Kieran couldn't stop thinking about Aurora and the news he'd learned about William, about the event that destroyed their relationship. Their future. After she left, he'd let his emotions get the better of him. He yelled, he punched, he cried, he mourned the life he could have had all over again. After days of non-stop thinking, he'd decided, he wanted to end William. End him, once and for all. Impulsively, he was planning on storming to their headquarters and ending the man. When reaching inside his safe to grab his gun, when his fingers brushed up against a velvet box he'd forgotten about. The reminder was enough to know his plan was reckless. So when he left his apartment, he waited outside Aurora's apartment door instead. As he waited he pulled out the box and opened the lid to reveal the engagement ring he'd purchased. He sighed as he closed the lid and slipped the box into his pocket. Hearing the elevator ding, he looked up and rose to his feet at the sight of the blonde. "Ro, you can't avoid me for forever."

This getaway was just what Cole needed not only to take some time away from his work but to reaffirm things with Violet. Lately he had been so focused on other things that he felt himself lacking as a partner. The last thing he wanted to do was lose the best person in his life. Which is why he put in person effort to make sure this trip was perfect for them. The warm air and getting out on the water would allow them to really focus on each other. As he came back to the yacht after a relaxing morning swim he smiled at the sight of her enjoying the sun. For a moment he lingered there watching her before slowly coming aboard. “I love seeing you like this,” he whispered placing a hand on the inside of her knee before leaning down to give her a kiss. “Figured I would let you sleep a bit longer. how are you liking everything?”

sherry usually had a way with dealing with things she didn’t like with the other. if it didn’t involve communication, it usually involved punishment, which she happily dealt with on a regular basis, if her partner was into it. her day had been long and she was tired, so after a few sarcastic remarks thrown her way to try and rile her up, she’d decided on a quick trip to the bedroom, returning with something clearly protruding from underneath her skirt. pursing her lips, she sat back on the couch and spread her legs, eyeing the other in the kitchen. “come here.” she told her. “on your hands and knees, please.” she requested, a cheeky look on her face. / @rcseglds

Aurora's reply didn't help her understand where she and Archie would land. Replaying it over and over while walking around the corner from the apartment, is the equivalent of self torture. Putting space between her and the apartment, letting the cold air dry the tears that fell down her cheeks didn’t give her the peace she thought it would. Holding herself together was becoming harder and harder with every step. She thought about her life, and knew Archie had provided enrichment that no one every had. Which stirred even more self hate with her choices and wondered what she could have done that would have produced a different outcome. Whether she admitted what she did today, or three years ago, she still would have lost him. Looking up, she recognized the familiar shapes of Archie and Alex, "Oh fuck," she murmured, taking deep breathes to surppress the sobs.

As the sounds of the car pulled into the driveway, the brunette knew it had to be Alex. She'd found something worth him looking at. Since he left the house that morning, Naomi had been hard at work, calling her business partner, and trusted friend to tell her about the events that transpired in the last couple of days. The main events being that Alex found her at the apartment, she moved into his apartment, and they were now working with the siblings to finally take down the man who caused all the damage. After catching up, they got to work. Naomi opened her untraceable computer and did her regular sweeping, she'd barely left the placement at the desk until the sound of her name being called through the house pulled her out of the work trace she'd been under. Walking downstairs, she smiled at the sight of him, though it faded ever so slightly with the look on his face. "Hey, you okay?" she asked as she reached for his hands.

Cleaning off the bar top of the bar in the club house, Eden's mind was flooded with thoughts. Noami was gone. She should leave, she should get on a train and never come back. Her bag was packed, she'd packed it three days ago, but she couldn't leave. As the door creaked open, the reason she coudln't leave walked through the door. She expected someone to follow him, but when they didn't she knew he was here to see her. She'd been trying to distract him from all the chaos that had been happening, often that's been through some sort of sexual act, or getting drunk together. "Hey," she spoke softly, scanning his body language and overall mood. "Need another top up from this morning?" she smirked, knowing teasing him may not be the best course of action, but she hoped it would at least get a gruff of amusement, or event better a half smile.

Activity Update
I've been poking in almost daily this week and have been trying to find the energy to write. There's a lot happening between work, hobbies, personal interests, social occasions and trying my darnedest to balance work/life balance. I've found myself to be truly exhausted by the time I get home. So I'm sorry to my current writing partners (@writermuses, @heroexxs, @rcsegld, @lcstinfantasy, @chaoticallycosmic) my replies may be another week or so while as I try to have a better work/life balance.
