BIG NEWS!! :D

Hey there everyone!

Sooo I am an inspiring graphic artist/designer. I really love to watch other people draw, whether it be on Twitch or YouTube. But I also like to go on here and see what other people draw, especially for one of my favorite game series, being Ratchet and Clank.

“So, what’s this ‘big news’ you wanted to share with us, then?” I hear you asking, and that is what I am about to announce.

I will be making a Ratchet and Clank fan comic.

Now before you guys say ANYTHING, I will always give full credit to Insomniac, as I do not own Ratchet and Clank or any of the characters they have made in their games and comics, and I will also credit anything I make references to, because there will be a few references hidden in this story.

Now, I am going to give you guys a quick summary of what this particular story will be about, just so you guys know what you would be getting yourselves into.

**WARNING: THIS STORY WILL CONTAIN SOME THEMES THAT MAY BE SENSITIVE TO SOME READERS, SUCH AS BLOOD, VIOLENCE, MILD SWEARING, SUGGESTIVE THEMES, AND THEMES RELATING TO DEPRESSION/SUICIDE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Basically, the main plot of this story is this:

It is set in an apocalyptic, abandoned planet in a forgotten sector that has been erased off of almost every map in existence. Ratchet and Clank, being the main characters (of course), have been asked to investigate this mysterious sector (called the Kowar sector) by request of President Phyronix. They end up getting attacked while entering the sector, forcing them to crash land on planet Turborren, the only planet in the whole sector.

When they crash land, their ship (being Aphelion) is badly damaged, and they need a lot of stuff in order to fix it. So, they search the planet for any sign of life, only to find out that the planet is practically a ghost town.

It is then that they will meet Shin (my OC), one of the few survivors of the planet, and she agrees to help them fix their ship, but only if the duo help her stop Dr. Xeire (pronounced zee-ER), the main villain of this story, from completing his biggest project (this will be a surprise!) and releasing it upon other galaxies in order to dominate pretty much everything.

Now that you guys have an idea of what is to come, it is worth mentioning that I have already been working on reference sheets, concepts, and plot points for this comic. The main reason why I am posting this, is because I want to be noticed, not for fame, but to help me further my career as a graphic artist.

Speaking of graphic art, I will open commissions once I am completely comfortable with working with other people over the Internet, and handling their requests. However, all restrictions and limitations for said commissions will be mentioned and addressed ONCE I OPEN THEM! Please do not send me asks or messages asking what will be allowed and what will not. I will tell you all once they are available, but for now, that will be sometime in the future.

Now, I would like to sincerely thank anyone, and everyone, that has read this. It really means a lot to me, since I am doing this because it is what I love to do.

Look forward to me posting my reference sheets on here in a few days time. Keep in mind that they will be IRL photos of my sketches from my sketchbooks, so the quality won’t be the best. But I will assure you guys that I will be digitalizing the pages as I make them. If you guys have any suggestions/ideas for my concepts, please, feel free to let me know! :D

Special thanks/shoutouts to @zombiy for being a huge inspiration as to why I am doing this to begin with, you are freaking awesome, keep doing what you do best and love. If you guys don’t know who Zombiy is, definitely go check her out, she has amazing artwork and personality, and deserves a lot more attention :)
