I think that's because unlike the other components, Titania was revealed to be fiction, a made-up character created by Shakespeare, so she didn't really have any basis, considering Titania herself was also a figure composed of multiple beings. It's a bit scary because, imagine Nasu just came up with Oberon and Titania's whole deal after considering Kingprotea, or Nasu actually lucked out and it so happened that everything just fits perfectly, or worse, Nasu actually had it planned all along.
