This is Dot.

She's a close friend of my kiddos, and her Mother is one of the coolest, toughest, hardest fightin' people I know.

This convention could hold answers and help and guidance at a way quicker pace than searching elsewhere for resources on this rare condition. If you can, please help out in this awesome family's time of need - Dot is an absolutely wonderful, sweet, smart, hilarious, and caring child that has taken so many challenges from life in stride and absolutely deserves this.
