Sky: Children of the Light - Season of Revival

HELLO I JUST LOGGED INTO SKY TO DO MY DAILIES N THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN IT REMINDED ME OF SEASON OF REVIVAL BEING OUT

and i was like 'oh cool new season!' aND THEN A PORTAL JUST RISES OUT OF THE SEA ???? CRAZY

spoilers for everything under the cut

im excited for the new season but im mostly excited for the new shoes cosmetics >:)))))

anyways time to go through the new portal

ok in a completely new area

ooh the symbol glowing underneath where my character appeared?? so cool

giant ominous building looming over me, an island surrounded by a sea of clouds

super aesthetic

oh a spirit memory stature thing

fascinating, the statue reveals a child(?) spirit

they seem to recognize the red candle we used to light the statue

time to follow them into the ominous building

ahh they needed the candle to open the door

'??? | A hidden refuge, lost to time' bro :(( why did that hit me in the feels

the fact that it doesnt even really have a name, and the season guide's reaction to seeing it :(( i feel so bad

i guess the season will revolve around 'reviving' the area ?? like restoring it back to its original glory

ok time for the first quest

ok theres a place im supposed to go but first i want to explore

theres a little waterfall area, a fountain(??) in the center, and those manta shrine things (like the ones in daylight prairie)

ooh theres like little houses/rooms built into the side of the hills there's rubble blocking the entrances to them tho oof

ok time to actually continue on w the quest

another spirit statue

hey isnt that a past spirit guide ?!??! also aww theyre friends w the Hopeful Steward

going into a house now

oh no its overrun with the darkness plants :(( STOP THIS IS SO SAD

its ok dont worry i have the power of arson time to burn all these plants bwahahha

nice i burned away all the darkness and now the spirit is showing me a floating chair OOH IF I SIT ON THE CHAIR I HAVE ACCESS TO THE HAIR COSMETICS

ohhhh he's like a hairstylist omg thats so cool

oh hey the atmosphere's a little brighter outside and !! theres a pink plant growing outside the hairstylist's barbershop(??)!! cool

ooh and theres a flag too signifying that its like a barbershop

OOOH THE WINDOWS ARE LIT UP NOW NICE

alright, thats all for the 1st quest of Season of Revival!! im excited for the rest of the quests and how the place is gonna look at the end of the season!

ohoho whats this?? theres another open door on the side of the left hill

the sign next to it bears this season's symbol time to go in!!

ooh its like a dressing room kinda?? theres cosmetics on mannequins and like,, theyre all very dramatic names that basically mean the same thing of being a remnant of a lost village but its all said in different ways and im laughing at it

the cosmetics look REALLY nice tho time to browse im definitely aiming for the shoe cosmetic (the free one LOL) ooh and also the origami boat hat, so cute!!

alright, i think thats all for now
