I'm very lonely but everytime I try to chat with anyone they don't reply

Why is it so hard making friends
#im actively trying to be less introverted and talk to people#im angry at myself bc ive been invited to join people in playing games and joining rp groups#but i said no to all of them bc i was immediately met with my own crippling anxiety about actually interacting with ppl#kicking myself KICKLING MYSELF#i could have so many more friends if i wasnt so stupid back then and now im paying the price#i know those people have given up inviting me even though im sure they dont hate me at all. they are good people.#im not blaming them. i take full responsibility#im just. sigh. im so lonely.#nearly 30 yrs old and im crying alone in the bedroom abt not having but mayb 3 close friends lol.#bachuqq blabs#god im sorry about all these tags uh props for anyone who read them all.
