Thank you for reading OMT! It's still a work in progress, and yes, i had taken a long hiatus from it. BUT believe me, i never forgot about it. Even when my interest in SnK had kinda waned during the pandemic, and i moved on to other fandoms, season 4 and the finale definitely brought me back and reminded me how much i love these characters and how i missed writing for them. I actually had a very different storyline plotted out back in 2020? Now i'm taking a different (and hopefully better) direction with the fic, so I'm kinda glad i took the hiatus because if i would have kept going back in 2019, i'm not sure it would have turned out any good, honestly. It would have been... a bit more dark? idk how to word that without spoiling lol :/ Not depressingly so, just... i want to keep things lighthearted in OMT.
