Hey there! Is Polyship Week still happening for 2024? Had a blast with it last year and excited to do it again this year!

Hello and thanks for asking!

Your humble mod was originally planning to run this in the spring again this year, but has been, frankly, overcome by Life Events, SO rather than rush, we are gonna take the opportunity to make a move we've been considering since the first year and migrate this event to align with Polyamory Day!

Update your calendars, tell your friends and partners and metas:

Polyship Week returns November 17th – 23rd!

Expect to see prompt polling in the coming months — we wanna hear what you wanna make! The "draw your squad"/visual prompts last year were a big hit, so we'll especially be taking suggestions for those.

I know it's definitely a bit early to ask this, but are there plans to continue Polyship Week in 2024?

I participated last year, and even if I couldn't make all of the ideas that the wonderful prompts inspired come to fruition, I enjoyed the event enthusiastically and really hope it will make a return! As it turns out, the fandoms I'm mainly in may have come and gone, but my preference for polyships stayed, and I've honestly already started getting antsy about the idea of possibly participating in another one!

No pressure if there aren't though, I can see that a lot of work clearly went into the last one and I wouldn't be surprised if the event mod(s) didn't have the time or energy to continue it :]

Not too early at all! I was just thinking over the weekend it was about time to get the ball rolling again. You have no idea how awesome it is to hear someone else is excited too. <3

We 100% plan to have polyship week again, probably in May this year. ^_^

Update: Polyship Week 24 will be Nov 17th–23rd!
