The newest issue of Kadokawa's Monthly Comp Ace (out 25/11) came with some rather nice extras for their readers, in the form of a 100 page separate manga of "Youjo Senki" ^^
Said extra manga contains both an original story by the manga version's artist - Toujou Chika - and an excerpt from a spin-off series called "Youjo Senki Shokudou" (Youjo Senki Dining Room) by mangaka Kyouichi (Ore no Kimochi ga Wakaru ka)
Besides the special manga mentioned above, this month's new issue also comes with "Tanya Degurechov's Stomachache", an Audio CD (featuring the anime's voice cast) included with the recently released Vol.7 of the manga (out 10/11) that follows the series' main character as she deals with an enemy from within... her stomach, that is

Saga of Tanya the Evil Manga's '2nd Part' Launches in September
The October issue of Kadokawa's Monthly Comp Ace magazine revealed on Wednesday that Chika Tōjō's manga adaptation of Carlo Zen and Shinobu Shinotsuki's Saga of Tanya the Evil (Yōjo Senki) novel series will start its "second part" in the magazine's next issue on September 26.
The manga ended its "first part" in the magazine on Wednesday. The "first part's" ending corresponds to the television anime adaptation's final episode.
Yen Press licensed both the original light novel and the manga adaptation, and it describes the series:
High above the blood- and mud-soaked trenches, a young girl pits herself against army mages in high stakes aerial duels with bullets, spells, and bayonets. Her name is Tanya Degurechaff and she is the Devil of the Rhine, one of the greatest soldiers the Empire has ever seen! But inside her mind lives a ruthless, calculating ex-salaryman who enjoyed a peaceful life in Japan until he woke up in a war-torn world. Reborn as a destitute orphaned girl with nothing to her name but memories of a previous life, Tanya will do whatever it takes to survive, even if she can find it only behind the barrel of a gun!
Zen and Shinotsuki launched the novel series in 2013, and the 12th novel shipped on February 20. Tōjo launched the manga in Monthly Comp Ace in 2016. Kadokawa published the manga's 19th compiled book volume on July 21, and it will publish the manga's 20th volume with both a standard and limited edition on December 26. Yen Press shipped the 10th volume on June 23.
The television anime adaptation of the novels premiered in January 2017. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired, and Funimation streamed an English dub. The anime also had a film that opened in Japan in February 2019, with a returning staff and cast. Crunchyroll screened the film in the United States in May 2019, and began streaming it in September 2019.

Whoa! So there will be two new unrelated oficial manga series? will it be by different artists? Publish on the same magazine? So many burning questions and no idea of any release date...
I'm just repeating what other people have said, but I hear the new one is part of a new monthly online publication that's attached to Strange Creators. So it's a new Touhou specific magazine. There are also other doujin comics being published alongside it, including one by Azuma Aya about Komachi. Apparently.
All of this is supposed to be released this Monday as part of the next Strange Creators.
The other one is going to be in Comp Ace like FS and VFiS, but we still don't know anything about it.

5 Mistakes To Avoid As a First Time Home Buyer
youtube
Edwin Liddie here with the Liddie Real Estate group brokered by JP and Associate Realtors. Our office is located in Southlake, but we service the entire DFW Metroplex including Dallas, Fort Worth, and everything in between. We help people buy and sell real estate all the way up to luxury homes.
If it is for sale and it’s a house, we can help. Today this video is going to cover five mistakes to avoid as a first-time home buyer with a possible six as a bonus.
1. Avoid doing it yourself.
You want to get a real estate agent to help you and it's not going to cost you anything. Stop scrolling through Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com. Pick up the phone and call me 682-302-5131, I am here to help! I am a buyer's agent and specialize in it. My wife and I love to help people find real estate.
I know the market better than you do; It’s what I am trained to do. I have access to the MLS, which is the service that gives me all the homes in the system that are available for sale by other people who are represented by agents.
I'm able to pull comps. I'm able to see whether or not the house you’re interested in is worth what they are asking. Why? Because we may want to put an offer in that's lower or maybe higher, depending upon what the sales price is. It also depends on how nice the house is, its location, and if it fits your budget. I draft the contract and negotiate on your behalf to get terms that are favorable for you. I take the stress out of the process and I help make the transaction a whole lot smoother. Once we close on the deal, I get paid from the person selling the house. They are going to pay my broker who pays me.
So why wouldn't you use an agent? Right? You want to use an agent. You want to use me.
Call me, let me help you like I’ve helped so many people throughout DFW. We have a team of people that can help you find the home you need and want while making the process easy.
2. Get pre-approved!
You do not want to start looking at houses unless you know how much house you could afford. There are two types of people that I typically meet. One would say, "Yeah I want to buy a house” and then I say, “Ok what is your price range?”, and they would say, "Well I don't want to spend any more than $300,000” and I look at them and say wow, okay, you know what you want!
Then there is a second type of person that I ask "Well what are you looking for? And they say, "Well I don't want to spend any more than $1500 a month”
It's two different ways of looking at it, right?
One doesn't want to spend more than $300,000 but they have no idea what a $300,000 monthly note is. The other one knows that their budget is $1500 bucks and it doesn't matter if it is a  $300,000 house because they can afford to spend $1500 a month.
That's really what you should be geared to. How much can you afford each month? The only way to find that out is to get pre-approved. Now, if you have a bank that you absolutely love and have been banking with them for a long time with great credit, go for it! Call them up, tell them, "Hey I'm in the market, and thinking about buying a house and I just want to know based on my current situation, how much home can I afford? And the lenders, they are trained to go through your finances and let you know how much of a house you can or can’t afford.
Let's work on your credit. If you don't have a lender or bank with someone but are not really happy with them, I have access to plenty of lenders who specialize in mortgages. I have great relationships with a lot of lenders who have great programs!
There's a lot of programs our there that you may qualify for, but you wouldn't know unless you talk to the right people. A lot of times it’s about who you know and what that person knows. That's why you want to get pre-approved. You may see something online and say, “I love this house!” but you just can't afford it.
Furthermore, even if you were to call me and say you love a particular house, I really can't show you the house unless I have a pre-approval. Because, I can be challenged by the realtor or the broker that owns that house as to whether or not you're in a position to buy. So, it's best for you to get pre-approved. If you are not pre-approved, you can call me  and I can help you get with the right people to do so!
3. Don’t buy a foreclosure.
Number three, this is a big one! A few years ago, we went through a recession and a lot of people lost their homes to foreclosures. Foreclosures were a big thing as well as short sales. That was a long time ago!
But the mindset of many is that “Hey, you know what I’m going to buy a house.” “The first house I’ll buy is a foreclosure because I can get a great deal on a foreclosure or a short sale.” I have to tell you that in 2019, things have changed.
First off, there aren't as many foreclosures and short sales as there was back when the recession hit. Nowadays, banks have gotten hip. Even if they foreclose on your house, they will ask for what the house is worth. So the chances of you finding something that's a great investment for you to get pennies on the dollar, is very slim. Furthermore, if it does exist, cash investors are looking for those same deals in this saturated market.
The odds of you finding a great deal at a certain price with great value and little renovation doesn't exist. You have to look at it like this, if you're a first-time homebuyer with limited funds; you don't have tens of thousands of dollars lying there to renovate your home after purchasing it, don’t think about a foreclosure. A lot of those homes, if you find one, need so much work!
The thought of “Well, you know, I'm going to live in this room. We’ll fix this room up. We're going to take our time.” That's a fantasy land. Now a days you don’t even know what's wrong with the house. You may get into a house and barely get in and you're like, “I love this home” but have to put so much money into the house that is just not worth the investment at the end of the day.
So, I would advise you stay away from it. If it's your very first home, I can help. Unless you’re a contractor or have an unlimited amount of money. But I'm going to advise you to find something that's worth just moving into that takes minimal amount of work for you to furnish.
4. Get an Inspection.
All right, so we found the house and we got you pre-approved. It's not a foreclosure or short sell. At this point we need to get an inspection done.           I advise all my clients, that are not buying a new home, to get an inspection done.
An inspection, depending on the size of the home, costs anywhere between $300 and $500. The inspectors are licensed by the state of Texas and they do a thorough inspection of the entire house from top to bottom. When they are finished, they give you a list of everything that's wrong with the house, or everything that checked out ok.
This is critical because if we are buying a pre-existing home, I’m able to use that list to negotiate repairs or credit or reduction in the sales price to offset whatever needs to be done. Not only that, it is imperative that you know what is going on with the house that you're getting ready to buy as an investment, for you and your family live in.
You need to know what's up with it! You need to know if the roof is going to last before the next rainfall. You need to know if the foundation is going to live up to holding the weight of the house, and the house isn’t going to crack in two. You need to know if there's mold in the house. You need to know if the pipes are any good, or if there are any leaks in the bathroom, sink, etc. You need to know if the AC is functional year around, especially in Texas!
All of these things are covered under a good inspection. You need a good inspection company that knows what they're doing. And again, if you don't know any, I know a plethora of companies that are really good at what they do.  I could advise you to get with one of them and we'll get this inspection done. It gives you peace of mind, but it's critical you have to get it done. Not getting it done is a big mistake.
5. Do Not Change Jobs!
I've seen this happen. Most of the time that this has happened, both the realtor and lender didn't do a good job of telling their clients that, if you're going to buy a home and your under-contract or thinking about getting a mortgage, do not change your job until you actually move into the house! Changing your job can push the date back or it may put you in a situation where you no longer qualify for a mortgage, even though you've got great credit. The banks are looking at your income, consistent cashflow, and how long you have worked on your current job.
You will be surprised! There is a plethora of people under contract to buy a house. Everything is going well and they take a job offer or apply for another job. They take that job and then receive a phone call from the underwriter saying “We will not fund this loan. You need to be on this job for three months, six months or etc.”
Certain banks have different criteria. If you're serious about buying a house, stay on your job until you get into your house. If you are in a situation where you are getting ready to switch jobs, wait to buy a home until you've been on that job for a certain amount of time. Lenders are better suited to help you with this. I've got lenders that you can talk to. Just let me know what the situation is, and I'll put you in touch with a lender. They'll tell you exactly what to do. Whatever you do don’t change jobs!
6. Bonus!
This is a bonus. Not buying a home, especially as a millennial is one of the biggest mistakes you can make. That sounds crazy but let me tell you why.        If you're paying rent, you are paying someone else's mortgage. So, for everyone that says, "I don't want to mortgage right now.” I'm going to ask you “Where do you live and you're going to say “Well... I live (blank)” “Do you pay rent? “Yes, I pay rent.” “Then you're paying someone’s mortgage.” It's not your own but you're paying somebody's mortgage. So why not get your own mortgage? Getting your own mortgage is like having a giant piggybank. You’re paying yourself back over time. Not to mention the property is going to gain equity.   The value of your property will increase and the difference between what you owe and what it’s worth is your money.
That's your equity, it belongs to you. You can actually take a loan against that if need be.
However, if your renting, you can’t do it. There is nothing wrong with renting if you're in a situation where you have to rent, then rent. I rented for a long time, but when the time came for me to purchase, I made the move because financially it was an investment that just made sense to make a payment each month. Some of that money is going into my own piggybank, not all of it, some of it. Most goes towards interest, but some goes to what I owe. Now every time I make a payment, I owe less and less and less. Not only that, but the value of the house goes up and up and up. Worse case scenario, if I need to sell I can sell and pull money out.
It's an investment and you have to look at it from that perspective. Again, it's maybe not time for you to buy a house and that's okay. You can get in touch with me and we can come up with a time frame. I have clients right now who are a year out.
I met someone last week, she said, “I'm a year out, that's when my lease is up” but I said “We're going to start working on it now and we're going to put a game plan in place that's tailored towards your needs.” Within the next year of July she will be in a brand-new home that was built from scratch. It can be done. I've helped people do it before in the past and I'm here to help you. I am Edwin Liddie with JP and Associate Realtors.
If you have any questions, give me a call.
If you're thinking about buying a house, give me a call! If you want to sell give me a call! We are here to help. At the end of the day, we just love to help people. We are transparent, trustworthy and we are who we are.

Will WaHH chapter 46 be released today? You mentioned last time you had some trouble getting the scans.
The digital version of Febri is coming out on the 14th.
For the record, WaHH is published in a magazine called Febri, which comes out on the 10th every other month. The digital version comes out some random number of days later. Febri is sort of a general anime magazine, with articles and interviews and whatnot (WaHH is one of only three comics in it). The latest issue is about “A Place Further Than the Universe” for example. It was started by one of ZUN’s personal friends (an editor) way back when, which is why WaHH is there. That friend has since left though. It’s ZUN’s only work published by Ichijinsha, iirc.
VFiS is published in a magazine called Comp Ace, which is the same magazine FS used to be in. It’s published monthly on the 26th, but not every issue has VFiS in it. Comp Ace is specifically a manga compilation magazine, with a focus on major anime franchises. By which I mean it has like 3-4 separate Fate comics running simultaneously, and like 2 Nanoha series. It’s published by Kadokawa, which is ZUN’s usual publisher.

Been A While
Oh, hi there, Tumblr. It’s been a while. At least since...
*checks last post*
Oh wow. My birthday. That was...months ago.
Welp. Ha. I guess I’m here now so what the hey.
Hope everyone has been well.
I’m keeping up okay. Still writing, gaming and all that.
Some days are good. Some days are bad. Most days blend together, most weeks feel exactly like the last one.
Honestly, not a lot has changed since I last wrote in December. Physically, I’m dealing with a bit of a low point, but I’m trying to come out of it. Emotionally, I’d say I’m tired but bullish. I can see the season turning, the grass returning and the air warming up and I want to be a part of that.
I’ve had some folks asking what I’ve been up to lately for games and anime. So here’s a quick once-over.
For video games-
-Miraculously obtained both a Series X and a PS5. If Sony’s exclusives, a new UI and a fancy new controller appeal to you- get the PS5. If you’d rather have a mass of games immediately accessible to you, enjoy gamepass, and don’t mind a console that essentially feels like an immediate expansion of the previous (the controller is essentially the same, the UI has zero changes, etc) then go with the Series X. Both will continue to find new reasons to appeal to their base, both are outstanding machines in their own right, but at this point, both also offer a very different opening experience from each other- experiences that are equally valuable and compelling, but different nonetheless. Follow your heart- or just grab the one that you can actually locate.
-On the subject of gaming kits- upgraded to a Samsung Q series UHD tv with HDR and retired my yamaha 5.1 for a Bose 700 series soundbar. Can safely say that the jump to HDR is worth it if you can make it happen, even if the uses for the tech are still limited. Sound receivers are likely not going to catch up for at least another year, so a soundbar might be your best option if you want to do HDR AND have quality sound during the experience.
-I’ve barely touched my Oculus Quest 2. There just isn’t that much to do on it. Sales have allegedly been strong for the plucky new headset, but that hasn’t followed within the VR world itself. The store still feels small and experiences like virtual events are heavily reliant on a strong internet connection to work seamlessly. For example, I attended a basketball game in Venues and gave up after the 1st quarter, the visual fidelity being so shaky that it felt like attending the game without my glasses. Hooking up the system for remote desktop or linkplay (essentially making your Quest into a Rift-equivalent device) makes for an uneven experience at best, with lag and connection issues being a constant concern. Until more people I know pick up the device, or more versatile social apps/immersive games release, the Quest 2 will feel more like a novelty in my gaming collection than a full-fledged device.
-Finished Cyberpunk 2077 on Series X. It was fine. Maybe I’ll write more on it at a later date. My thoughts DURING the playthrough felt more complex than my thoughts after it.
-Finished the main game of Super Mario 3D World on Switch. That game is still absolutely outstanding and a masterpiece.
-Started Dragon Quest XI on Switch. It is refreshingly chill and simple.
-Finished Hitman 2 (PS4) and started Hitman 3 (PS5). It continues to be one of my all-time favorite franchises in gaming.
-Started Demon’s Souls (PS5). It’s hard!
-Dabbled in King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match (Switch), No Man’s Sky (Series X), Sims 4 (PC), AC: Valhalla (Series X), Earth Defense Force 5 (PS4), Dead Rising 2: Off the Record (PS4) and touched many, many more games that I’m sure I’m forgetting to list here.
-Played the demo for Project Triangle and immediately put it at the top of my most anticipated games list.
-Completed a new playthrough of Civilization 6. It was satisfying, even if the expansion continues to fall short of adding things like basic AI and Diplomacy upgrades that make other games like Endless Space 2 more rewarding.
-I played Overwatch socially for the first time in months and had a blast. I still can only stomach 6v6 classic, so I’m grateful that my friends were willing to humor me. As Overwatch 2 gets closer maybe I’ll write a longer retrospective on my relationship with Overwatch- from newcomer to heavily invested comp player to distanced/disillusioned outsider to my current resting place as a casual/non-competitive wellwisher. It’s been a weird, at times tumultuous journey. But I continue to be grateful that Overwatch can exist in a way I can enjoy- especially with my friends.
For anime-
-On a weekly basis I still follow Jujutsu Kaisen and Dr. Stone. Both still absolutely rule.
-Dropped off of The Promised Neverland. the story took a turn I just couldn’t follow. I’ll need some time before I go back to it. I’m told it skips an important arc. It shows.
-Finally broke through an incredibly dull arc in Katekyo Hitman Reborn! We’re in the Choice arc now, and it’s back to doing what Reborn does best- exciting shonen battles featuring strange powers and demonstrations of character growth through conflict.
-I’ve finished my first 50 episodes of Dragon Ball (watching it in English). I like it! It’s deeply weird- sometimes in good ways, sometimes in bad ways, but mostly it’s just fun.
-Completed a rewatch of Mobile Suit Gundam Wing with my brother (again, in English). This is the third time I’ve rewatched the series. My thoughts haven’t changed much- it gets a bad rap for its occasionally silly dub and deeply serious overtones, but deserves points for approaching the topics of war of violence with a gravity absent in other anime.
-Slowly working through Fist of the North Star, which is ridiculously cool and a ton of fun to watch- even if it is also terrifically dark.
Other hobbies-
-Almost finished with the Barracuda Bay pirate lego set. Only took me like...5 months? Thereabouts? I plan to do the haunted house next, and also want to start incorporating Light My Bricks into the sets to add some life to them.
-Still working out 5 days a week when possible. Going through a rough patch, physically, right now, but I’m trying to power through.
-Therapy was reduced to bi-weekly. I guess that means I’m making progress? It’s been a weird journey, ‘cuz I don’t feel different or transformed or anything like that. If anything, I feel more anxious than before? But I guess the point is that my awareness is supposed to be higher now and my ability to exercise restraint is supposed to be stronger. Here’s hoping!
-Still dialed back on alcohol, caffeine, sodium...you know, all the stuff that makes life worth waking up for. Unfortunately, it’s a bit out of my control. it’s made for a lot of sleep and some moody af days. And also my body compensating by getting really hot for sugar in any form. I drank a coke yesterday for the first time in months. It was wild.
-My screenplay continues to hover at 200 pages. I got things shifted into episodic format. My partner and I continue to work through how the release will look and a lot of retrospect changes have happened to account for the turns the story takes later. Alice and the Pale Horse will release- sooner than later, hopefully- but it’s going to take some more work. However, I am excited to admit out loud that I am basically writing an anime at this point.
-I’m running two DND campaigns- The Ghosts of Saltmarsh and The Lost Shrine of Tamoachan. I’m really diving into it after spending recent months avoiding it. I’m trying to focus on learning stories and working with my party. I think I was approaching burnout the past few months, but as odd as it sounds- taking on a second campaign helped me avert it. It feels less like a monthly event I have to start my engine anew for every time and more like a routine hobby I’m constantly a little immersed in.
- I haven’t done much reading. Since my job put the ax to my reading on the clock it’s been hard to make much progress. I’m hoping that as the weather warms up I can go back to my nightly reads on the stoop. I have Berserk, Sailor Moon in my queue, as well as no shortage of mystery novels to knock out.
-Baseball is coming! I want to be excited. I’m trying to be. I just have so many hobbies and baseball feels like the least urgent. It’s hard when I don’t have much of a social world built around it (or sports in general) beyond my dad and one close friend. I’ll do my best to try and tune in at least once or twice a week to keep current. There’s just so much baseball. It’s hard to get invested without a cost to other hobbies I admittedly enjoy more.
-I still hang on Spriteclub a lot. It’s been seven months now. It feels like I’m starting to become a part of the community. There are people I look forward to talkking to every day and I continue to run custom matches and participate in tournaments. It continues to be one of the most important social outlets of my life during the pandemic.
And that’s pretty much it! Like I tell my parents- if I’m not updating folks on what’s going on in life, it’s cuz nothing is happening. It seems hilarious to say that, because obviously, based on the above report, a lot is happening! I’m up in my hobbies daily and clearly continue to struggle, grow and develop in tangible ways.
I’ll try and be more current here as the seasons turn. I have a draft regarding 2077 in the works, though I struggle with what I have a right to comment on as a consumer (I don’t consider myself much of a critic). And as the anime season wraps up I’ll have some reports to offer on my favorites. I have also had a few requests for comparing the Series X with the PS5, so that might warrant a post too.
In the meantime, keep up with me on Twitter, and as always- tell me about the anime you’re watching, the games you’re playing and the experiences that are speaking to you. I had a friend who messaged me the other day to tell me they gave an anime a shot based on a retrospective I wrote- it was a title they otherwise would not have watched- and they ended up loving it. Those are the kinds of messages that literally make my week.
So if you see something I happened to write about- even if you hate it- let me know! I always enjoy hearing about people’s experiences on a personal level.  Stay safe out there everyone. Until next time ~

Daisuke Aizawa's Isekai Fantasy Light Novel The Eminence in Shadow Gets TV Anime Adaptation
Today on the release day of its latest fourth volume in Japan, it is confirmed that a TV anime adaptation of Daisuke Aizawa's isekai fantasy light novel series Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute! (To Be a Power in the Shadows!) / The Eminence in Shadow is now in the works. Further details will be announced at a later date.
The novel was first posted on the Japanese user-generated novel publishing website Shousetsuka ni Narou from January 2018 to September 2019, then its print edition featuring illustrations by Azunishi has been released from KADOKAWA since November 2018. It won first place in the New Literature and Books category in the "New Light Novel General Election" in 2019. Meanhwhile, its manga adaptation illustrated by Anri Sakano has been serialized in the publisher's Monthly Comp-Ace magazine since its February 2019 issue and has released five tankobon volumes. A total print run of the whole series in Japan has reached one million copies.
The novel's English edition has been published by Yen Press since August 2020. The publisher introduces its first volume's synopsis as below.
ONE BIG FAT LIE AND A FEW TWISTED TRUTHS.
Even in his past life, Cid's dream wasn't to become a protagonist or a final boss. He'd rather lie low as a minor character until it's prime time to reveal he's a mastermind...or at least, do the next best thing-pretend to be one! And now that he's been reborn into another world, he's ready to set the perfect conditions to live out his dreams to the fullest. Armed with his overactive imagination, Cid jokingly recruits members to his organization and makes up a whole backstory about an evil cult that they need to take down. Well, as luck would have it, these imaginary adversaries turn out to be the real deal-and everyone knows the truth but him!

Youjo Senki Gets Spinoff Gourmet Manga
The official Twitter account for Kadokawa's Comptiq and Monthly Comp Ace magazine revealed on Thursday that Carlo Zen's Saga of Tanya the Evil (Yōjo Senki) light novel series will get a new special 128-page manga book. While the December issue of Monthly Comp Ace published on Thursday initially indicated that the content of the book will appear in three consecutive issues of the magazine, the Twitter account corrected the information and noted that it will be a separate book entirely. The Twitter account didn't specify when Kadokawa will publish the book.

homeowners insurance cover air conditioner
homeowners insurance cover air conditioner or other air damage in the home and/or trailer. These types of policies can help provide you with additional personal protection that you cannot be provided elsewhere. It is recommended that you buy separate vehicle insurance if this coverage is applicable to your situation. There are two primary reasons why car insurance for your property is essential. As mentioned earlier, insurance may also pay for other things, such as a home you live in, and for your cars. In case you are renting a house or anything similar, you are likely to be required to get separate car insurance. Although car insurance does provide you and your family with indemnity coverage, this will not provide you financial protection. In such a situation, you could easily receive only a small payout if you are involved in a car accident, so if the cost of repair is high, you may opt to put it on your own auto insurance. Even if you opt for a separate coverage, you can still get financial assistance for losses to your vehicle, which could save. homeowners insurance cover air conditioner repairs, which are not covered by health insurance. This insurance will cover repairs for damage from a problem that occurs while your air is inoperative, such as a leak or cracking in the air conditioning system. This type of insurance will also cover you if the insurance policies offer an extension or coverage for an unexpected event, or for accidental damage or deterioration of a part of the earth or in air conditioning equipment. As our coverage limits can be greater, it may be advantageous to have more coverage as an addition to a separate policy that protects against all kinds of weather/wind. This coverage can also be added as a separate coverage if you decide not to have insurance on your own. This cover will not cover any air conditioner maintenance costs. This insurance will cover the cost of repairing the damage you suffer due to being in an accident caused by an air conditioner if it has been in operation for a period more than six months. This insurance is in place to take care of people who are injured in air. homeowners insurance cover air conditioner and interior appliances; personal property insurance; loss of use coverage; uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage or coverage that includes non-name occupant protection; automobile liability (AVO) coverage; personal property covered or damaged; general liability coverage; personal lines coverage; general personal income coverage, or personal liability and personal injury protection plus additional coverage for personal liability, personal liability, and personal property from personal injury on all drivers, regardless of driving record. A more robust insurance policy, coupled with financial protections, should be available to policyholders through any and all channels.  Contact a  employee with an insurance company or to understand your policy options to provide your personal information. It is important to know that you still need car insurance as part of your regular financial planning. It can be quite confusing, so you should also be aware that coverage that has been set into place by your insurance provider can extend to other situations. The benefits of coverage through your car insurance plan will have a direct influence.
Types of Homeowners Insurance Policies
Types of Homeowners Insurance Policies provide different levels of coverage. Certain companies will have certain limitations or limitations for your policyholder. A policyholder’s monthly premium, cost of insurance and any deductible or is the amount the policyholder has to pay every 12, 24 or 36 months, after which a premium rate increase is guaranteed. In the event of a lapse in coverage, these policies will pay the difference between the balance due and the policy limit. In some circumstances, for a short period of time, homeowners will have a right-to sue their policyholder. For example: In the event of a lapse in coverage, there is usually a $500 deductible or $1 million in copayments. If coverage is used from one of these situations, a policyholder will have to pay back the amount they have owed on the policy within the terms of the policy. It can be difficult to determine the exact rates of your home insurance policy. Your home and belongings are in fact, underinsured. The amount which you.
Does homeowners insurance cover window air conditioning units?
Does homeowners insurance cover window air conditioning units? We ll help you answer these questions and more in this video. We ve been in business for over 20 years, which means we have been covered by an amazing company of which we can’t say with this quote. Your home is only just as important as your home, and you may have wondered if our insurance will cost you anything when you buy a new appliance or appliance. If, at least on certain appliances, you should get a new one. If you have a new appliance or appliance valued at over a thousand dollars, you re likely looking at your current policy (or at least a much more reasonable one). What we recommend is to take a on a current roof to ensure that everything is up for an appraisal of your roof. It’ll save you a lot of headache, but it’s also free. Some people believe you can do this, and others have never gotten it done, or have never thought about it. If you have a large amount of money.

Nationwide is a provider which is known for offering great savings to its customers. In the first five years, Nationwide is around $1,200 a year in savings. Now they can find the savings in the future they could lose on the road with all the stress of a customer service or a fast call to an agent. Insurance companies are often going to look at a specific event, like the number of miles you drive, the type of vehicle you have, if anything, like your personal and business vehicle information and your credit score. With that in mind Nationwide is working with you to find the best savings that is available. If your car is ever in bad shape, you don’t need to worry, you don’t have to worry about being turned down as long as your premium is not too expensive. If you or your child needs to go to college, or if you have a car loan to your parents, there.
Filing an insurance claim on air conditioning
Filing an insurance claim on air conditioning insurance company’s policy will take care of filing the claim against the car, and it will usually make up the difference between the amount they’ve paid the customer and the actual amount it could have paid in a filing. The air conditioning company claims that air conditioning company is taking on insurance for the purchase of a new car after you’ve purchased the vehicle. In the event a claim arises against the manufacturer of a car’s air conditioner, this insurance company will pay the claims the customer paid for the insurance policy. This does not apply in the case of the air conditioning company itself. As noted above, the air conditioning company claims that your policy is the reason for your claim – the claim is your fault. If the accident was your fault, the air conditioning company will try to cover it. But if they want to blame it on you, they’ll push you in court and say they don’t blame the air conditioner under the fault..
When To File A Claim To Your Insurer To Cover Damaged AC?
When To File A Claim To Your Insurer To Cover Damaged AC? If you can’t find an insurer, you can start by contacting . We can handle for your Honda Accord or Acura. Your insurance company will pay for your vehicle repairs and medical bills when you file a claim with them. However, the policy will not pay for any additional costs. This could be particularly important if you have , or . If any of these scenarios apply to you, you could pay a small premium for peace of mind as you don’t have to use your current vehicle. If you have an auto-renewal policy that cancels due to non-payment, you will most likely have to wait weeks to get a new car. This is very expensive. So, it’s best to avoid this. It might be better to use the company’s online calculator instead of comparing various insurance quotes. This will not take much time, since it is easy to compare the rates of different companies. We always recommend going over this information. We.
What does home insurance specifically cover?
What does home insurance specifically cover? Not many people are concerned about the safety and health of their home. Even if you live in a home with many hazards that might prevent your home from being damaged, or if someone has broken into your home and injured yourself, you should have a home insurance policy. If your home has been damaged or torn over time, a home insurance plan is the best way to ensure you have the best coverage for your home due to the many hazards you face as a homeowner. Some coverages you may consider include: The best home insurance for you will always depend on what you need. With the so-called “dwarf lifestyle” of homeowners, a home you live in often needs protection from disasters such as hail storms, tornadoes and even, as a zombie driver. Some of the coverages you can see are standard homeowners policies, but these policies also come with liability coverage and property damage coverage, which will protect other people and your property if disasters strike your home. So, even though.
When is your HVAC system not covered by your homeowners insurance?
When is your HVAC system not covered by your homeowners insurance? If you’ve lived in an HVAC and you have health insurance, please take a look at our comprehensive guide to how insurance works within your state. The National Association of Insurance Commissioners tells us that “most states do not ask the question, “Can I insure a person with a disability?” But, it seems to us that “when a person has been diagnosed with a disability, it’s important that all families have the insurance to take care of it.” While most people consider their disability to be more limited, in the real world, it may be covered as well, if you have medical insurance. A physician’s report can provide valuable knowledge that can help you be informed when evaluating your options for coverage and to decide how much health insurance you should purchase. Your medical records, information about your doctor’s and other medical providers, your state’s requirements, and more are all considered when you purchase insurance. With that.

Casino Moons Bonus Policy
Bonuses and promotions in Moons Casino are presented in the form of a standard package for registration of a new participant, deposit bonuses, regular promotions, tournaments and a VIP club. Let`s consider in more detail how it`s implemented. No deposit bonuses are incentives that are given to the player immediately after registration until he/she has replenished his/her account. Such promotions may also have the form of one-time promo codes that can be used, for example, once a month.
In Moons Casino there are several types of no deposit bonuses:
Moons Casino Welcome Bonus Package: applies to the first 5 replenishments of the game balance. Immediately after registration 25 free spins fall on your account, and further, regardless of the amount of the deposit, the bonus percentage is determined as follows: for the first replenishment – 200%, from the second to the fourth one – 100% of the bet amount, and for the last one – 175% from the amount of the bet.
Daily Offers: Everyday Moons Casino offers the players to participate in receiving additional bonuses for playing slots or board games. All that is necessary to replenish the account for a certain amount and follow the terms of the promotion, which are indicated in the banner at the top of the main page.
Best Bitcoin Bonus: increases the amount of the initial bet for the first three replenishments of the game account at Moons Casino with the help of bitcoins. Regular bonuses are promotions that appear in the form of shares on a regular basis, once a week or once a month. Such bonuses carry the goal to encourage existing gamers to play.
Currently, the following regular bonuses are available on the Moons Casino website:
The Freespin Stacker: get 10 free spins for every $ 50 on your deposit. The action will last all March.
Table Games Bonus: a weekly promotion in which any player in roulette, blackjack, or baccarat can become the owner of a $ 1,200 reward.
UnReel March Power Prize: the March action with a prize fund of $ 10,000.
Another way to support the already existing players are tournaments. There are several such competitions at Moons Casino:
Smokin ‘Aces Blackjack Tournament: a monthly tournament with a prize fund of $ 21,000. To participate you need to make a deposit of $ 100. Points for the tournament are charged in the equivalent of 1 point for every dollar in the bet. The player who collected the biggest amount of points when playing Multi-Hand Blackjack, Royale Blackjack or Double-Exposure Blackjack takes the main prize.
Into The Wild: a weekly Moons Casino tournament with a prize fund of $ 2,000 (divided between three players: 250$ for the first place, $ 500 for the second and $ 250 for the third). The player who takes the first place also gets 50 free spins. To participate in the tournament you need to make a deposit of $ 50 and start the game in one of three selected slot machines (they are changed every week). The points in the tournament are awarded in the amount of 1 point for every dollar that you put in the game.
VIP programs at Moons Casino are also used. It`s the most significant way to thank the most loyal players. Such a program gives the players some privileges: a larger bonus multiplier, an ability to withdraw wins out of the queue, access to closed game rooms and machines.
Moons Casino offers the players six levels of privileges:
Basic (0-1000 comp points): technical support in the form of a personal manager;
Silver (1000 comp points): a bonus on birthday and anniversary in the form of 50 points;
Gold (5000 comp points): a bonus on birthday and anniversary in the form of 100 points;
Platinum (20000 comp points): the above conditions are added to a possibility to participate in closed tournaments and special promotions;

Other Important Features
In this section, we decided to highlight some other features of Moons Casino, which make it better than many similar ones:
Technical support works in 24/7/365 mode. You can contact the staff in several ways: via an instant live chat, an e-mail or a phone.
Moons Casino adheres to the Responsible Gambling principles. Staff can temporarily freeze or completely block your access to the site if you feel that the slot machines prevent you from living a full life. Also, on the site you can contact Anonymous Gamblers for psychological counselling on your problem.
The safety and security of the user`s data in Moons Casino come first. Several methods are used to secure it: Norton Security and McAfee Antivirus are responsible for the absence of viruses on the site of the casino itself and in its fixed and mobile version; the use of SSL encryption reliably protects the users’ personal data from hacking; The Security Standards Council tag indicates that only games from trusted developers are used in the casino.
Integrity and reliability are also the strength of Moons Casino: a certificate from Gamcare confirms that the random number generator is working properly and without cheating in the direction of the casino.

 COST
How Much Does A Maid Cost?
Typical Range: $116 - $235
 Maid Service Cost
Best Maid Services near Edinburg Mission McAllen TX:  The average maid service cost is $167, though homeowners could spend anywhere between $116 and $235 for their services. Typically, cleaning service charges are either by the hour or square footage. Per hour costs are between $40 and $80 per cleaner. Square footage charges depend on the size of your house. For example, an area less than 1,000 square feet averages $90 while 3,000 square feet or more could cost $250.
Maid services generally charge flat rates for a cleaning. However, they sometimes charge $0.07 to $0.15 per square foot. You might also get flat fees of $30 to $60 per room or $100 to $300 for most homes. Costs range depending on a few factors, including:
●       Location: Labor costs and overhead can double or triple between areas.
●       Type of cleaning: Regular, one time, move out or deep cleaning. The messier it is, the more it’ll cost.
●       Company or freelance: You’ll generally pay slightly less for independent contractors.
 How much is a Maid?
Maid services often run $100 to $300 for a 1.5 to 3 hour cleaning. How often you have a maid service come to your house depends on your needs and your schedule. You may only need a little help once in a while to keep the mess from getting away from you or your schedule is so full you need weekly visits. Here is an idea of what the various schedules for housekeepers are:
 Maid Services Costs
 Type of Schedule                           Cost
Live In                                                $30,000-$60,000 annually
Full Time                                           $1,200-$2,500 per month
Weekly                                              $75-$200 per visit
Monthly                                            $100-$250 per visit
One Time                                          $125-$300 per visit
Square Feet                                      $0.07-$0.15 per square foot
Hourly                                               $40-$80 per hour
Weekly and bi-weekly visits are not only more cost effective, they're also healthier. A routine cleaning of your home reduces allergens, bacteria, and other health concerns for your family. A weekly visit can save $5 to $10 per visit on maid services for cleaning, not including what you'll save if you don't have to buy your own cleaning products.
How Much Does a Live-In Maid Cost?
Best Maid Services near Edinburg Mission McAllen TX: Live-in maids cost anywhere from $30,000 to $60,000 per year plus room and board. They typically have the most expensive job duties over any other type. You’ll have to negotiate responsibilities on a case by case basis, but they might include:
●       Cooking
●       Cleaning
●       Laundry
●       Child Care
●       Errands & Grocery Shopping
How Much Does a Full-Time Maid Cost?
A full time maid costs anywhere from $1,200 to $2,500 a month, depending on what duties you assign and where you live. Full-time situations differ from one off services as the scope of the job is usually more expensive. You might have a full time maid clean, cook, run errands and even help with the children.
 Monthly Maid Service Cost
Monthly maid services cost anywhere from $125 to $300 and includes a slightly deeper cleaning than weekly services. While more costly for the visit than a weekly schedule, it’s suited to people who don't entertain a lot or have a slightly more relaxed schedule.
