My first attempt at making planner stickers. Made all the elements myself! But, I forgot to make sure it was the correct size in design space so it’s blown out. BUT I did manage to pull off the die cut & kiss cut together! I’m using up the Cricut brand sticker paper I got before I found out about the stickers online brand that many Etsy shop owners use. I’m more worried about running out of ink. The Epson printer I have has tiny cartridges. Gonna have to upgrade in the near future. One step at a time! Giving stickers a shot. I’ve learned that: 1. I needed to set my printer to default print on High Quality. 2. The alignment is off by 1/16” somewhere and I need to fix/calibrate either my printer or my Cricut. 3. The Sticker setting in Design Space doesn’t cut cleanly 4. The Cricut brand sticker paper doesn’t feel sturdy to me. The back paper is too thin/flexible for die cut. Can’t get the backing off. I’ll probably go with the online labels that most Etsy shops use. That way patrons will know what to expect if they’ve bought off other shops. .
