One thing SJM portrayed accurately with Nesta is that she stands there spitting nothing but facts, and everyone gets mad and calls her mean. But she's not even mean or malicious or anything. People always commented how Feyre had 3 high lords after her, but Feyre has nothing on what Nesta had going on. Tarquin’s great and all, but Nesta literally had a death god and Eris ready to put a ring on her within seconds of meeting her

I hate pitting women against women but I feel like Fey.re Stan’s are the worst like I chalk it down to the truly toxic ones elevate Feyre to this point because they feel intimidated there’s no other word for it 🤷🏻‍♀️ all 3 sisters have a cool thing but personally I’m so in tune with Nesta that I don’t have much, if any, idea about who Elain and Feyre are other than canon which Nesta is the biggest testament about how problematic that is. But still, I just don’t vibe with them 🤷🏻‍♀️

I CAN point out though that canonically Feyre has not had any Gods or High Lords recognize her besides after proving her tenacity, whereas with Nesta, the Bone Carver doesn’t even know her and calls her as beautiful as a winter sunrise, Helion just looks at her and is stunned, Lanthys smells her scent (I know but oh well) and wants to crown her.PLEASE don’t get me started on Eris x Nesta because I’m a hardcore Neris. Still I like that Feyre is beautiful too in her own right and I think all sisters have a separate beauty with a certain appeal that every reader has a right to relate too but if we want to stay with strictly canon (which largely the problem that that side can’t seem to see past SJM’s word as anything other than biblical) Feyre just doesn’t have what Nesta does. And vise versa. And Elain too 🤷🏻‍♀️. And that’s the point.
