Making his Tumblr debut is my new Scarlet Hollow fankid, Samael "Sam" Scarlet. Sam is the son of Wayne and my "canon" MC Emily (not her real name). A Well Boy with a spooky streak, Sam is fiercely loyal to his mother -- much like his mystical father. Emily can't help but worry about her son's bizarre behavior, but she loves him and supports him as best she can as a single mom.

Some doodles I’ve done recently to try and climb out of an art block hole I’m in. I try to do at least one every night because going 2-3 weeks without drawing was destroying my ability to get back into drawing when I’d come back to it cause it’d take me like all day to remember how to draw again LMAO

1. Samael. Jet’s father and the OG angel of death. He’s a big bag of charismatic dicks who will eat your soul and considers all mortal (and some immortal) life to be disposable to his goals.

2. Lucifer (also known as Sunny.) She’s kind of an asocial and haughty prick most of the time but is soft on Jet. She’s also like stuck inside his soul/sharing his body with him and Jet’s dead ex who is haunting him.

S: How stealthy are they?

Learned to be decently stealthy at the orphanage, but gets bored of it/gets distracted pretty quickly, so things don't always go according to plan. Sometimes being perceived makes a point, and the point is letting it be known he -could- slip into Gab's room without notice, but isn't being noticed so much more interesting~ ?

A: What are/were this character’s best subjects in school?

Summoning– he's been intrigued by it since he was a child. For a kid growing up with so little, the idea that magic could just grant him anything he wished, be it toys, conforts– maybe even some company, well, it was... nice.

M: What is their favourite dessert?

Whipped cream. Out of the can.

E: How are they with children?

Hates them –they are competition, they pull all the attention to themselves, they need help with this, and they cry for that, and get praised for little to nothing.

(Samael never got that kind of attention, no matter how hard he worked for it.)

L: What is their favourite board game?

Cluedo~ or, even more, Les Loups-garous de Thiercelieux.

Z: How do they sleep?

Erratically, unpredictably, and -occasionally- standing up. Even, in some cases: with his eyes open.
