Initially, 1st Market from 100th Black Market was supposed to have 22 cards, but it was adjusted to 21 in the final release.

Comparing to the pre-release photo (top image), there are some differences in the Card Shop in 100th Black Market (bottom image).
Eternity’s card design was changed a little bit, it’s no longer showing 0/1 on the top frame and the cost was increased from 100 to 300. The card type was also changed from “Passive” to “Equipment” and now the Equip Cost is displayed under the card type.
Nemuno’s card appearance was modified too, as it now shows a cleaver instead of a knife.
The order of the cards seems to have changed as well (considering the bottom image was taken using a fully unlocked score file). Also, if you position Seiran’s card like in the pre-release screenshot, you will notice that in the released version the card is more lightened.
