My memory problems are pretty bad.. i was trying to decide if i even had dysphoria a couple years ago or if i just misremembered until my brother was sayinghow debilitating it was for me..

Im making a playlist for work but i only have 50 songs. Anyone like music? Any1 have playlists to send me or song recommendations?

On a sidenote that last post might be garbage. I cant tell when someone is a friend or not, i think i have pushed people away enough that i cant recognize a friend if ones standing right in fron of me. So much shit for me to figure out!

Im happy though, its good that ive gotten better.

What makes everything the hardest is my memory. It acts like its short term, only remembering the part of conversation that we are currently on. I used to have the most amazing memory, and i know it still retains some of that, but because of all that shit in my past and wanting to "stay happy" (a trait that i view as negative because i think it lowers my sympathy and i cannot be rude like that, denying someones sadness)

My mind just tosses everything to the wind like fluff, to stay happy, to not think. Maybe i will see a therapist. I dont doubt that one would help
