MAKE GAME RESOLUTION AT 4K
Suitable for those who have NVIDIA!
I have been repeatedly asked about how I get high-quality / detailed screenshots, so I decided to share useful information with you. The guide is very simple and will only take a few minutes to complete.
I recommend at least trying it, because you can always return to the original resolution in two clicks.
Right-click your desktop and open Nvidia Control Panel. Head to the Manage 3D Settings tab, and look for the DSR - Factors option in the list of global settings. Check the boxes for the resolutions you want to support (my 1.78x (this is WQXGA resolution 2560×1440) and 4.00x (this is 4K resolution 3840×2160)). They’re listed as multiples of your native resolution, so if you have a 1080p monitor and want to render games at 4K, check the 4.00x box. (It doesn’t hurt to just check all the boxes now, since it’ll give you more in-game resolution options.)
Once those boxes are checked, look below at the option labeled DSR - Smoothness. By default, this was set to 30% on my system, but you can adjust it to your tastes.
Once you’ve set those options, apply them and close out of the Nvidia Options. The setup is complete, now run any modern game, go to the settings, and in addition to the standard resolution of 1920x1080, you can choose 2560x1440 and 3840x2160.
Personally, I have 3840×2160 and the quality of the game becomes MUCH more beautiful, smoothing and drawing objects at a greater distance are much better. I won’t say that I have a super powerful PC, because I assembled it back in 2015-16. But with a game like Sims 4, I think almost any computer can handle it. And you don't need any HQ mod to enjoy the game to the fullest.

Жмем на «Пуск» и пишем в поиске NVIDIA.
Заходим в Панель управления nVidia, нажимаем Управление параметрами 3D, ищем параметр DSR - Степень, ставим галочки напротив 1.78x (это WQXGA разрешение 2560×1440) и 4.00x (это 4К разрешение 3840×2160). DSR - Плавность лучше всего оставить на 30%. (Описание настройки и выбранные мной разрешения подходят для мониторов с пропорцией изображения 16:9, т.е. для большинства).
Настройка завершена, теперь запускайте любую современную игру, заходите в настройки, и у вас помимо стандартного разрешения 1920×1080, можно будет выбрать 2560×1440 и 3840×2160.
Далее, несколько советов:
1) При выставлении больших разрешений, немного последите за FPS в игре, если вы видите, что ваше железо не справляется, снижайте разрешение с 4К на промежуточное 2560×1440, если и тут есть просадки кадров, то возвращайтесь на стандартные 1080р.
2) Не пытайтесь жертвовать другими настройками графики игры, ради большого разрешения, т.к. картинка в итоге будет хуже.
Лично у меня стоит 3840×2160 и качество игры становится НАМНОГО красивее, лучше в разы сглаживание и прорисовка объектов на большем расстоянии. Не скажу, что у меня супер мощное железо, т.к. собирала его я еще в 2015-16х годах. Но с такой игрой как симс 4, я уверена, справиться почти любой компьютер. И не нужен никакой HQ мод, чтобы наслаждаться игрой в полной мере.

I’ve seen a few people talking about this recently and I don’t know for sure what’s causing it, but some things I would try:
1) run the game (and Origin) as admin
2) check the ReShade preprocessor definitions -- make sure all the ones relating to depth input are 0
3) turn off Origin In-Game
4) make sure Edge Smoothing is turned off in your graphics options
5) change your window mode from fullscreen to borderless/windowed or vice versa
6) make sure you’re using a standard window resolution (e.g. 1920x1080, 2560x1440 etc)
Don’t do all of these things at the same time but instead be methodical and do one at a time so you know which work or don’t work, and to avoid conflicting issues.

Frames Per Second is the number of images that will be visible in one second. The amount of FSP we choose will affect the final appearance of the material. The human eye can distinguish about 12 frames per second before perceiving them as movement. When there are more of these frames, the eye begins to perceive it as an animation/movement. The more frames per second, the faster the movement.
The most common use of Stop Motion is probably in Social Media, what are the recommended aspect ratios & Resolutions & FPS for the below:
• Instagram: aspect ratios 4:5, 1080x1350, 1080x608, FPS should be minimum of 30fps
• Facebook: aspect ratio- 9:16,1080x1350 30fps or less
• YouTube: aspect ratio-16:9, 2560x1440, 60fps
• Vimeo- aspect ratio- 16:9, 2560x1440, 30fps

What would happen if you had too many pixels (resolution & PPI) when playing your Stop Motion on the above devices?
If my Stop Motion would have too many pixels when shared on above social media it will loose the quality, it could become blurry, be stretched or be shrunk down.
What does a TV do if it doesn’t have enough pixels & what is Photoshops equivalent?
When the TV doesn't have enough pixels the image become less sharp and pixelated , which is also not comfortable for eyes to look at.
In Photoshop will be similar, when we resize the image, from e.g. small size to bigger then the image will become blurry, because the Photoshop will create pixels that not exist originally.

I can change the aspect ratio to 16:9 when shooting in Live View. I don't usually shot in Live View but I will try it and if it works good for me then I don't need crop out my images.
