I also like playfully bantering with people, like i love you but will full on roast you and get into fake fist-fights. I am a bit of a violent person at times but I have a punching bag and boxing gloves which help a lot. But I only get that angry when someone uses an insecurity of mine against me or is talking bad about someone i love, cause it you do that im beating your ass. I do have a bit of body insecurities mainly about my hip-dips and stomach. But because im curvy i get hit on by adults a lot and its creepy as fuck.

Fandom’s (that’s a me) Analysis on Chapter 76 TBHK/JSHK

Written: March 19, 2020

Let’s do this y’all (Navigation to previously written chapter analysis is linked at the bottom)

Ok first off, this chapter I found hella confusing I’ll say that but I think I made some sort of connections that could lead to some sort of theory. Alright let’s start! I’ll be going chronologically in the chapter with my reactions.

SHE JUS GRABBED THE KID THATS SO DAMN CUTE OMFG 😭

Ok this is what really tripped me over. The kid has a pulse and is warm meaning that he is in a human body. Of course Nene and Kou beleive this is Hanako’s descendant but honestly this kid could just be Hanako or Tsukasa. If it were a descendent, then maybe the whole Yugi family didn’t die? I thought the family suicide was about them but maybe it could have been another family.

OK WHY DIDNT NENE SAY “AMANE’S DESCENDENT” I bet the kid would have faltered then and would have given off more info! Also Kou is thinking in a good direction. I think the chapters forward are just going to keep causing Nene and Kou to think whether it’s Hanako or Tsukasa.

Did anyone else notice that the face on the phone looked like an adult type figure? The eyes were drawn in a style that resembled the adults in the manga. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was one of Hanako or Tsukasas parents.

I can’t, for the life of me, properly decipher that song. One night... Two dawns. Lowkey makes me think Hanako/Tsukasa was one person and the two dawns are his two personalities that got split when he became a ghost. But I doubt this is is true. Or one night could be a parent, two dawns could be a sibling, and all three are waiting for the morning. But what is to come at morning?

Also what happened to the other voice? In Chapter 75, there were two speech bubbles but Kou only sees one kid in that room. What happened to the other??

Ok this is interesting. These two moments in the chapter resemble certain school mysteries. In the second panel, we can see all the clocks on the ceiling resembling No. 1, the Clock keepers. In the first panel, this may be abstract, resembled the door Yashiro and Hanako were sucked through in No.6’s boundary.

The bugs in the trash pit of the boundary resemble the bugs that come out of the door Yashiro gets sucked into at “The Red House”. This may be a coincidence but I feel this is worth looking into. Maybe Yashiro is now going to be trapped into the pits of No.6’s boundary where Akane and Aoi were in chapter 69?

LMFAO KOU’S FACE AT THE END PFTTT. Also, WHAT A TSUKASA MOMENT. I know its up to interpretation so far on whether this kid is Hanako or Tsukasa, but what a perfect parallel of the earlier chapters where Yashiro was kidnapped. Here is the anime scene below.

I really want to believe this kid is Tsukasa but honestly its still too early to say. (I wrote a theory on the kid being Tsukasa which you can find if you look up “fandoms theories” on my blog :))

So this chapter was pretty short, I’m guessing this is the start of a whole new arc where Kou has to save Yashiro. I will be confused if Yashiro is not heard from and it is just Kou centric because in the very first chapters of JSHK, Yashiro was seen as the narrator. I wonder if the authors just decided to ditch the concept or they swiftly changed narrators in the middle and the fandom didn’t notice.

As to whether the kid is Tsukasa or Amane, I don’t want to give up my position on the kid being Tsukasa but I am not cutting out the possibility it could be Amane. I’ve heard some theories that one twin is with Yashiro and Kou is dealing with another but I don’t know if that could be the case. The kid seemed to be exact same kid Yashiro took with her before she got sucked in. Maybe it is a scheme and a twin is acting like the first child but since the people who don’t want the kid to leave seem really protective, I think it is the same kid that got put back into the room Yashiro and Kou originally found him in.

I think the house isn’t centric to just Hanako or Tsukasa. I am going to go with the notion that this house is the one connection to all the seven mysteries. With the clocks (No. 1), the faucets (which could be a nod to Hanako’s bathroom), and the door bugs (No.6), maybe all of the seven mysteries have some belonging to this house. I used to think that the family suicide included Amane, Tsukasa, and their parents. Now, I don’t really know what to think. This chapter gave possibility to so many things that it is tough to find a theory that interlocks everything.

If I am correct (which idk) about Yashiro being sucked into No.6’s boundary, Aoi might show up in later chapters which could be interesting to see. I wonder if the house is a sort of time trapped loop or reality in which Amane/Tsukasa didn’t die and they live on in a human body stuck as a kid forever. Other than that, I am still way too confused on how the kid has a pulse.

Other random theories/questions (with not much basis for proof but interesting to think about haha):

- What if everyone who died in that house became one of the school mysteries. I mean of course this would be a weird mother and father thing to figure out but damn dude what if

- If the house is connected to all the seven mysteries, how did Mitsuba get roped into this? He became a school mystery when Tsukasa shoved the heart in his mouth so was it always planned that Mitsuba was to become a mystery? He has some sort of relation to the house as he took a photo of it but that could just be a coincidence.

- YO- ok ok. So what if that kid truly is Amane or Tsukasa right. He is one of the two. Let’s say the kid is Tsukasa (jus stick with me here) and Tsukasa is kept away to be with his toys. Amane was the one abused by the parents hence why the people who don’t want Tsukasa to leave are so protective of him staying in that house. If Amane was abused and Tsukasa was kept away, it might explain pent up resentment which could have led to Amane killing Tsukasa. I have no proof for this, I just think it could be interesting to think about. Of course it is tough to prove though because in Chapter 75, there were two voices in the room so maybe both twins were kept there.

Actually yes I do have some personal headcanons about toilet bound hanako kun!!

For Hanako:

He is a giant math nerd as well as a science nerd because he kinda stumbled into it while dreaming to be an astronaut and realizing how much engineering goes into it,, Like sometimes he’ll steal his upper classmen’s math books to solve all the formulas b/c he’s very smart and got bored with his current curriculum.

For Tsukasa:

Lol if you’re surprised I even had a headcanon for him then you’ll be shocked to know that even though I don’t talk about him much here I actually have a lot of thoughts about him.

Would definitely headcanon him as passive aggressive and having a tendency to hold long grudges. In my opinion he’s still way mad at his twin for murdering him (like he should be) and as a result whenever they interact it ends up in bickering. (I actually believe that they could work things out together and maybe even tolerate each other if they both decided to stop dancing around the issue and talked seriously about it) (I want them to be at least okay with one another, like come on they’re family, family supports one another :0)

For Nene:

Nene is a sweet precious cinnamon roll (obviously) and she’s the type to read Shoujo manga with all those handsome high schoolers surrounded by Sakura petals. She loves tending to her succulents and buys them little decorative pots whenever she has extra pocket money.

Also headcanon that she’s a very good listener!

For Tsuchigomori:

He’s the type of tsundere teacher who will say he doesn’t care about his students but he absolutely SHOWERS them with love and support whenever they are in even the smallest crisis.

He will never admit it but he thinks of Hanako as his stupid adopted son and would protect him at all costs.

For Kou:

A Precious adorable baby boi who tries to act tough but is too cute to be considered a threat; he hates cold weather and loves summer! He’s probably an early riser. Sometimes he likes to hike to the top of a big hill and sit to watch the sunrise, but he wishes he could share the view with someone.

Well he won’t kill you per se but he will win easily

He is a school mystery and he can use those powers to have you knocked out before you know it, literally

Natsuhiko:

Lover not a fighter

He might win sometimes if he feels like he really needs to, like a life or death situation, but any other time he will lose

He looks like “-w-“ pretty much all the time what do you expect

Lemon (bc I love him):

He’s the type that will sit off to the side and record a fight, not participate

The type of person who says “I hate drama, but-“

He’d also probably lose most of the time

Have you read shojo manga? What's your fave and most dislike shojo manga or anime. Mine is boys over flowers, it's problematic af but i like the pacing. Fucking Tsukasa made me test the limits of suspension of disbelief when it comes to male leads in shojo. My most hated is hot gimmick. Ryoki broke that suspension. I hate him so much.

my favorite one is actually not really a well known one called Say i love you and this one manga called dengeki daisy! The dude isnt as problematic as the typical guys in shoujo’s. Im not a huge fan of ao haru since kou was too toxic and hana yori since doum yo ji was just 🤬

THE LITTLE MERMAID ARC

in at the the last episode....

how does that line up with ANYTHING that just happened in episode 11? Like I really thought they were going to put the festival in for last episode since

1. It helps Kou get over his sadness of finding out about Mitsuba and Mitsuba not remembering anything

2. It would wrap things up pretty decently for the ending.

i mean maybe they could combine the Little Mermaid arc and the festival?... but that would take way too long and they would rush everything

And one of the main purposes for the Little Mermaid arc in the manga was for Hanako to apologize for the donuts when Tsukasa ruined them (which is a scene that they put somewhere else in the anime..)

(For the manga readers) The only thing left that's important for the Little Mermaid arc is the promise between Hanako and Yashiro.

I just dont understand all of this jumping around the anime is doing with the storyline. I really hope they dont skip over the festival because it provides A LOT of relationship development/background for Hanako and Yashiro.

So... the finale of TBHK is gonna be interesting for us manga readers for sure...

the anime adaptation was not the same as the manga, as they skipped a few scenes from chapters including young exorcist. my prediction for why they did this is because if they did go in order of the manga, the anime would end in the middle of the clock keepers, which wouldn't be a good decision. the little mermaid was a good option for the season finale since it was some comical relief for the characters, nothing too special going to happen. i get what people are angry about for skipping an important character arc for kou and hanako, but being rational here i dont think it was important to the story in general.

one more thing, we notice that each episode with at least 3+ chapters have recieved 2 episodes. one with -2 have only one episode. those episodes with 2 pts beings misaki stairs, mitsuba, and hell of mirrors.

Studio and animation quality

i believe lerche will continue to work on jibaku shounen hanako-kun. they were the ones who animated it, with the budget to make it. we saw the animation of the anime dropped at episode 3. i believe because one: they could've started animating that episode when the corona started getting more serious and rushed it, or they were probably.....just lazy. that is possible because of the way the danganronpa animation was made. but i do believe if we get another season, the animation quality will improve from the first season!

Where the anime left off and where it will pick up

season one ended at the scene where, excluding the Yashiro and Hanako part, Kou promises Mitsuba to save him from Tsukasa

this is the start of chapter 36 (or 37), where nene invites him to the star festival. now let's think about it: what the mokke give kou from nene is summer vegetables, not something she baked like what happened in the manga. we also know that the manga skipped the part after hanako trying to apologize to nene (in which he miserably fails). now the real question: will the anime skip the tanabata arc? my answer is going to be no thank GOD. reason is that number one: it follows up the clock keepers arc, and two is that we have some key evidence for past amane and hints on tsukasa. there are many theories out there that lead to believe that hanako remembers nene, which is also a supportive reason. i also believe tanabata will take up the span of two (or one? because ig its kinda weird to have a pt 1 pt 2 at the start of a season haha) episodes.

okay next, clock keepers arc. my bet is that is has to at LEAST have 3 episodes. in the arc, there are 5 chapters in all. in season one, all episodes that were adapted had no more than 3 chapters, which like i said adapted into 2 parts.

now we have the searching arc, which consists of two chapters. i believe this will most likely come after clock keepers arc, with the span of a full or half of an episode. its a good way for redemption after finding out that you know, yashiro is gonna die

now, we were supposed to have hell of mirrors after this, but that was part of season one. i believe this is because they're going to put fake world after this. how will it play out? well i mean, there's still mokke of the dead arc! it'll be a good placeholder for the show if they still have some empty space.

so far with all of those, we're at 5-6 episodes. moving on!

after mokke of the dead, we have PP arc! which lasted...about 19 chapters. thats about what, 6 episodes? honestly i think pp arc would be better off getting a move haha. there's a lot that happens within that arc, so they can't possibly cut anything out. if we did add fake world arc to the episode list, that would result in 12 episodes, meaning the arc would end on them returning home.

with all of this in mind, this is how i think the order of the episodes will run:

Broadcast

okay, season one broadcasted from January 9th 2020 - March 27th 2020 in the winter season. taking some different animes into account, kaguya sama love is war broadcasted in winter 2019 along with the promised neverland. with love is war s2 now airing in spring 2020, and promised neverland originally set for october 2020, i think we can predict that s2 might come at spring/summer 2021.

Why follow:

First and foremost I saw you write cute prompts with cute guys and I thought the request system was pretty neat. And correct me if I’m wrong because it wasn’t explicitly stated in the order but you don’t seem to mind making a fic Gender neutral or even doing a fic for male!characterxmale!reader which is something I really appreciate.

Reasons to start and stay:

I can’t for the life of my remember where I first saw Haikyuu I know I heard of it before watching it. It was probably as simple as earnest sport boys are hot so watch this anime. Still reeling on a single reason I stayed since so many of the guys are just so pretty or hot or both.

Why them:

Full disclosure I had no one in mind when I started writing this submission so most of my brain power is thinking of my favorite character right now. There is so many to choose from but upon further consideration it is Bokuto koutarou (as I typed his last name his first came up in the suggestion bar lol) he is so energetic and screenshots from the manga make him BEEFY he has my heart in his hands. I’m trying really hard to put to words what else is great about my sweet owl boyfriend something about his hair probably.

Letter to you:

You run a very cute blog and I respect your positive attitude even when you’re a user of this hell site. Hopefully it’s not presumptuous that you male x male reader inserts although it would be a lie if I said I don’t care if you do. I hate to seem rude but I hope I actually qualify for this lol I’d feel silly if I didn’t hop on this train soon enough.

I hope this is both sufficient and legible ‘cuz right now I want to thirst a bit over the runner ups for the KING of my heart. To gush a bit more on Bokuto I love art when his shorts ride up and the knee guards have some uncovered skin showing as I have a weakness for thighs TBH. You tilt your head. That’s all you do, but my heart feels as though it’s intoxicated by you, and it suddenly hurts. My heart thumps louder than ever before.

“This is me.” You gesture at the familiar front of your house.

I find myself paralyzed. I can’t move — I refuse to move. I need to hear the words I’ve been longing for you to say to me; for you to say the word ‘stay’ with your lips no longer curved into a smile of farewell, but one that invites me in.

I feel my fingers twitch in an attempt to grab a hold of you and beg you to explain the feelings that continue to beautifully haunt my every waking moment. You should know, you’re the cause of it.

Please, tell me to stay. Then tell me that you crave my presence like I do with yours. That your soul feels lost when you’re not with me. That you want me to hold you in arms while I confess the foreign feelings that I have for you.

Maybe it’s one of the reasons why you draw me in, like a tidal wave that leads you to a sea of happiness— and I wish for nothing but to be pulled in.

It’s now or never.

I huff in, my chest puffing out as it would in confidence, except I’m doing my best to feint mine. “Please, ask me to stay!” I don’t mean to scream, but the feelings that bubble up inside continue to intensify. I’m afraid that I can only speak ‘shouts’ at this point.

Please, please, please say the word. I need to know if you feel the same. I don’t think I can handle this foreign feelings any longer — I’d burst. So please, say it. Say that you want me to be with you a little while longer. Ask me to stay with you, and tell me… that you love me.

I search for a sign that blatantly tells me that my thoughts are wrong; but as you smile at me differently — one no longer meant for farewells — I find the gears that connects through my heart and mind finally working, and I now know— I now realize that these ‘foreign’ feelings are derived from the love that I feel only for you.

This is familiar, as it’s often followed by a gentle push by your hands that rest on my chest and a “go, you’re going to be late” — but no; this time, you close the gap in a rushed and delicate kiss.

It doesn’t even last a second before you pull away. I long for more. “Please,” I beg you once more.

“No,” you chuckle and suddenly, everything in my vision becomes much brighter and colourful, “you’re going to be late for practice. Just go, and I’ll give you more when you come back.”

“You promise?” I know you always uphold each one, but hearing you say it makes it that much more meaningful to me. A reassurance that I’m the only person to make these kinds of promises with you.

The sides of your eyes crinkle as you grin at me. “I promise,” you say with a honey-like tone. It evokes a different feeling from earlier, this time, it’s warmth.

A breath of relief, one I didn’t know that I’ve been holding in, leaves my body. And as my chest heaves down, I feel the grin only you can make appear decorate my face, and suddenly, I feel like everything’s going how I want it to; as if the world’s on my side.

I love you. I promise to, for as long as the universe lets me. I’ll never get enough of you, in this life and in another.

Some Toilet-Bound Hanako-Kun Theories

I know nobody will see these because I dont have followers on here/understand how to use this website, but I have zero friends who like manga/anime and I need to share these ideas with someone. So, I'm just going to throw them out into the abyss of the internet!

🚨spoilers if you haven't read the manga🚨 Also, people have probably already posted about these but...🤷🏼‍♀️

As Tsuchigomori said, all of the 7 mysteries control some aspect of life/the school. No.1 is time, no.2 is space, and no.5 is records. When Mitsuba and Kou are talking in no.4's fake world, Mitsuba reveals that no.3 controls memories.

Mitsuba can see all of the school's memories with no.3's power. Meaning, he could see everything that happend to Amane/Tsukasa at school when they were alive. I think the story is going to use this to reveal more of their lives.

I think Aoi really is a priestess like no.6 calls her. I think she actually comes from a family of priests/priestesses. Her family is referenced in the study camp arc after Aoi tells the rumors about no.6 who she refers to as 'the reaper'.

Some translations say her father, some say the Akane clan, either way I think her family lineage is going to be important!

The mermaid scales have a seal on them. While this could be something related to the mermaid and how the scales get their power, I think they could also be Yashiro or Hanako's yorishiro. I still mostly believe that Hanako and Tsukasa are eachother's yorishiros (I know they're seals are different colors but I think thats just to help tell them apart).

So if Yashiro really does die and the character in her name for 8 means she becomes the 8th school mystery, she would need a yorishiro. The mermaid scales would be perfect because they represent the bond she shares with Hanako, and since she ~loooves~ Hanako the mermaid scales are important to her. The only reason I think they could be Hanako's and not Yashiro's yorishiro is because they already have the seal on them and Yashiro isn't dead yet.

Ugh I really DO wish they feel the pressure and responsibility to make it as good as the original but like :/ sometimes it just really makes me super skeptical (like when Taika said he wanted to make Akira live action?) esp with mangas like Monster it‘s not easy to convert the same feeling to another medium. With the anime they did a good job but we know that there‘s just some of Urasawa‘s qualities that you can only experience if you read his works rather than watch them (if that makes sense)? (OMG SORRY FOR RAMBLING T_T) hhhhh tbh I kinda wish they left Psycho Pass as it is :“0 (but then we‘ll never get to see Akane‘s badassness in s2 but still) the only thing that got me hyped before was the 1st movie tho ngl I think that was also fanservice-y bc of Kou hahah s1‘s is SO solid that it doesn‘t need a sequel to it? It ended depressing in a way yeah but like... nothing we can do about it...

yeah, honestly most anime stuff just WOULDNT work in another medium lbr... like, in akiras case, not just because of the whole sci-fi aspect of the story itself, but also because aesthetically it just wouldnt look right outside of the animation medium, imo? i dont think it would be anywhere near as good if it was animated with current style either tbh, theres just that something about the 2d ‘80s and ‘90s sci-fi anime, an atmosphere thats so authentic and impossible to reproduce i love itttttt

i havent actually read the monster manga or anything else by urasawa, kick me.... ive been planning on reading both pluto and 20th century boys for ages but im horrible at reading manga good lord

i always thought the s1 ending of pp was rather hopeful? the whole thing with akane saying ‘some day, someone will come to this room to turn off the power’ really makes me think urobuchi had Plans and i know he genuinely loved this series but i honestly had a stroke after finding out he quit the series because he apparently wasnt adequately paid despite the popularity the anime got. and even if it was depressing in the end, i know it would have been backed up by a damn good, believable story. a moment of silence for what could have been.........
