i wrote a *semi* analysis on them too… i’ll put it under the cut because i don’t know whether or not you want spoilers! jsyk i got spoilers before i played the game and it didn’t change much of my experience, the game still surprised me (and impressed me) but i know spoilers are different for everyone!
also if you wanna get into the game, it deals w sensitive topics like suicide so keep that in mind too! aubrey isn’t the protagonist but she’s my favorite annndd she is focused on. like she’s in the main cast u just don’t play as her (you play as omori, the guy i mentioned before!!)

[● Ok so in my time on this planet I have witnessed shit. I have seen lots of horrible things and some of them have genuinely fucked me up. Some of it was fictional, some of it was real. I think gore is starting to no longer have that strong of an affect on me and that's a problem. But goddamn. Nothing prepared me for the bad ending of Omori.
It's not even that bad, it just depresses me! Like how dare you put us through all that and then end it off like this! It made me unlock an emotion. It's very similar to the emotion I unlocked when I got mentally sent to space (I'll explain later)

The credits destroyed me. That is the exact energy I've been feeling recently. Just something horrible happening with calm music that slowly turns more insane and you lose your mind maybe a little bit but don't show that on the outside and then you calm back down. Not to mention the act in play here. Omori is like the Rollercoaster in Final Destination but it doesn't completely derail, it fucking kills everyone on the coaster and then calmly settles back down at the very end.]
