Here’s a simple prayer to say when using holy water, especially when drinking or blessing yourself with it, after making the Sign of the Cross:

Heather Llewellyn nominates Norma Llewellyn for Volunteers of the Week! They wrote ‘Over the last few decades Norma has spent a lot of time volunteering in and around the area.  Prior to COVID she regularly volunteered to teach a card making class monthly at seniors’ homes in Peace River, High Prairie, Fairview and Berwyn.  She even hosts a couple of the classes in her home and the seniors bus out to her house for a barbecue and card class.  She has volunteered for the Monogram bus for many years and also volunteers each year at the Peace River Stampede.  There are many more places she volunteers as well.’
