I love the excitement of filling the page with color! And I love seeing a visual representation of my moods for the month. Helps me get a hold of my days and life! Or maybe it's just the psychologist in me, recording data for some purposes that will be revealed to me in due time 🤷‍♀️... . . Sometime I dunno why I do the things I do... but it sure is helpful just to have a record of it all and a record of how those things made you feel ... all I know is that I enjoy creating these #monthlymoodtracker (s)... they help me... maybe they could help you too... (especially if u have mixed bags of emotions)... . . A mood tracker could help one recognize particular patterns in ones behavior and how particular things have a specific affect on ones mood. Plus it also makes you stop and actually THINK and REFLECT about the day you had and how you felt, which many people neglect to do... . . DONT FORGET TO CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF!
