They are a failed attempt at creating the tripple affirmative, Saint's broken predecessor. They are similar to an Echo, stuck between realities, not quite dead, not quite alive. The world from their perspective is shifted, corrupted, much like in their campaign. Most of the scugs cannot see them, only able to notice them in dreams or as a short vision, however due to monk's particular attunement, they are the only one who can truly interact with Sofanthiel. They help them get their feelings out and talk a lot, and they become really really close friends!
