Jon agrees to marry Elias because Elias said that he can turn one of the two spare bedrooms into a studio for his fabric crafts and his embroidery/knitting corner in his current flat is getting really cramped.
The other spare bedroom has to be left alone because that's where Peter sleeps when he's pretending like he's not in a relationship with them and he needs to wallow in his own loneliness for a while.

Another Tma Au, because I am bored, and I have a lot of thoughts. Lonely/Eye Jon, PeterJonElias. This isn't good characterization, this is blatant projection, and also really long.
Okay, so season 4 Jon right, he's sad, and he's being either called a monster by people, they are ignoring him, or they blatantly hate him.
Jon gets upset after something happens, and essentially locks himself in his office. No one was expecting him to react like this, so they just ignore it, and hope that he quits being dramatic. Meanwhile, Jon is having a mental breakdown and hiding under his desk because he wants to feel safe for the first time since his coma.
A few days pass, and they realize he isn't gonna leave his office, so they go to get the key. They unlock the door to find that Jon is nowhere to be found, and the room is covered in fog. They try yelling at Peter for this, but he has no clue what is going on. He's been staying away from the Archives, and so they also try asking Martin, but no dice.
Cut to Jonah freaking out because he can't see his Archivist anymore, and he doesn't quite know why because he had been keeping an eye on other things. However, he can still feel that Jon is alive somewhere, he just can't see him. So, he tries mentioning that Jon could be in the tunnels somewhere. They look, and he isn't there.
Finally we cut back to Jon, and he's just cleaning up the Archives once everyone has gone home without anyone realizing. He's quietly getting his work done, and he's leaving before anyone else can show up and get upset at him. The Archives are slowly getting organized, because Jon is a workaholic with nothing better to do, and he's just trying his best to avoid everyone.
Since no one knows where Jon went, things kind of just go on hold overall, because Jonah's plans need Jon. Peter still tries to get Martin to kill Jonah, but Martin just ends up completely fading into the Lonely instead.
Jon has realized by now that something is wrong, and that he's in the Lonely. He ends up accidentally teaching himself to leave it when leaving the Institute one day because he wanted to get a coffee, and the barista couldn't see him. So, now we've got a Jon who actually kind of understands what is going on, and he's starting to feel a bit better about life overall.
He still cleans up the Institute at night when no one else is around. However, one night, Peter is there. He is just sitting in the Archives because he has nothing better to do, and he gets bored with Martin not being around to bug anymore. Peter roughly sees someone in The Lonely and decides to yank them out just to find that its The Archivist. The same person that has been missing for weeks/months by now.
They talk a little bit, and Jon asks a question about Martin, just to realize he can still use compelling, and its gotten stronger, because Peter is just spilling his guts about accidentally killing Martin. Jon gets kinda pissed and tries to leave using The Lonely. He fails, and they just sit together for a bit, because Jon doesn't want to talk to Peter, but the man isn't letting him leave.
After half-an-hour or so, Jon's curiosity gets the better of him, and they start talking again. Peter brings up Jonah looking for Jon, and Jon just yells at him, because 'I swear if Elias is Jonah Magnus I am going to hurt somebody.' Peter kinda just hums along, because that was his reaction at first too.
Jon calms down a bit, and asks about the time, Peter just kinda shrugs because there isn't a clock in Jon's office, and suggests that he go check, as long as Jon stays put. He agrees, and Peter comes back with the time and Jonah.
Jon finally left The Lonely, so Jonah finally saw Jon in the Archives and got overjoyed, because his Archivist was right there where he belonged. Jonah finally gets to the institute around when Peter left the room, so they end up chatting about it for a minute.
They come back to find that Jon is passed out, because as much as he had been taking acre of the Archives, he hadn't been taking care of himself while he was in The Lonely. Jon is exhausted, and now that Peter left, didn't have a distraction.
Jonah and Peter just kinda look at eachother for a minute before Jonah just sighs, and tells Peter to grab Jon, and mutters something about having a spare room on his home. He forces Peter to come with, because serial divorcees, and he can't pick up Jon as easily as Peter can.
So yeah, they end up just putting Jon in the spare room and hanging around the house until he wakes up. Jon finally wakes up the next day, and he's actually doing kind of okay, because Jonah gave him a statement while he slept.
They(Jonah) end up forcing Jon to talk to them, and Jon ends up agreeing to stay for a bit, because he has nowhere else to go. So, a couple days pass by, and Jonah asks if he needs anything. Jon asks for more clothes, and finds them in his room the next day.
They fall into a light dynamic, and Jon ends up enjoying being around them, but its a bit much sometimes, so he wanders off from time to time into the Fog, usually coming back before dinner, sometimes not.
After a while Jon gets comfortable, and kisses Jonah on the cheek as a thanks for something, and Jonah just stops and goes red before walking away. Jon doesn't realize and thinks Jonah is just uncomfortable, so he doesn't do it again.
Something similar happens with Peter, so this causes Lonelyeyes to talk about it, and they are like 'why not, Jon seems interested in us, so we should return the favour' and they start lightly using their own love languages with Jon.
Jon is oblivious until he gets kissed on the mouth, and they end up all talking about it. Peter and Jonah thinking Jon started it, and Jon just not realizing until he lightbulbs. They all go out, and everything ends up being fine.

Murder Husbands JonPeterElias
Like, a Jon who knows about what's going on, understands, and doesn't really care or even celebrates it. Jonah, who just loves his husbands loves being alive and loves his job. And Peter, who is both very happy and very confused as to how the hell his life turned out this way. All of them get to be happy, and they all stay fed, and their gods are pleased. Domestic JonPeterElias, my beloved. They deserve to be happy, and they deserve to be evil. Jon deserves a villain arc, and I wanna give it to him. Jon deserves to get coddled by the bastard men.

AuDHD Jon and peterjonelias, because I enjoy them. :)
I imagine that Jon is AuDHD, and they can't tell the difference between being overstimulated and understimulated, and it bugs the shit outta him. I can just imagine him getting frustrated because stimming at work is not professional, but they are struggling with getting anything done because they can't think. Being properly stimulated helps with thinking, but they can't tell if they need more or less stimulation. This is an issue because if they are understimulated, they could just go get some caffeine. However, if they are overstimulated and have caffeine, they are just going to have a shutdown and crash afterward, which is even more improfessional.
Peter and Elias' reactions:
Peter doesn't really know how to handle it. He'll try giving Jon his heavy ass overcoat, and occasionally, he agrees to hold Jon while they play a game on their phone and lean on him. He does his best to help, but he doesn't understand much about how other people work. I could also see him grabbing water or something; not a comforting drink by any standards, but it does help sometimes.
Elias would be a complete little shit about it, but eventually would do his best to actually help Jon. In the beginning, he is telling Jon about how improfessional his behavior is and trying to get them to fix it. Eventually, he figures it out and starts carrying around smaller things that he's learned help Jon when they get into these states. Elias doesn't quite realize in the beginning that this behavior can't be 'fixed' in a healthy way, but once he does, he quits harassing Jon and just tries to help.
Now I am thinking of what a dumpster fire it would be to have Peter and Elias trying to handle a shutdown before a relationship, and for the first time.
Jon curls up under their desk because everything is too much, and they want to cry. Peter keeps trying to get them to get out from under the desk, and sit down on something softer, while Elias is freaking out and trying(failing) to get The Eye to tell him what to do. Jon ends up crashing, and Peter physically moves them to the couch in Elias' office. Elias still has no idea what to do, but he follows Peter anyway.
When Jon wakes up, the three of them have to have a conversation about what happened. Jon is uncomfortable and exhausted by the end of it. Peter is slightly uncomfortable, but mostly just thinking. Elias does not understand human limitations anymore. He is deeply uncomfortable. Jon ends up going back to sleep while the other two talk.
Jon ends up following them home without really realizing what they are doing, and neither of the other two correct what he's doing, so he is just going along with what is going on. They just want to go back to sleep, and this is easier than taking the tube.
Jon ends up stealing their spare room after that. It has a very soft carpet.

Trans/Omega Jon, Pregnancy, baby names
Jon's Uni Band was The Mechs(mostly just taking some names, no huge references)
Mentions JonElias and JonPeter.
I want Jon to get pregnant from Peter or Elias. I want Jon to get knocked up because I think it would be fun to play around with. I also want this to be a "Jon is willingly The Archivist and enjoys it" deal because Jon deserves to enjoy his inhumanity.
I also think that Jon deserves the Mechs as friends.
Imagine: Jon gets tipsy at an event or something and ends up being chatty with the people around him.
This results in Jon accidentally saying that he finds Peter/Elias handsome, to their face, and as if it is a well-known fact. (It is a well-known piece of Institute Trivia that Jon had a crush on Elias back when he worked in Research)
I wanna see Peter and/or Elias trying for ages to properly court Jon before realizing how oblivious the man was. They quickly corrected the situation, of course.
After a bit, Jon gets pregnant with twins. A boy and a girl. He snips at Jonah and/or Peter until he gets naming rights. However, how long that would take is up to you.
Jon ends up naming the girl: Sasha Anastasia Sims, and the boy gets named: Timothy Marius Sims. Named after old friends.
Jon eventually has two more kids: Rose Alexandria, named by Jonah, and Antonio Raphael, named by Jon. Peter wouldn't want "The Attachment Associated With Naming A Child." So Jon gets to name 3/4 of the children. Maybe 4/4 because Jon could easily name a child Rose Alexandria.
Jon just deserves to give kids all the care, love, security, and safety that he never felt as a child.
I think Jonah would love taking care of a happily pregnant Jon. Honestly. And he would adore anything Jon creates.
Peter would help in non-visual ways. You only actually notice it if you are paying attention to him, or his coat, which now has a small child in it 60% of the time.

I wanna talk about my headcanons for PeterJonElias because it's fun, and I have been posting a lot for the tag, so I am allowed. This can be read as projection, or it can be read as just headcanons.
Jon: short, thin, British-Indian, and either non-binary or somewhere around there, with long greying brown hair. They/he/it Jon who is confident in their inhumanity. I also believe in monster Jon. He gave up on preserving his humanity, and it was gifted a giant spinx-type form that is fluffy and has black and green coloring. Brown eyes that kinda go green in the light. They are huge on physical touch and just generally spending time with their partners. It doesn't have to talk to them. He just wants to know they are there. I also headcanon autistic Jon because I am autistic, and I say so. Jon can go between the full Archive Monster form and the human form. However, they prefer one or the other. Jon, of course, is 29-30. Old Lady Hobbies.
Elias/Jonah: I am partial to Jonah being a long-haired trans redhead. She was a pretty little bastard who had men wrapped around his finger, and she knew it. Elias, however, has slightly more muscle, taller but not much, brown hair, and some graying in it. He's a rich twunk. Also, he/she Jonah, I've seen someone making content for transfem Jonah lately, and I love it. Jonah is some flavour of trans, and idc which. Elias has tanned skin, and Jonah was pale as hell. She is a cuddle person. He is a little possessive but would 100% give up on a relationship out of pure curiosity. She likes watching her partners and just knowing the things they enjoy and the little details that make them who they are. Jonah just has his many eyes, and he's happy with that. Elias is 48, Jonah is 245.
Peter: Blue eyes, pale skin, longer white hair. He is around 45 but looks closer to the late 30s range. He's fat, and he's taller, and he takes advantage of it. There's a document one of his husbands wants? Too bad, it's on the fridge now. He just likes having something to miss because he feels like it makes him closer to his God. He didn't pick his partners. He was half roped into dating James, and then James became Elias, and Elias brought in Jon. He doesn't know how this happened, but he's fine with it. He will also occasionally, and without warning, give them random gifts. It will just be there, no context, and no explanation. I also like Peter being autistic.
Peter kinda just drags the other two into his lap for quiet cuddles. Jon plays a stupid game on his phone, might occasionally get him to look at something, or just leaves him 'alone' completely. They both have artsy projects they enjoy as well. Jon can quietly sit crocheting something while Peter sits and makes a Ship In A Bottle or something. They can just sit and enjoy each other's company while staying silent. Elias will hang out with them but needs to either lay on someone or be active in a conversation with someone. No one is allowed to forget that she is there. He always wants one person's eye on him. Elias might put on an inaccurate documentary just so that she can yell at the TV about it and to make sure they know he is there. Elias likes being seen.
This is all for now, but I love the three of them, and they deserve to be awful and love each other over it.

Pet Play, JonElias, JonPeter.
I need more pet play fics with Jon. He deserves to be happy and not have to think for a while. Jon deserves to just sit somewhere in a pleasant headspace for a while.
I do think this dynamic suits relationships with a struggle on Jon's side. I personally take a huge preference to JonPeter because they are underutilized, but we also love JonElias. I love fics where Peter or Elias is a calming force to Jon, even if Jon hates it.
Jon needs to chill out a bit, and I think Peter should scruff him like a cat, so he chills out a bit. Peter should have a lap cat in Jon. Jon should be cared for by an authority figure.
That authority figure should be Peter, Elias, or both of them. Especially when Lonelyeyes still have their serial divorcees dynamic. Jon isn't the glue holding them together, though. He's just here for fun, and to not need to think for a bit.
This is mostly mindless rambling, but so are most of my posts, so I don't care much.

Could you maybe do something for jonelias or peterjonelias about Jon being touched starved or just about touch in general? Is okie if not, I’ve just been having thoughts for days about this stuff
God, Jon is so painfully touch starved. He’s been that way since childhood but it becomes even worse as canon progresses and his only contact with other people becomes associated with fear and pain.
Whether their relationship is healthy or not, Elias takes advantage of this immediately. He’s uncomfortably touchy in general, but after they get together, Elias is ALWAYS touching him. He drags fingers across Jon’s shoulders, presses a hand to the small of his back to steer him around a room, wraps an arm around his waist at events. He’s so tactile and it just makes Jon melt.
Getting that from Peter is considerably more difficult though, for obvious reasons. It takes a long time for them to figure it out, but eventually they discover that absolutely silent cuddling is perfect for them. Jon will crawl onto Peter’s lap while he’s working and just fall asleep. They spoon together in bed on lazy afternoons, dozing off in the comforting stillness with the Lonely muffling the world around them. Occasionally, Peter will bring himself to run his fingers through Jon’s hair for a little bit or press a kiss on his forehead.
It works for them. They’re happy.

Yes! Absolutely!
Just as a warning, my headcanons for ships change at a whim so this is gonna be a wild mishmash of different ideas and AUs lmao
They LOVE EACH OTHER. This isn't a tense alliance between avatars or whatever, it's just three men who are very evil and love being evil together. Sometimes. Peter likes being evil with them but from a distance.
Jon is financially stable with a well paying job and his own flat. Elias is pretty damn wealthy after hoarding 200 years worth of wealth in off-shore accounts on top of his Institute salary. Peter is still their sugar daddy and takes great pride in basically throwing his many credit and debit cards at them.
IF their relationship started pre-canon or early in the show, before the Unknowing, then it's because Jon came into his becoming as the Archivist much earlier and Elias started introducing him to the other avatars. To his delight, Jon and Peter really hit it off and things went from there.
In that AU, they'd basically act as his support system while he slowly loses his humanity. An avatar is never more vulnerable than while in that "not quite human, not quite monster" stage and Peter and Elias work to basically protect him from other avatars, other entities, and himself. They're his port in what feels like an endless storm.
IF their relationship started post-Unknowing, then it would've basically been to spite Elias. Peter was probably trying to make his lover/husband/ex/frenemy jealous by snatching his precious Archivist, only to get in way too deep. Jon was probably drawn by Peter's inhumanity and his own desperate need to find another anchor after losing Elias.
Elias is a pretty average build, decently tall and pretty muscular (he did beat someone to death with a pipe). Jon is a twig, already pretty short and skinny but practically gaunt after everything that's happened to him. Peter is MASSIVE and built like the sailor he is, complete with a very nice and soft belly. He can almost wrap his hands completely around Jon's waist and they all love this, though Jon pretends he doesn't.
In that very fun AU where Peter is Mordechai Lukas, then Jon would absolutely be Jonathan Fanshawe reborn as his ex lover's Archivist. I imagine Peter/Mordechai and Elias/Jonah would've spent the last 200 years trying to find him again, and would be DELIGHTED when the Web drops him right back into their laps.
NSF.W/ Peter and Jon both have dehumanization/objectification kinks, Jon because it lets him enjoy sex without the usual expectations and Peter because it makes it easier for him to handle that sort of intimacy when he can pretend like his partner isn't actually a person. Elias thinks they're both hilarious, but is pretty into it too tbh.
Peter and Elias really do love each other, but they're so different and when they fight, it's brutal. That's why they split up so often. Jon, though, doesn't hesitate to call them out on their overdramatic bullshit and force them to actually talk things out. His low tolerance for relationship nonsense is part of the glue holding their relationship together.
Peter justifies their relationship to himself by saying that, even if he isn't particularly lonely when he's with them, the pain and loneliness is excruciating when he's away. It's his offering to the Lonely, an apology for finding love.
To "exacerbate the loneliness" according to him, he brings some of Jon and Elias's things with him when he goes to sea. Not photos, just to make things more difficult for his voyeuristic Watcher, but things like Elias's favorite coat or the quilt that Jon's had for years.
In turn, his presence is always in their home, even when he's gone. They have what few pictures they can take of him, leave his clothes hanging in the closet and folded in the dresser, keep his toiletries out and a towel set aside for him, don't put away his spare shoes or coats, etc. They make sure that he's still there with them.
This infuriates and pains him.
N.SFW/ Pre-prison, Jon discovered a fondness for cockwarming under Elias's desk. This continued when Peter was the head of the Institute, and then when they moved in together.
They aren't secretive about their relationship but NO ONE knows the details. It's the hottest topic for Institute gossip.
Elias complains constantly about Peter giving him beard burn, but he'd riot if Peter ever actually shaved.
In an omegaverse AU, one where Jon is trans, or an AU with some sort of supernatural pregnancy shenanigans, Jon would put his foot down about entity-related childrearing. The Lukases may be obsessed with churning out loneliness for their god through child neglect and emotional abuse, but Jon will not tolerate that for his children. Their child will be raised with love and will choose their own entity (or no entity at all) when it's their time. Peter and Elias both accepted this, under threat of Jon leaving if they tried to break that rule.
Jon likes to nap on Peter's lap. He is basically just an overgrown cat.
To keep from hurting Peter with their own Beholding habits, Jon and Elias created a very complex ritual involving the torture and sacrifice of humans to both the Beholding and the Lonely. This is effectively to reassure their entities that they're still loyal and dedicated, and to ask that they be be allowed to See Peter. This ritual needs to be repeated pretty frequently, but it seems to be working.
The Lukases actually weren't too unhappy about the relationship. It strengthens the alliance between the Beholding and the Lonely, and that means less danger for all of them.
Peter gives the best massages and Jon's joints haven't felt this amazing since the early days of his arthritis.
Jon goes into the Lonely willingly, just so he's marked like he needs to be, and part of Peter is shattered at how much damage it did. He knew how easily they could hurt him, but never really thought about how much he could hurt them in turn. It was a very sobering realization.
This was very Peter focused bc I don't think peterjon gets enough love, sorry!
