too seriously. Heads up if you hate cliffhangers: it got canceled after two seasons.
