when your parents refuse to heal + it directly warped your sense of self & safety & now you're stuck having to heal yourself, your siblings, & figure out ways to combat your parents trauma without turning every interaction into a lesson that will be misconstrued into an "attitude" because they're still too stubborn + defensive to even take advice so everything is a power struggle that isn't even based around any actual power

Listen man, you guys can't be like "you guys need to be normal about asexuality" and then turn around and get weirdly judgemental when you find out someone doesn't have sex by choice. Like that's weird that some of you do that.
