Where did you get your Dragon Ball character's name from? (If it isn't your real name.)
Only three are based on real people. Furipa is a play on words of my name (Because I translated it on a shitty japanese name website but I liked it so much I kept it like that, and still do), but that’s her “human” name. Furipa’s Saiyan name was supposed to be “Beri” and it’s a play on words of “Strawberry” except you say it like this: “Bari” (maybe this explains her love for Strawberries :D), and Deni and Annah where based on my rl best friends back from middleschool. Of course, along the years I have changed a few things on the characters so they are more of their own persons than inserts. Bubbles and Beebee are easy. Bubbles was inspired by Bubbles from the PPG. And Beebee is a play on words. I wanted to make another majin oc but I wanted to make one that was moe but sterotypically sexy. So I made her, and her name is a play on words for the word “Baby” so you actually say it like: “Bay bay”, but you write it down as Beebee.
Breeze is self explanatory. I looked up synonyms for cold and I managed to find the word “breeze” in the middle. And there you have it!! Zaphira is a play on words for the word “Saphire”, and Cody...well, it’s not very interesting but I really like the name Cody, but in time I came up with the idea that Cody got her name from a book (because in my storyline she wasn’t given a name). Kiko wasn’t very well thought since her mother’s name is Koko (word play on Coconut) so I just switched up her daughter’s name into well...Kiko. And I think that’s all of them!! I hope I haven’t forgot any of them!!
