MURAKAMI, TAKASHI (Japón, 1962) 

Utiliza todas las ramas artisticas, la escultura, la pintura, la instalación y el dibujo, así como la arquitectura.  Además ha trabajado en varias ocasiones creando diseños para merchandising, campañas comerciales, publicidad y moda.

Fundador del movimiento artístico Superflat, este artista unió arte de bajo nivel con arte de altas esferas. El Superflat es un movimiento que nos acerca la cultura japonesa y el arte de posguerra desde una perspectiva quizás más pop y cercana a la actualidad, que está también relacionada con el movimiento otaku japonés.

Entre otras cosas, rencientemente ha trabajado junto a JBalvin para el arte y la imagen de su albúm Colores.

C’était juste énorme de pouvoir voir ses œuvres de mes propres yeux! Je pensais qu’il bossait en vectoriel car tout est si propre mais de près on voit que les plages de couleurs sont toutes texturées, c’est fou comme c’est précis. Les couleurs vibrent, j’adore!

It was such a chance for me to see this art pieces with my own eyes! I thought that the artist worked with vectorial drawings cause everything looks so clean but in fact when you get close you can see all the textures in the colours, it’s so precise that’s crazy! The colours are so vibrant, I love it!
