Made an objectum oc of my own who I hope to draw more often now... Say hello to Motley Geiger, the radio host in love with his station and anything connected to it! I included a ton of facts about him below the cut. Some are suggestive/sexual in nature so please do not read if you're <18 years old! Thanks!

-The station is called AGL Radio, which stands for "above ground level," referencing the concept of underground music. It plays rock/metal music, a mix of both new and old. Its special claim-to-fame is its daily hour block of playing music from generally underground/undiscovered artists that submit their songs to the show, many of which are from the very town it broadcasts from!

-Motley lovingly refers to the station as "Angel," "my angel," and similar names, based off the logo and how the initials sound when said aloud, and refers to the station by he/it pronouns.

-Motley is madly in love with the station and anything connected to him, in a relationship with him. He sees his recording booth, including all of its equipment, fixtures, and walls, as a part of Angel. In this way, he is very physically affectionate with Angel, always stroking it and often giving it kisses when no one's looking.

-AGL Radio doesn't have too many workers, being a rather small station. Motley comes off as friendly enough to them, though most think he seems a bit awkward and eccentric. Though, they don't know the extent of his love for the station, thinking he's merely passionate about music. (Which, he is, sure, but...)

-Xe has a tendency to stay after-hours after everyone is gone, saying xe needs the extra time to organize and clean xeir booth for the next day. In reality, xe uses this time to be more sexually intimate with Angel when no one is around to walk in on them. Fiddling with his angel's various knobs, dials, keys, and sliders all shift leaves Motley rather worked up, and he figures his angel feels much the same.

-Xe ensures xe cleans up well after xeirself after any sexual contact with Angel, in xeir own way of aftercare, and always uses a lavender/vanilla-scented cleaning solution. Whenever xe catches a similar scent in public, it makes xem think of xeir beloved, since the recording room always smells at least faintly of the cleaning product.

-They have a radio at home they use to tune into the station when they're not working, just to hear their beloved sing. They see this radio as another extension of their angel, and is similarly affectionate/sexual with it.

-Motley's hair is supposed to be blue. Every time he tries to dye it, it comes out green. Every. Time. But he refuses to lose this battle.

-The relationship between Motley and Angel was one of love at first sight. Motley was drawn to the channel when they moved into the town for college, finding themself always listening to it. Late into college, they applied to work there. The second they stepped into the recording booth for the first time, it felt remarkably warm and alive to them, like something just clicked. He's since worked there for a couple years, being in his mid/late 20s now.

-He has a human-sized weighted plush art doll named Seraph that's a sort of "unofficial mascot" of AGL Radio, which he drives to and from work each day. He is in love with this doll as well, and sees it as a separate entity from Angel. People joke about it being Motley's significant other, much to his embarrassment - he's not comfortable with anyone irl knowing he's objectum.

-His radio persona is much more confident and outgoing than his in-person self, coming off as passionate and a bit flamboyant. He has an infectious energy and love for music and music history. Off-air, he's much more reserved, shy, and awkward, though once you get him talking you won't be able to get him to shut up. Xeir on-air persona is more like xeir "true self," who xey really want to be, who xey only feel comfortable being around xeir beloved.

-When they get overwhelmed thinking about how their voice is being heard by a large crowd of listener-strangers and struck by stage fright, they imagine that instead they are instead talking directly to Angel (and sometimes Seraph), which eases their nerves and comforts them.

-Apart from selecting the music playing, Motley's job also involves sharing current news in rock/metal and fun facts about various bands, artists, and songs. They're very knowledgeable and passionate about all that!

-They are amab and define themselves as masc nonbinary, uncomfortable with the label of a binary man, feeling it doesn't describe them. Motley Geiger is a chosen name!

-He has no human partners, but wouldn't be opposed to having one someday - as long as, of course, they could accept his relationship with Angel and Seraph, which he would not give up.

-Motley is physically disabled and suffers from chronic pain, which has affected their ability to work in the past. However, having this job where he can sit in a good chair and talk for the duration of his shift generally works just fine for him!

Hey everyone! I’m finally gonna start this up and make an intro post after 3 years.

Before I begin, I want to give a shout out to my best friend’s blog @coconut530! Xey make cool posts (especially about Webtoons and podcasts), makes amazing art, and is just overall a really epic person, so I’d HIGHLY recommend you check out xeir blog!

I’m Misty Skyes (not my actual name, just an alias for the internet), but I’m also okay with being called Misty, Cricket, or any variation of these. I have a YouTube channel (also under the name Misty Skyes) where I focus on Warrior Cats and animation, and while this will have some focus on that, its also a more personal blog for myself, so I’ll also post about other things I’m interested in or want to focus on. This can include posts about animals, marine biology, RWBY, being queer, being autistic, and many more things. I’d also like to post things on here that I can’t always do on YouTube (like drawings, polls, or just silly little things). I can’t guarantee that I’ll be consistently active on here since I tend to be busy, but I’ll definitely interact every once in a while.

I’m always looking for ways to improve as a person, and it helps when others can point things out that I’ve done since it sometimes takes me a while to realize that something I said or did might’ve not been right.

I’m not sure what else to add here, but I’ll probably update this as time goes on or as needed. Outside of that, I’m excited to get started here!
