As promised, since Monet didn't come back this year, I've written a small eulogy for her
I haven't lost hope, but in a way, I've found a new kind of hope - while I still believe she'll come back, I can see something of a light at the end of the tunnel. I'm being faced with the very real possibility that she won't come back, but somehow I'm not as despaired as I thought I'd be
I'm sad about it, but in looking back at how she influenced my life, I can see the mentality that carried me for the past decade and how it can continue to carry me through this trying time
If you were a Monet fan, please give my story a read. Maybe you felt similarly to me about her, or maybe your experience was wholly different. I would love to hear what influence she had on other people's lives in the last decade
One Piece world building is great because you look at her and go "oh she ate the Harpy Harpy fruit or something" but no she has snow powers and just got surgery to have bird parts grafted on because she wanted to and the surgeon was like "yeah sure I just made a few centaurs why not."
