I can say that mouth to mouth is my favourite type of artificial breathing. I love seing the chest rise and fall and the sound of the air escaping from the lungs.

On your gif in your bathroom with a towel: You could feel your chest tighten as you stepped out of the shower. Your breathing became short and started coming out in wheezes. You grab for your inhaler and sit down. You put the inhaler to your mouth. One puff, you take in as much as you can and hold it. You start coughing, but you know that you have to do this. You put the inhaler to your mouth again. Two puffs. You hold it as long as you can, but you have another coughing jag. You grab your phone from the table beside you and dial emergency services. Your breathing seems to be getting worse. "Send an ambulance...please...", you say, the words getting harder to escape your mouth. You attempt to tell them where you are, and they seem to understand. You put the phone down beside you, and bring the inhaler up to your lips again. Three puffs. You hold it in, wondering if you could make it to your nebulizer in your bedroom. You let out another cough. You crawl to your bedroom and pull the nebulizer out from under your bed. Your chest is heaving now, and you've completely abandoned the towel to make movement easier for you. You raise the inhaler to your lips again. Four puffs. It feels futile at this point, but you know that it seems to help, at least a little. You hold your breath as you ready the nebulizer, pouring the medication into the cup, putting the cup on the mask, placing the mask on your face, turning the machine on. You struggle to get the medication in with shallow breaths. You collapse to the floor, naked, breathing heavily, close to unconsciousness. You briefly see a medic come in and set his bag down, but you black out. You feel the nebulizer mask come off, and you feel a soft rubber mask placed over your mouth and nose. Air comes rushing into your starving lungs as he squeezes the ambu-bag. He's trying to keep up with your breaths, but soon they stop entirely. Respiratory arrest. The medic starts to hyperventilate you. The other medic says, "She still has a heartbeat, just keep her breathing". They get you ready to put you in the ambulance.
