The T7S gang's kids, in my verse. Their middle school relationships.
Based on @einsteinsugly's post for her verse
Leia: Nothing at all. Not even close to sexually active. She's had crushes on girls and guys, and kisses Gwen during truth or dare. But aside from that, she never really did anything.
Mia: She goes on one date with a guy named Colin and kisses him, but they realize they’re better as friends (some similarities to s1-2 r*cas)
Reggie: He's dated a bit. Lost his virginity in the back of a van at 12 years old to an upperclassman, but he never had a real relationship. Just gone on a few dates.
Kat: She kissed one boy named Colin at 13 and really liked him, only to find out he made a bet with his friends that he’d get the first girl he ever saw to fall for him. Let’s just say that her heart wasn’t the only thing that got broken that day.
Betsy: I talked about this in a separate post (which I still need to finish lol), but she lost her virginity at 13 in the woods to a guy named John Helmsman. After what happened, she decided to go the monk route and vowed to never have sex again.
Jay: He loses his virginity at 13-14 similar to how Reggie does. Who he loses it to? I don’t know yet. A part of me wants to say Nate since in my verse since they’re each other’s bi awakenings.
Oak: Literally nothing. He’s had crushes on boys, but doesn’t realize it at the time because compulsory heterosexuality.
Rose: She has crushes, but never really does anything. Focuses on school and her grades, which makes her parents proud but also stirs jealousy in her little sister June, who masks it by taunting her for being a 'goody two shoes' (she’s already jealous that Rose is basically FR's favorite haha)
June: Loses her virginity at 12-13 to her first love, Julius. But then he ghosted her the next day, leaving her with a broken heart for the next few months. Word spreads around school and she gets slut shamed a lot, along with kids just assuming she'll 'do it with anybody' to cope with him leaving.

The criteria for Jo (Mitchell) as a toxic boy mom in my verse.
*She treats her son like he’s still her baby, and he usually can do little wrong. Unless he clearly defies her expectations or calls her out, that is.
Check! Jonah is basically the only consistent man in Jo's life and she smothers the shit out of him. Too much even.
*She resents her son’s significant other, because she thinks she can’t take care of him, and is openly hostile towards her whenever they’re serious.
Oh definitely. Despite Jonah and Anne-Marie always having a thing for one another, Jo was fine. It was just when they actually got into a serious relationship that made her go red. Due to Jo growing up with maids and servants for 15 years, that's shaped her view on 'taking care' of a person. And Jonah is an only child who Jo spoiled the shit out. So she doesn't believe that anyone else could 'take care of him' the way she does (she still doesn't see him as a grown man who an handle his shit).
*Clearly favoring the son over the daughter.
Jonah is an only child but MAYBE Jo would favor him, Jordan II, Connor II over Jazzy and Sammi. Idk.
*She does things to ensure that the son isn’t impressed with anything his future spouse does. Cooking is one of them.
Oh Jo repeatedly tries to make Anne-Marie look bad, even while they're just dating. She wants to stay Jonah's '#1 woman'. Kelly always has to reel her back in and be like 'wtf are you doing'

Unlike with Kitty and Jackie, this criteria actually fits. They have this weird and creepy mother-son/husband-wife style relationship (like Annette and Danny from The Mindy Project). Jonah is literally the only consistent man in Jo's life and Jo doesn't want to lose that so she acts very weird during that period Jonah has a girlfriend (not Anne-Marie).
