I would say that, considering his history, he's not that wrong, but even I have doubts as to whether that would be right. But at the end of the day, this is just a joke that's been in my head for a while, sooooo…eh.

Oh hey, an attempt at a comic? Made by me? That I didn't give up during the process or lost all motivation? What was my only attempt at this, 2019? Damn, it's been a long time.

I thought about leaving this here without editing or any colors, just the natural ones from the paper and pencil. But something in my head said "HAHAHA, no" so I went back to work. I had to put this idea down on paper this time (literally). If another year passes without me being able to execute this idea, I would lose my mind.

This scenario was inspired by this video by Jehtt, inspired by the original meme by Windii. Credits to both of them.

For a long time I wanted to joke - especially on the anniversary - that I wanted Sammy to only have less than 5 seconds in the next game (or in other words, take his screen time in DR, and shorten it even more). You know, just for the funnies (unless..?) But,thanks to the news released at the beginning of January this year about The Cage, I legally can't do this joke anymore…this year. Don't worry, after that comes out (and finally gives Sam the screen time he wants,hopefully) and we start to crawl into the Bendy 3 production era, I'll make this joke when I can.

Anyway, happy birthday Sammy Lawrence. You may not be my favorite character in this franchise, but there are some things I can actually appreciate about you. Plus, you made me laugh a few moments before (you know what I'm talking about) so there's that.

And happy 7 years to Chapter 2, and by extension, Susie, Norman, Alice, the Searchers, (Johnny????), and Beta Ink Bendy. (I would mention Jack too, but he was only introduced with the release of CH4, so technically it's not his birthday yet, but I'll consider him here).

And now? May I be able to do something for CH4's anniversary. Wish me luck,cus I'll need it.

Chapter One : The Trade Route and The Great Devout

It had been months since Audrey, the woman made of ink, daughter of Drew- had escaped the studio with the giant, beastly ink demon. Tales spread through the whole entire studio the day she left- along with the grievances of the many lost ones who had died in the battle. Some despised Audrey for killing their families- but some saw her as an angel, akin to Alice herself, for banning the ink demon to the human realm.

Audrey never did quite forget about the ink realm- for she still communicated. She never re-entered- not any time soon, anyways. Much too dangerous... But, she always lent supplies. Boxes and crates full of gent pipes, new ones made in the human realm. Cans of soup- weapons, farming equipment. Soup and tools weren’t infinite, after all. The society found it hard to adjust without fear of the tyrannical Wilson and the ink demon, but with the sudden upbringing of a brand new ink demon, some sort of life started to form.

Of course, the trades Audrey had made to the ink realm had to be managed by certain people.. The distributor, porter- had been making his rounds today. His first destination ?

The new ink demon’s home. Luckily, he didn’t bite.

THIS IS GONNA BE A JUMBLED COMPILATION OF MY THOUGHTS OF BATDR SO BE WARNED

SPOILERS AHEAD

I thought Porter would play a bigger role in BatDR but I'm happy with his use in the game. Same goes for Miss Heidi (Porter - TelePORTER / Heidi - HIDE and go seek... I love it)

Sammy. I was sad that he wasn't as well used as I thought, since he's my favorite character, HOWEVER: If you think about what he must have been doing and the behind the scenes stuff that made him considered a Cyclebreaker and too dangerous to roam free, AND the fact that Allison and Tom definitely had to be the ones to free him and Henry, I'm happy. Sad he got shot, but happy he was being productive. Nice song buddy.

WILSON IS SLIMY AND GROSS I HATE HIM but he makes an interesting villain

THE INK DEMON CAN FUCKING SPEAK!?!?!? I BEG YOUR MOTHERFUCKING PARDON??

Slicer is a very interesting character to make. I like her "backstory"

I was so sad when we hurt little Bendy. Like I cried a little like aw noooo

Betty saying she doesn't trust anyone but stays with Wilson cause he takes care of her makes me wanna know more about her. She also said she was apart of a long line of defects, if im correctly remembering and for maybe 2 seconds I thought she could possibly be and Alice Angel clone, but I refuse to go further into that yet. The point I'm making is I love Betty.

ALICE AND ALLISON OMG THAT WHOLE MOMENT WAS INCREDIBLE!

So I originally disliked Alice. I thought badly of her from Chapter 3 and 4 and stuff. But the way she was written in BatDR was absolutely incredible. I love her now and I am glad she got some closure before her death. Also she escaped her prison! Absolute Girlboss.

Henry doesn't look to bad for being older.

Joey's dead. He fucking died. Damn.

I liked having the notes and the tapes, but I wish there was subtitles for the tapes...

To have moves like Porter.

It was clear that I would have to do something with my man Porter at some point,and this prompt is perfect for that. Even though he only had… *checks notes* a little over 2 minutes of screen time in the entire game, (which is very unfortunate) Porter still managed to captivate me. Look at this silly dude,living his best life in the ink realm. I will protect this guy until my last days in this franchise. Praying he has more appearances in the future.

I tried experimenting with poses this time. I'm not very used to doing these things, but at the end of the day, to my surprise, the result wasn't that bad! And I liked how the colors turned out. The only thing I didn't love were those "inky winds". You know that effect that appears on the screen when you (or in this case, Porter in the cutscenes) use Flow to move to certain places during the game? That's what I tried to replicate. It's not very good, but I had to do what I could do.

On another note,Day 7! I did it! I can't believe it,I finished the first week of the event! And it only took a month to do it lol.

At least I'm happy that I surpassed my goal of making more than 6 prompts for this event. Now it’s time to see if I can do another 7 days. If I can make it halfway before the end of this month I'll be happy.

Debating whether to change things this time and do prompts randomly regardless of the order, since August is already over, or continue in the order of the calendar. It will most likely end up being the second option I think, but I'm not throwing the first option away. Not now at least.
