👋 They’re back.. Narcissists and Toxics are not stupid, in fact, many are very very intelligent. They know exactly what they’re doing, whatever they say. If you have left a toxic behind, be aware that they are probably watching you - waiting like a predator and its prey. They’re waiting for the best time to message you - “oh hey, I was just thinking about you, can we talk?” They know exactly what they lost when you left, and what to say to convince you to take them back. But, their behaviour has been honed over years, their default is to cause drama and cause pain - it’s how they survive, it’s how they need to feel in control. They will say they missed you. They will say they learned. They will say they need you. They miss you. They will say you’re right. They will say they’re on meds. They will say they’re doing counseling. They will say they’ve changed.
