He kinda looks proud? Don't they do this in general? To show dominance? Goherping on YouTube has a good care guide on these fellows. You're very kind

I didn’t even know he’d released a care guide, if I’m being honest- I have to check it out. He’s great with reptiles.

The reason I believe he’s stressed is because his underside is covered in very dark () shaped marks, which are a sign of stress in beardies.

I wrapped the tank with paper so excess like. Visual stimulus wouldn’t bother him as much, but then I realized that he was focused on his own reflection - so yeah, he thought there was another dragon in the tank with him ( and was probably trying to scare it off, heh )

I’m gonna take some precautions to try and lessen the amount of reflection / block it off with decorations, but he isn’t behaving aggressively towards his reflection either. He’ll benefit from having time to adjust to his new surroundings ( and to realize that the lizard he sees in the glass won’t attack him )

1. Are you named after anyone?

I’m not really named after anyone. However I did have a great great grandmother named Annie.

2. When was the last time you cried?

Hmm… Thanksgiving Break??

3. Do you have/want kids?

Nah I’m too young and single to have kids now. But when I’m older I would like a daughter.

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?

Sometimes. It depends on who I’m talking to as to how much sarcasm I use ^^;

5. What’s the first thing you notice about people?

Their personality. Unless it’s a stranger I see in public but don’t speak to. Then it’s just observing facial features.

6. What’s your eye color?

Chestnut, I think.

7. Scary movie or happy ending?

Happy ending please! I get waaaaaaaay too attached to characters and their plights.

8. Any special talents?

I am really good at sensing and understanding others’ emotions. Feelings are kinda my thing.

9. Where were you born?

United States

10. What are your hobbies?

Hmm… I love watching animated short films and researching a lot about different animals.

11. Do you have any pets?

Many! Two dogs, two crested geckos, and two betta fish.

12. What sports do you play/have you played?

I’m not much of a sports person. I used to be in orchestra though.

13. How tall are you?

I’m fairly tall. 5’8”

14. Favorite subject in school?

Definitely art. It’s always my favorite. I like the other subjects depending on how it’s taught. Except math. Math is my mortal enemy.

15. Dream job?

My dream job is to be a character designer and eventually I want to have my own show in the cartoon industry. Maybe illustrate a book or two or create a concept for a videogame.
