darling was born as the middle child in the basco household , her eldest &&. younger brothers in makati , phillipines but would quickly be relocated to atlanta , georgia before turning two .
she was quite the social butterfly . making friends came easy to her due to her charisma &&. caring nature . she’s often compared to her grandmother because of this .
growing up darling had a fixation on a plethora of hobbies &&. sports . because of this , she would never stay long enough in one activity before begging to join another with a rinse &&. repeat cycle . the only things she managed to stay interested in all the way through was volleyball &&. sewing .
her indecisiveness had gotten worse her senior year of high school . she couldn’t particularly figure out what she wanted to do -- more of what she wanted to stick with . one minute she was bragging about becoming a nurse then within an hour later , she’s considering being a dental student or a physical therapist . all good paths yet nothing was ever settled . but it was fine . she’ll choose a major when she enrolls in college ... except she never did .
the agreed plan between her &&. her parents was that she’ll take a gap year to figure herself out , get a job , and start thinking about her future . what they failed to think about what the fact that darling liked being free with nothing tying her down . even after her gap year and enrolling in university , her stay on campus lasted until the summer after her sophomore year when she chose to drop out .
this had ( obviously ) put a huge strain on her &&. her parents’ relationship but whose to say they didn’t see it coming ? darling was staying in an apartment near campus now as a regular resident with a weird income of money seeing as she jumps from one job to another .
if she had to choose a mundane job to get by with , it will always involve customer service . it’s a change of pace , a good opportunity to see someone new every minute while on a shift . she loved the balance it somewhat gave : giving her restrictions but allowing her to roam freely every once in a while . so it was no shock that when she found out about crowned hope cruises needing staff , she had quit her recently acquired job &&. joined the crew !
darling hopes that while out at sea , she can get a better grip on herself in hopes of rekindling the relationship with her family !

jasmine was born christmas eve 1996 to her mother ( somawadi paithoon nee kriangsak , a well known gynecologist born and raised in the upper east side ) & her father ( norachai paithoon, a hotelier all the way from bangkok ), and she instantly treated like a princess. the only child, loved and adored from the moment she entered their lives. she like most only children on the upper east side received the best of everything and anything she could get her adorably chubby hands on.
but alas, the lives of doctors and hoteliers are busy and after the first two and half years and the novelty of having a toddler had worn thin, a nanny was brought in, and much like with her parents she was showered with love and affection. as well as the tough love her parents had always had trouble with. she was in jasmine’s like from ages two to fourteen, when she was unceremoniously let go. jasmine was heartbroken.
as she grew older jasmine fell in love with ballet. she started classes at the age of three as well as tap and jazz, but ballet always came easy to her. her natural grace shined through in her dance, and she fell in love with telling a story with her body. it didn’t hurt that her natural talent was quite obvious and she was given many opportunities to hone her skill with only the best instructors money could buy.
jasmine made it through high school relatively unscathed. she was popular, definitely, and kind of feared because of her tactless and cunning nature. she wasn’t above tearing people down to make herself look brighted, but luckily after high school she calmed down a bit, but you still wouldn’t want to cross her because she can still be manipulative and cruel.
since graduating high school, jasmine has graduated from a performing arts college with a major in dance and a minor in theatre arts. but even after graduating she never really did anything to bring in money. all she did was spend her nights partying and spending daddies money, much like her friends on the upper east side. up until about six months ago.
six months ago jasmine’s father was arrested for tax evasion and fraud, and when her father was carried off in hand cuffs, her life crashed around her. her retired mother had squirreled enough money away for them to get a relatively cheap apartment in manhatten.
after three months of wallowing in self pity, jasmine got a job as a barista in a local coffee shop which is where she heard about the cruise. and after begging the owners of sweet ambrosia to take a chance on her, she’s not one of the baristas abord the crowned hope.

oldest child to a pair of lawyers and older brother to an 8 year old lil’ monster ( his words, not mine ), eun minho didn’t grow up poor — in fact, his parents barely declined anything their child wished for. whatever minho wished for, that boy received it for a price; whether it be household chores or magnificent scores on his exams.
his baby brother is practically his small best friend; from the moment he was born, big brother minho was practically all over him. he helped his parents take care of him, learned to feed him with a bottle, change his diapers, and play with him. despite the lego toys all over his room that not once or twice did minho step on ( and that shit hurts, y’all ), minho loves his brother and was especially devastated to leave him, even if it were only temporary.
due to his handsome features, minho was often bullied during his high school years for that and for his intelligence, called named because of it, which resulted in a drop of self-esteem and confidence, the urge to hide his body with oversized clothing and isolate himself with music. he hid those awful years from his parents who worked hard to provide for him and his little brother and because of that he developed a closed personality in which minho is having a hard time opening up to others. the first one he opened up to was his now ex-boyfriend.
his ex was his everything, his world, his universe. boi was obsessed with him, partially because it was his first ever relationship and partially because, in minho’s eyes, he was the definition of perfection. and, sure, everything was amazing at first. *alexa play therapy by VOILÀ because it’s literally minho @ his ex* but THEN, when his ex found someone else and fell out of love with minho — it broke his heart to pieces and, in his pain, he blocked his ex in every social media account, blocked his number and burned every picture they ever had together.
and since minho is a fairly new muse, this is all i got. pls love my child. </3
however, here is a few WANTED CONNECTIONS that i could think of, though i’m 100% okay with any and every plot.
FRIENDS & LOVED ONES : pretty self-explanatory. those are the peeps that minho will do anything for, will be there when they’re sick, they’re angry, they’re in any sort of pain. manz will throw hands at anyone that dares hurting those peeps.
FRENEMIES & ENEMIES : minho’s still learning to pick himself up against people who would not look at him so much with a good eye. but the little wins count on his book. this muse will be like a thorn in his ass; with one glance and minho’s day could instantly be ruined. and, if frenemies, this could become a complicated connection in which both sides can’t handle each other’s presence but are there if one needs the help. and if enemies --- BONUS POINTS if this muse is somehow aware of minho’s previous relationship ( could be friends with his ex for example ) and uses it against him. i see for both connections, both sides also being cheeky and pulling pranks on each other ?? public ones to humilliate the other.

abel is part of a wealthy family who has been hoarding money for generations. despite his grandparents’ fortune, his father made his way in the world of the rich and famous by opening a later successful production company. in other words, he has what is considered old and new money attached to his last name and several expectations that have been throw at him since a young age. his first memories consist of lectures from his father about the importance of business, power, and reputation, to the point that abel used to hide from him just to have a break. the constant pressure from his parents and family drove the younger abel tired, constantly asking himself if a life of luxury was worth the trouble of keeping up with the façade of happiness. abel was taught to watch his every step, to make good decisions and to always think of the future. because of these lessons, he more than once lost sight of his present— constantly forgetting to live in the moment in exchange of crafting a perfect life. it wasn’t long for abel to get sick of the habits and life his parents expected from him and a little bit after his seventeenth birthday, the boy decided to live the way he wanted, having grown tired of pretending and complying. his formative years played a huge and key part to his present life, which abel now lives recklessly and almost hungrily, stepping and shouldering his way through the world without a care for anyone or anything, and at the same time, caring way too much.

─── as i said earlier, she does still have one webtoon still ongoing, which was the first one she started. i think the majority of the ones that she made into series were just continuations based on some of the more popular chapters of #horrorverse. but now that she’s on the cruise, she’s gone from being someone who only ever seemed to lock herself away in order to draw to someone who still draws a lot, but is trying to focus more on soul searching. she is gonna do a story based on the cruise tho, but make it ~slasher~.
─── lives for a good bit of gossip and tends to let her imagination run rather than properly listen to the truth about certain situations. has absolutely spread rumors that weren’t true. but does she do that on purpose to be an instigator or is it malice free? stay tuned to find out.

linjun is extremely closed off, sometimes coming off somewhat rude due to how reserved he is, he's been this way for as long as anyone, including himself, can remember. maybe, this is due to the upbringing he had, but he'll never acknowledge that, instead he views himself as broken in ways — when he's singing, however, he becomes a completely different person; emotional, vulnerable, radiating warmth. it's cheesy to say music is his escape, but it's nothing less than the truth.

BIOGRAPHY.
001. devika is one of two children born to an upper middle class family in seattle . the kumar family is successful . ‘ bragging rights to extended family members ’ successful . a lawyer . a cardiologist . two healthy children ( a son and a daughter ) . what more could they ask for ? unfortunately for devika , their parents’ success translated to strong expectations being thrust upon them from a young age . she is always striving to be the absolute best in whatever she did . be it in school , sports , extracurriculars –– you name it .
and these expectations carry through as they get older . she never wanted to disappoint her parents . it didn’t matter that it looked like devika was slowly overloading herself , she never wanted to disappoint . she was going to make it happen . and that work eventually pays off when they get accepted to harvard . unfortunately , her parents weren’t satisfied . it wasn’t enough to get into an ivy league university . there’s a lot more for her to prove .
002. college served as a sense of freedom . they’re on their own for the first time . however , devika still feels the extent of her parents’ expectations . by the time she graduates , she has a double major in chemistry and art history and a minor in south asian studies ( though , the two other additions to their chemistry major remain a secret from their parents ) .
it doesn’t stop there . she makes the decision to pursue her masters . not in chemistry . just in art history and south asian studies . and she hides that from her parents . they let them believe they’re doing it for chemistry . she’ll tell them eventually ! so she doesn’t return home and is instead off to new york . new city , same habits . study . explore a new city . date around a little bit . update her parents every once in a while . and this works . so much so that after devika finishes obtaining their masters , they move to LA to get their doctorate .
003. things come crashing down while devika is in LA . not their career . they’re in school and secured a curator position within a very well established museum . she feels external pressure from her parents to get married . they knew it was coming , but marriage just wasn’t in devika’s books . . . not for a long while .
however , with news that their brother had gotten engaged , devika’s parents started pushing her into marrying . so much so that they’ve given her a list of suitors ( of course deemed acceptable by their standards ) . she doesn’t say anything . she accepts it and eventually finds someone they’re compatible with . things move as they would . they’re engaged by the time they finish their doctorate program .
004. their engagement was met with excitement all around from everyone except devika . maybe it’s just jitters from how big of a decision they’re making , right ? surely that’ll wear off and they’ll be excited to ��plan their wedding ? and that’s what they convince themselves to believe .

leyla was born to a single mother in istanbul, turkey on july 13th 1998. leyla’s mother and grandparents were decently well off and her father had never been in the picture nor ever expressed a want to be in leyla’s life, and from the stories her mom has told her over the years its probably for the best.
when leyla was only eight months old her family decided to immigrate to the united states, georgia in particularly due to a book her mother had read in her childhood. she moved with her mother and grandparents into a decent neighborhood in savannah, where she’s lived since.
as leyla grew older it became apparent that she was a social butterfly. always making new friends and talking their ears off. once she was old enough to be in school she excelled well in art classes, science classes and literature classes while she struggled with math.
she met her future fiance in high school, an assigned math tutor to help her through her difficult math classes. of course he was a senior when she was a sophomore and she had a massive crush on him but he ended up moving away for college after he graduated and leyla thought she was never see him again.
after graduating high school decided to attend school to become a vet tech, as she had always had a soft spot for animals. she works at an animal hospital in savannah and she couldn’t be happier with her job.
about two years ago leyla ran into her old tutor. quite literally actually, and they began to hit it off and it didn’t take long for her old crush to return... except this time they were both interested in each other. they began dating about two months later. leyla fell hard and fast, her first real relationship outside of flings in high school and college.
within a year he had proposed to her and as far as leyla could see they were well on their way to a happy marriage. as leyla began taking more time off to plan for their big wedding, she noticed some shifty behavior from her fiance. he was being more secretive, running off in the middle of the day for hours and hours, always leaving the room to take phone calls.
leyla quickly got into her own head about it and thought the worst. and her instincts would prove right. after following him one afternoon she followed him on one of his daily trips and was shocked to learn that not only did he have a secret girlfriend, but said secret girlfriend was also heavily pregnant.
leyla confronted him and ended the relationship so quick her own head was spinning. heartbroken and alone, she moved back in with her mother and aunt. her aunt heard about a cruise for heartbroken passengers from a co-worker and suggested leyla buy tickets. she used the saved up money from the wedding towards her ticket. leyla’s goal for this cruise is to let loose and take more risks (something she has always had a problem doing).
