dream comes to techno with a request: stand by while he's executed.
it's not a request that techno likes but he trusts the strange, green necromancer. but this time death is permanent and in the wake of dream's final death, things on the server begin to fall apart. techno and the syndicate take up the task of trying to stop the server from descending into rampant capitalism and possible war. it's not easy. they need help from old friends.
then out of the shadows comes a nameless person clad in black, identity hidden behind a black dog mask to offer support. can they trust this person? do they have any choice?

Writer's Summary (of first work in series)
Dream sat under the birch tree, lost in thought as tears stained his cheeks.
If he could do it all again, things would’ve been different. He would’ve left L’Manberg alone, no matter if they were on his territory. He wouldn’t have blamed Tommy for all the server's problems and sent him to exile, he wouldn’t have pushed his friends away. Dream regretted it all, and that hurt so much worse than any of his wounds.
And yet…
Dream could feel himself healing. It was slow- prime, it was so incredibly slow and tiresome and annoying- but it was happening. There were setbacks, because of course there were. But Dream was getting better.
He was healing. And that was all he needed.
OR:
Dream is released from prison after months of torture, and goes off on his Disney Princess arc. Healing takes time, but he’s determined to try.

Writer's Summary
Phil sat in the front of the boat, shutting his eyes as he felt the breeze brush against his face, nothing but the sound of the ocean gently lapping at the sides of their boat in the night.
Techno silently rowed behind him, occasionally grunting with effort, but offering no conversation. Phil didn’t expect him to, he was used to the silence. He enjoyed it.
It was a quiet night, just the two of them out on the water, heading back to their cabin in the Arctic after visiting L’Manberg.
It was nice, seeing everyone again. It had been so long since their last visit, Phil had forgotten just how much everyone had grown.
AKA a direct follow up to the previous part in the series take me to my grave (but don't you cry for me) it's fifteen years later and a very familiar face finds it's way into the lives of everyone on the SMP, a face that really should be dead by now

Writer's Summary (of first work in series)
Admins and gods have always been interconnected for thousands of years. Neither could exist without the other, for the gods required the strength of the human soul and the humans needed the gods’ magic to create worlds to reside in.
Their relationship is maintained through deals made between the two. An exchange of sorts. From their transaction, a server is born.
A certain god overlooks the Dream SMP though he rarely gives thought to his responsibilities. Ignoring the server’s pressing issues, he abandoned his admin in favour of dealing with his own concerns.
But when a certain human threatens his admin, he is forced to ask himself a question.

A normal day's clock-out routine at scenic Pandora's Vault (mind the bloodstains!) gets interrupted by creeping red vines that besiege and consume the building, causing enough mayhem that the very fabric of the server destabilizes.
Unfortunately for the current residents, this happens to send them through the void to crash into another server altogether. And more unfortunately for the current residents who are now looking to get home, this new server has a rather dark history. Getting out in one piece and returning home may, horror of horrors, require buckling down and learning to work together.
