Dorene and Celine

Since Mark has given us permission to share the stuff he said about Dorene on the mixer, I’m gonna subject you to my own theory that has been stewing in my mind since I saw it and keeping me awake. And this one is kind of weird, so it’s either going to blow your mind or make me lose all of my credibility.

But first, here is a just slightly abridged transcript of some of the things he said about her concept (I tried to stay as close to the original as possible to avoid another game of telephone).

Dorene was a special case. Because I wrote in something, because it was story important, to showcase that you should not be awake during the initiation of the wormhole. It's bad. And clearly it's bad: you, the captain, were awake and everything is caused by that. Dorene is another person on the ship who was awake at the exact same time that you were. Everything that you can do, all the choices, the infinite choices that have been made, will be made or are made and are all simultaneously occurring, that happened to you – also happened to Dorene. At the exact same time. That's why Dorene, when you first meet Dorene, is kinda like “Oh, of course I'll help” even though things are glitchy and broken, that's why Dorene during the second time gets weirder and weirder, that's why Dorene the third time is already wise to everything that's happening. There are different points in time that Dorene has been experiencing in all of this chaos, but it has been happening at the same time it's happening to you. [...] Dorene is a colonist on the ship. But just like everything on this ship, and in this universe, and in this story, things can echo and get distorted as they go backwards and forwards in time. What Space is, it's a justification for everything to occur, that has occurred. The ripping open of this wormhole, the interweaving of these multiverses, the overlapping of concepts, the area outside the universe – you know, “the void”. All these things can exist simultaneously.

There is a lot to unpack here, but what stuck with me is the concept of her being able to make choices like we do and thus practically doing her own playthrough while we struggled to save the ship.

Maybe she went down a whole different path with universes that we didn’t even encounter there, but might have seen at a different time. And maybe even experienced another story or two from a different perspective than we did. She could even have gone through some older Markiplier projects since there is no clear timeline any more.

Now I might be going a little too far, but, you know how many of us made our own heistsonas or spacesonas or just any other kind of self insert OC? And even if we never drew them, we probably had at least a vague concept in our minds.

ISWM2 theory

What if actor tricked us into fixing the narrative so he can continue to play the hero?

If you get the true ending (w/ credits) you end up fixing the paradox… but you’re still on the Invincible 2 at the end. You would think that if you were fixing everything that the adventures would stop and mark would apologize to EVERYONE he’s hurt not just us.

Also none of the other characters who are outside of the story (ms. Whittacre for example) seem to really care about the paradox. So maybe it’s not so much the paradox was actually going to kill everyone so much as actor needed a way for us to think it was our fault so we’d fix it for him.

Another thing I noticed was if you wait until the very end you get a link to AHWM which I’m pretty sure leads to link to ADWM???

Maybe Ms. Whitacre isn't dark, but whatever was possessing celine the last time we saw her body

Hey so,

To tack on to my last post

I had another realization! Maybe.

I don't think we've been talking to Actor this whole time. Because with Ms. Whitacre existing, and us meeting Wilford during Motherloving Warfstache, and assuming Damien woke up just before Heist...

Well, whats Actor Mark doing when Motherloving Warfstache is happening? We've seen that he's waking Damien up. So.. I don't think he'd be with us if he's busy with our dear Damien.

So who are we talking to?

I have no idea! I have a little theory though that may or may not hold up

I think we're talking to Actor- in a sense- in the sense that, we're talking to a version of Actor that he's written, not Actor himself.

In other words, I don't think we've seen Actor properly (save for the meta Easter Egg maybe), I think we've just been seeing.. well.. his self-insert, basically.

so because of Implications, is it safe to assume the WKM twins' last names are Whitacre

My favorite endings for each Adventure with Markiplier series:

ADWM - Chocolate, Ending 4/10

What can I say? I've always been a simp for Darkiplier. And, after finally understanding the events of WKM, I have to say that I kind of pity him. and also, chocolate ice cream over vanilla any day!

AHWM - I Want To Be Free, Ending 12/31

The man's (Yancy) killed his parents, yet still makes me unable to not love him. Anyone who does that gets my adoration. Also I like to imagine that Y/N visits him using the skeleton key sometimes and that they hang out, singing songs and whatnot. the blindfold bit always gets me with the part where it implies that you have to dance to get out of the prison lmao.

ISWM Pt 1 - In Space Without Markiplier, Faux Ending

I'd like to think of this "ending" as the good ending in ISWM. (the one where mark dies and the colony goes on and thrives.) I'd also like to think that Celci takes over Mark's role of leading you through the story, because I genuinely believe it would be very fun to go through ISWM but with Celci by your side. she just seems like a lovely person to chill with- pun intended.

ISWM Part 2 drops in a few days. So as we wait, I provide spoiler free nails that I made yet again. Can you guess the character ✨👀✨?

please tell me your theories because i do not know anymore i mean it isn't impossible because the computer says "we are [error] years into our journey" and it could be a really long time ever since wkm took place for all we know but then again it would be weird because there are also theories that celine is celci (because in damien celine lives in a snowy environment while celci works in cryo [which is also related to snow]) also because they're played by the same actress but you never know and in wkm while we were with celine reading the cards we were kinda in a space-y theme (this doesn't connect to this theory but it is probably something, picture right there)

please i need to know if she's just a funky lil granny or a character that needs to be looked into
