Shaw, if possible, loves going on missions with his partner, especially since that means he gets to keep him extra safe. (This boy is watching his partner like a hawk at literally every second.) (he can’t take losing any more people he cares too much about :,))

Going off of that, if Shaw’s partner spots him watching, I doubt he’ll feel any kind of embarrassment. He’ll give a little smile, nod, or wave as he continues to watch. He’s not taking any chances on his partner and he’s not afraid to express it.

He isn’t a very big PDA person and prefers affection more once he and his partner are away from prying eyes. But if he hasn’t seen you for a long time, he’s not afraid at all to shower you with affection. Get ready to be full on tackled and peppered with kisses.

If you two are alone, you’ll see Shaw’s more cuddly side. He loves being able to spoon his partner, either on a couch or bed, even on a rug or blanket on the floor- (Shaw likes being big spoon but shh, he’ll accept little spoon too… sometimes. Especially if he’s sleepy) He absolutely will fall asleep while snuggling with you, its just a matter of how long it’ll take.

Okay hear me out- Sparrow rides with Shaw. Whenever he gets bored and he knows you’re around, he’ll offer you a ride with him. And that doesn’t mean you bring your own sparrow. He’s making you hold onto him as you speed around the cosmodrome together.

Continuing on… He’s not that much of a show-off… until you get on the sparrow with him. He’s doing tricks the entire time or going as fast as he can and smiles to himself every time he feels you hold on tighter. Of course, he’ll make sure you’re alright the entire time, tapping your leg and asking every two seconds.

He makes it pretty clear to everyone that his partner is his top priority. If theres a crowd around waiting to talk to him, Shaw always choses his partner to talk to first. Meanwhile everyone whispers about how they wish they had a relationship like them. He’ll bring up the other guardians later with a soft little laugh and tell his lover how lucky he is to have them <3

Shaw Han is… a mystery. Hes 1000% a switch, but weather he’s dom or sub depends completely on what his partner is feeling in that moment. Shaw, unsurprisingly, is perfect at both and is ready to act however his partner wants.

Dominant Shaw, most of the time, means hes taking you to a lesser known area of the cosmodrome and fucking you against a wall. He can’t be gone from his post for too long or else people will start to question him… So, that also means lots of quickies. Shaw can and will make up fake missions to take his partner on just so the two of them can be gone for however long they want.

If he has the time, he’s totally going to spend it all up making his partner feel like the most special guardian alive. He’s straight to the point, no begging needed, so if his partner asks him to do something because it just feels soso good? Get ready because thats all Shaw’s going to do for the rest of the time he has with him.

If his partner wants to be dominant? Awesome, sub Shaw it is. When you get him to be subby, he’s the universe’s best rule follower. His most favourite thing to do is stare up at his partner while giving them head. Maybe give him a facial since he’s being such a good boy. I promise you he’ll look absolutely adorable as he looks at you, a sly little smile on his face as he licks his lips clean.

Shaw is pretty open to trying new things in the bedroom with his partner, especially if its something both guardians are excited about. Shaw is completely willing to let his partner experiment with toys and might even let his partner try them on him! If he’s away on a mission he’ll absolutely allow his partner to use them, but if Shaw is with him he’ll want to be the one to please them instead. (He’s kind of jealous of the toys at first…)

Shaw really can’t be too picky with his favourite positions since you usually don’t have much time together… This boy will take pretty much anything as long as it means he’s buried deep within his partner, or of course, his partner is buried deep within him. But if i’m being honest, Shaw likes whatever will get his partner instantly moaning and whining when hes dom. (He pretty much thrives on his partner’s noises)

Shaw’s favourite positions if he’s sub? He loves letting his partner take complete control over him, so any position physically underneath his partner is perfect. Another thing Shaw adores? Riding his lover. He loves feeling his partner thrust up into him as he bounces, and better yet, if his partner controls his speed by holding his hips. (Shaw can be a little loud sometimes, so keep in mind before fucking him senseless-)

Thanks for answering! Continuing my cuisine curiosity, back in chapter two of Heart of Thunder, Nyx pours bahmon root tea without nearly as much longing as he reacts to the curry later. Is it easier to get the root than the nut, or is the flavor just less off from growing in Insomnian soil? Is it a caffeinated tea, or a soothing one? Spicy? (Sorry to bombard you with questions; feel free to ignore this)

Don’t worry, Anon. I like just about any question I get. I’m just really slow at asnwering most of the time. XD

Bamohn is a bush and its roots grow fast and spread far. It does not only spread through the nuts but through the roots. When they break the surface again a new plant can grow there. So you can have a group of bamohn bushes that share one root system.

The Galahkari figured that one out pretty early on, so to keep the population at bay, they dug up the roots. But now they had all those roots and nothing to do with them. So they figured out they were edible. But they taste best as a tea.

The roots aren’t as spicy as the nuts and lack the taste of curry. Imagine rooibush tea with black pepper. That’s what they taste like as a tea on their own. So no, bamohn tea isn’t caffeinated. It’s more on the soothing side, but still with a subtle spicyness. It also serves as a great basis for more complicated tea creations.

One of the reasons bamohn nuts are so hard to come by is that the bushes don’t grow many of them in the first place, and even less in Insomnia. (Because the plant can be picky, no matter how fast it may grow.)

The roots are rather cheap, since there is a continuous supply of them and they aren’t exactly to Insomnian tastes.

Okay let me start out with saying, Banshee will absolutely give his partner free weapons to try out. When he spots you walking over, he’ll quickly usher you inside and let you chose from the ones he’s working on. A “test run” if you will. Once you come back, he’ll ask eagerly if it’s working the way he wants it to, his eyes twinkling excitedly. If you come back and he forgot he even gave you a weapon, its up to you if you want to give it back :,)

Banshee… is quite forgetful, but he always manages to remember you, even while constantly forgetting how many times he’s been rebooted.. You’ll probably hear other guardians trying to put you down and telling you he’ll forget you too. Trust me, you’re basically engraved in his mind, he can’t forget you no matter how many more times he’s rebooted. Each time he sees you, he’ll greet you with a sweet little nickname instead of “guardian” like he does for everyone else. Ignore the others, they’re just jealous you got to the hottest exo before them.

Seriously, if there are guardians you hate, keep a list of their names for Banshee and he’ll make everything cost more for them. Yes its probably illegal, but who really cares? < Something he’ll tell you constantly. If you have friends though, he might be able to make a few deals for them, not nearly as many as you get though.

He adores it when you offer to just spend time with him at his shop. He genuinely enjoys your company and you can tell by the lil laughs and smiles you’ll get from him. Tell him about the missions you had to go on or rant to him about literally anything and he’ll smile to himself, thinking about how incredible he thinks you are. Although, you could seriously be telling him how you blew yourself up and made everyone restart the mission and he’d still tell you that you’re perfect <3 He sees no flaws in you. Ask him about his stories and you’ll physically see him get more confident in himself, he’ll stand a little taller and lift his head a little higher as he talks.

Banshee closes up shop early sometimes just to take you to watch the night sky and the Traveler from the most beautiful places in the tower he knows about. He’ll bring food and drinks sometimes for the two of you to share. But of course, he’ll always ask if you’d like to snuggle up together, uncharacteristically shy that is, he’s not used to asking for affection. If not cuddling up together, he’ll hold your hand and give you a flustered lil smile. You’re the only person he shows this side to, so he’s a little nervous at first.

Banshee is definitely one to like the risk of possibly being caught in the act with his partner. Which is why most of the time you two will be at his shop when he decides he’s too horny to focus on work anymore.

He is absolutely in love with the idea of getting head from his partner while he’s trying to talk to customers. Although, if you manage to catch him off guard and he moans, you’re in for a rough night-

Banshee is a switch… leaning heavily on the dom side.. Most of the time, Banshee is very passionate, taking his time and making the both of you feel incredible. Other times, Banshee will rail his partner into the mattress- Although… his roughness depends on his mood that day, so you’ll never really know what you’ll get. Luckily for you, his aftercare is godly and he’ll shower you with compliments and kisses while he pampers you afterwards.

Sometimes, Banshee is willing to step back and let his partner fuck him, usually only if he’s had a particularly tough or tiring day. In general, Banshee is pretty quiet when it comes to sex. When he’s dom you’ll get a few groans or grunts from him.. When he lets his partner be dom though?? You can get full on mewls from him if you fuck him hard enough. As you can tell this boy likes it rough. Sadly, letting you be dom is veryvery rare, so soak in his noises when you can.
