2020 MerMay (Dean & Eirlys)

DAY 11 — Discovery

Swamp was not a great place to swim in: water is dirty and blurry there. But Dean, a yound naiad found himself there, while he was actually making his watch over the kingdom. Well, to be honest, he was more looking for his own brother but he made another great discovery: a small creature was there, alone, crying in the swamp. His role was to protect people of the sea, mermaids and mermen, but this one was not one of those. She was something else, which peaked the interest of Dean.

DAY 12 — Comfort

The small creature was not a real mermaid: she was a nix, one of my subraces from the people of the sea. She had been left behind and was now all alone. Dean was not the type who knew how to deal with children but ... She was part of the sea and she was in need of protection. Thus, he decided to try to comfort her, while thinking about how she could survive if she stayed alone.

DAY 13 — Storge

Dean finally took her with him and decided to protect and to raise her. He was a warrior: protection and safety were like middle names for him. Plus ... Eirlys was more than happy to be with him. She took interest into everything he was doing. She even gave him presents, even though it was merely shells that she would find here and there. They started to look a bit like ... a family, somehow.

DAY 14 — Protection

Dean took his role very seriously: he was still a sort of guard for the people of the sea, but he was never too far from Eirlys. Even fishes were considered as bothering enough: whenever she was playing, eating or sleeping, the naiad was there, menacing against the rest of the underwater world. In the end, no one was really able to get in touch with the nix ...

DAY 15 — Leaving the nest

But soon enough, Eirlys became bored by this new type of loneliness: she ended up disappearing from time to time, and Dean became aware of that. She was going quite often at the surface. One day, Dean realized that he had failed in his protection: he could not protect Eirlys from her own curiosity and from ... love ?

✿ Another story with merfolks but rather than being focus on love story, I focused on family story with Dean and Eirlys! Plus, I love drawing Eirlys' nix form.

Yes, I was away again for an unplanned amount of time, but here I am again, but I hope I won't be as absent as before.

For now, Happy 100th Anniversary Disney! Although I have all kinds of objections to the current policy of this company, I still thank them for the excellent animated films and classic shorts that they have made from 1923 until today. Especially the most important characters like Donald, Oswald, Mickey, Goofy, Pete, Horace, Clarabelle, Minnie, Ortensia, Daisy, Pluto, Huey, Dewey and Louie, Jose and Panchito, Chip and Dale, Scrooge, Ludwig and others. As well as great movies like Snowhite, Pinocchio, Dumbo, Bambi, Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, 101 Dalmatians, The Jungle Book, Winnie the Pooh, Robin Hood, Black Cauldron, Oliver and Company, Rescuers, The Little Mermaid, Beauty and The Beast, Aladdin, The Lion King, Pocahontas, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hercules, Mulan, Tarzan, The Lost City of Atlantis, The Emperor's New Suit, Treasure Planet, Lilo and Stitch and many more. And almost everyone together on the occasion of the 100th anniversary celebration. Thanks to Eric Goldberg for this, as well as the other animators. Unfortunately, certain characters are not shown here.

GerIta Week 2023 - Day 7 - second entry - Proposal

Here are some more shots with a video clip for a closer look with fuller views explanations and so on for My second GerIta fanart posted on Christmas. It’s really big, the same size as the first GerIta fanart as well.

(I used to make even larger sizes up to A0 paper traditional fanarts for another fandom lol just this time didn’t have much time to carry out that gigantic project …)

There are lots of photos and also a clip that captures all the details from far to close to check out. In addition, explanations of the details and such are added. Long post, skipping the read to just enjoy the pics if you want. Those who take time to read are even more appreciated. Either way, thank you.

Overview: This is like a combination of myriad fairy tales/ myths such as Siren/ mermaid/ incubus/Cupid/Jibaro core and the like with seemingly endless vicissitudes and tragic turns still with a happy ending at the end.

All the wrongs created Evils and Seraphs planning to overtake humanity and reborn a world of Evils.

There was not just one, but many. Gods and Goddesses. Ultimately superior. In such Sisyphean anger for all the wrongs humans have been doing and will have continued doing so to the place they call “home” – the Earth, Gods and Goddesses wanted to bestow Apocalypse and recreate a new World. With a warning to humans before Salvation, the Deities had created a mysterious creature called “Feliciano” and sent him to the Earth to punish humans for all the blasphemy and disrespectfulness they have done to Mother Earth and all sacred things.

Feliciano was “born” in mesmerizing Italy, a well–known nation of architecture, culture, art, opera, literature, film, fashion, and much more…In short, all the things human beings yearn and die for, Luxury, Fame, Power, and the supreme desire, Love, and Romance

Feliciano the enigmatic creature that comprised multitudinous omnipotent features of innumerable entities in one, to name a few: An Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Love An Angel Siren Mermaid Incubus Cupid

His mission is to find and seduce the most virtuous, disciplined, powerful human being, then annihilate him, destroy his everything, and put an end to the world….

Hence, Ludwig, the head, heart and soul of Germany , was his target

Seductive power bottom, overly pulchritudinous, unbearably adorable, hypnotically addictive,…Notwithstanding those wonderful weapons Feliciano possed, he had to pass such a solid mental wall of the cold blond man with tsundere warm heart to finally easily succeed in the first task, in whose result was Ludwig completely fell for him head to toe, but not the later part of the destruction and carrying out the apocalypse

Alter numerous hindrances, hardships, and dilemmas, being forgiven and saved by Ludwig always, Feliciano was deeply touched by Ludwig's magnanimous heart of overwhelming kindness. Eventually, he couldn't help falling in love with Ludwig madly without realizing it.

In hindsight, Epiphanies hit Feliciano as unprecedentedly hard as tons of thunderstorm hurricanes earth-shaking sky collapsing mind-blowing when he came to admit his love for Ludwig and recognizing both the good and bad traits of humanity. All led to his decision not to undertake the final mission to wipe out everything from his beloved and the world.

Betraying the Deities means unavoidable brutal death. Feliciano decided to hide the secret so as not to tell Ludwig about it and attempt to commit suicide after marrying Ludwig

Sympathized with the couple, Gods and Goddesses had withdrawn the Salvation and gave them one more chance to save the world from the Evils created, being created, and will be created by Humans…..

The flowers: every time Ludwig fulfilled what Feliciano asked for, a rose will grow. Vice versa, a daisy will grow whenever Feliciano sees Ludwig. Those flowers vary in kind, shapes, forms, and colors, they even change their looks according to the mood of the couple, or the atmosphere where they’re in. Those magical flowers live on true love of significant ones. Therefore when there’s no love, they’ll die. As long as love remains, they continue to bloom, the stronger the love, the more beautiful and unique they become

A gigantic scintillating bling bling iridescent Swarovski heart that appears partly smaller in size to outsiders and only be seen fully by the heart’s owner and his beloved. Whose heart could it be? Rumors had it the heart was a giant piece made by countless tiny hearts overflowing in the brain of a certain someone…

On the ground where daisies and roses blended, rainbow Swarovski hearts are seen, miraculous geometric shapes forming aurora borealis galaxy stairs way to Heavenly and Earthly Love

Feliciano, from head to toe, accessories, ornaments, finery, Laurel wreath, angel halos, cupid arowana, etc… each of the items in the full regalia exemplifies features and powers of Feliciano

For instance,

Shades of brown blend nicely in the strands of hair that frame his face. An adorable curl symbolizes the curl of Italy 🇮🇹 ‘s wonders, seemingly forming a loving heart of Love and Innocence

His eyes had manifold shades of brown varied from beige to maroon lighting the hues of amber shinings.

Those angelic dreamy eyes cried tears of happiness and eudemonia in the blissfulness when Feliciano was confessed and proposed to while his beautiful hand was held dearly respectful by his beloved one and only

There are a plethora of gorgeous adornments to ornate Feliciano’s hair in a profusion of looks that match nicely with the natural soft, tender, delicate makeup on his face ( that can be seen more clearly under different lights especially outside and when the sun is shining ). Here are some examples

Feliciano’s beauty was beyond the definition of perfectibility for a power bottom. Sun-kissed elegant skin as smooth as baby and silk, gentle to the touches, and caresses everything that comes in his company. Much of his figure, the curls on over his body, was adorable and feminine, nevertheless, the masculinity was visible slightly, in lines of lineaments of a baby angel face still boyish no less, and those toned yet solid shoulders. Slender arms and legs, attractive sexy bareback and dimples of Venus, wonderful shapely round buttocks mischievously hidden in garments of heavenly royalty deities.

Embellishing all those beauties of the seraphic callipygian were sashes, togas, accessories, jewelry, gemstones, pearls, and valuable decorations. Colossal wings with chains of gold, pearls, confetti, and sparkles represent deities with flying ability and such things as “ Love is in the air”

The lion’s share of the finery was a torrent of Layers resembling mermaid siren gowns and epitomizing the other characters and capacities of Feliciano

What are those other personalities and abilities? Up to your imagination and creativity

In contrast with the loving godlike goddess-like angel baby deities fairies' mysterious mythical assemblages Feliciano, Ludwig’s shades were much darker yet glorious still.

Chains of gold, golden roses, crosses, and dragons of various hues accentuate the royalty set of adorable pastel rays of the shirt covered underneath ultramarine blue and calm silent darkness of black coat, small details like daisies peppered subtly gave him the gentle lovable touch to solemnity.

Manly effortlessly sleek slicked-back blond hair of a macho wearing his couple earrings with his proposed wife.

A content, happy, and calm smile is seen on the blonde’s handsome face. His big and tough figures seemed to melt as he gently held his beloved beautiful hand. As if he wanted to say “ Nowithstanding the cold silent strict look from the outside, the inner me is soft, loving, considerate and everything melted by you…

I’m serious about being in love with you, making you happy, my wife. My home….. “

And what could be the reply?

“ You make me feel at home”

Multi potentialities opal diamond crystal heart Even though they were hidden exceptionally backward, Rumor has it that the more good deeds the couple had done ( either individually or in togetherness ), the more powerful, luminous, iridescent, and precious the miraculous opal diamond crystal heart became. A protective bulwark, solid contemporary convenient mobile castle, enormous energy block collect herbs and countless valuable medicines….It can almost provide anything and do everything

How magical and mysterious!

Hues and sparkling reflect differently when various kinds of light hit.....

I did want to write some more lines for other details and such but that’s all for now …..

The base reference is forgotten, I will add it later when I find it.

Ludwig: Arthur has a huge collection. So I've been able to read many. But my favourite is Arthur's collection of fairytales. I think my favourite out of those is either Snow White or the Little Mermaid. I've also been getting into romance as of late. Though predictable they make me feel...I think Arthur once described it as warm and fuzzy?

Arthur is a fan of an author called Shakespeare? I find the works hard to read, but when Arthur reads the sonnets out loud it...it sounds really nice...makes my heart flutter.

Australia’s Tanami desert is one of the most isolated and arid places on Earth. It’s a hard place to access [...].

But sprinkled across this vast expanse of desert, sweeping for thousands of kilometres across the Northern Territory and Western Australia, are some of the oldest and most incredible stories of human life [...].

It takes the shape of art in the bark of iconic and bountiful boab trees.

Our newly published research looks at 12 examples of these carved trees across the Tanami desert. This artwork tells the incredible story of the Indigenous Traditional Owners who have long called the Tanami home.

Sadly, after lasting centuries if not millennia, this incredible artwork is now in danger of being lost.

We are in a race against time to document and preserve this invaluable art.

The Australian boab or bottle tree (Adansonia gregorii) is an iconic tree naturally found only in a restricted area of northwestern Australia.

Boabs are an important economic species for First Nations Australians. The pith, seeds and young roots are all eaten, and the inner bark of the roots used to make string. First Nations Australians also used parts of the boab for medicine.

While the culinary and health attributes of boabs are well known, less well known is that many of these trees are culturally significant, carved with images and symbols hundreds, and perhaps even thousands, of years ago. Australian boabs have never been successfully dated. They are often said to live for more than a thousand years, but this is based on the ages obtained from baobab trees in South Africa.

Some hint of the great age of the boabs can be gleaned from the heritage-listed “Mermaid tree” on the Kimberley coast at Careening Bay. “HMC Mermaid 1820” was carved into the tree during Phillip Parker King’s second voyage.

At the time of carving, the girth of the Mermaid tree was measured at 8.8 metres. Today, more than 200 years on, the inscription is still clear and the trunk circumference has increased to about 12 metres.

Now, modern pastoral land clearance and bushfires are having a toll on the oldest of the boabs. There is some urgency to record this cultural and artistic archive before the ancient trees die. [...]

Despite this early [settler] interest, little more was documented about carved boab trees until Ian Crawford wrote The Art of the Wandjina in 1968. [...] Almost 20 years later, historian Darrell Lewis stumbled across the Tanami Indigenous carved boabs while searching for a boab tree engraved with the letter “L” marked by the explorer Ludwig Leichhardt [...].

In July last year [2021], academics and Traditional Owners began to record the boab trees with carvings in the remote northern Tanami Desert. [...]

Most of the carved boabs recorded on the Tanami trip feature snakes. Indigenous oral tradition describes a major Dreaming track, King Brown Snake Dreaming (Lingka), which begins near Broome and travels east across the Kimberley region of WA before passing into the Northern Territory. Our survey area was located along this track. [...]

also just thank you for the characters and the world you've created. Hard to fathom how you've managed to put it all together but that you did. Love that there's something genuinely monster like about their appearance (side eyeing mermaid enthusiasts a little here) and that their personalities are the way the way. Adore the more gorey aspects of it all even if I'm not necessarily into those things. Sometimes I'm genuinely struck by an urge to watch a show about The Clergy and the Icons until I remember that it doesn't exist... yet (a gal can dream, right). I love your characters and finding out more about them (even outside of the more spicy topics) is always super interesting to me. Thank you!

Thank you though, had a bit of an emotionally draining day, so it lifted me a good bit to hear that! I can't tell you how much it warms my heart to read that last bit. God knows if I could ever dedicate myself to art as a profession, I'd probably look into animating The Clergy a bit one day, for kicks.

I suppose what I have going on is a blend of monstrous and cartoony traits. A younger me might have found that odd, but it would probably make her happy to see how far things have come since she was just a bored teen doodling proto-Ludwig on the corner of her school notebooks. It makes me really happy to picture that, and tell her that picking up a pencil was the best thing she could have done for her well-being.

I hope you continue to find these buggers interesting, because there's a million different things I could do with them, and a limitless amount of branches to pull at.

Hi so um, can i request a Yandere Alpha Germany with a gn or (if possible) male Siren reader who's cocky af, and probably has attempted to drown Germany once

Going to go with a Male reader because I 100% recognize this page is a cesspool of me drooling over Alfred like a demented maniac and also mainly caters to female readers so I need to diversify and cater to all, so here we go.

The angered German blonde wags his tail and paces back and forth in his study. He’d been up all night with wide ears pointed up and at attention. He was planning how to capture the siren that tended to drown some of his own soldiers, most of which may have been betas, but when they dared to try to drown him, that’s where he drew the line.

He grinded his teeth at the memory. Fists balled in pure rage at the fact that you could drag him to the depths of the sea nearly.He rubs his bandaged forearm. You made him feel weak. Something that Alpha’s were never supposed to feel. You’d found a fragility within his rigid personality. Ludwig hated that. The scene played out in his mind like a feedback loop from hell.

It was a full moon; the stars glistened in the sky, and there was a calm that washed over the usually uptight Alpha. He had just finished a dozen requests to capture (R2P’s), and some of them were rebellious omega scientists who’d been helping others escape or change their ranks. They defied the natural order, and they needed to be dealt with swiftly. With his ego boosted on high from his recent wins, he worried not about some of the legends he’d heard about the sirens and mermaids that inhabited the waters of the Italian coastline.

His bare feet trailed along the pearl-white sand as the sound of the smooth undulation of the rhythmic waves eased the rest of the tension that resided within his muscles for the day.

Y/N was watching the German General from afar on one of the fairy chimneys molded by the sometimes fearsome waves. Their wide (Eye color) had taken in their animalistic features. A dog. One that could survive water but not for an extended amount of time if dragged to the outer depths of the water.

‘He’s cute I wonder if he can swim.’ You mused to yourself, wondering how you could allure him to the ocean. ‘I might want to play with him though he has nice muscles, but I can tell he’d put up quite the fight.’ Your tail whipped behind you casing small waves just beneath the dark navy waters. ‘How fun it would be to hear his screams because by the looks of it I’m sure he’s relished in the sounds of others begging for mercy, with their pleas only falling on deaf ears. Those scratches and scars all of them tell a story.’ You decide that it might be fun to sung out a short siren tune one to relax the senses to draw him in.

Ludwig's dark brow ears lift up higher into the air he’s caught wind of the light melody that is floating like bubbles from the ocean. He’s skeptical at first but allow himself to be more alert but not ready to fight.

‘Seems that I’m not alone out here. Maybe someone has decided to be on a small boat and play a late-night love song of sorts; after all, Italians are known for that romance and vhat ever.’

After a few minutes go by, and with no luck of the German trying to approach the water, you decide to try another tactic to make the calm waves more enticing. You use one of your spells to make the waves have an enticing sparkle.

‘Was zur Hölle? Unmöglich!” The melody that you had been singing for a while was begging to hit Ludwigs' mind and have a slight effect.

‘That’s it, doggy boy, come to your death.’ Your voice gradually got a little louder so his mind could have a higher dosage of your hypnotic effect.

Ludwig’s feet inched towards the water until they were fully submerged.

Y/N began to venture closer to his target.

‘Oh this will be fun.’ He thought to himself as he prepared for his attack. ‘He should be lulled enough by now’ Within about five feet of him, his attention is still concentrated on the now-illuminated water that has an enchanting glow.

Who would ever want to take their eyes off of this magnificent sight?

Still in a trance and still unaware. Ludwig crouches down so that he can touch the water’s surface.

“No way can this be real.” As his palm is submerged in the cool waters so he could investigate what made the Italian sea so magical he felt something wrap around his right ankle.

“Verfluchte Scheiße!” (Fucking Hell) He’d fallen back into the shallow parts of the water.

He’d fallen for the sirens trick.

“Awwww don’t be afraid~” You tease. “I’m just a humble siren curious as to what a man of your stature is doing in a serene place like this? Don’t you have chaos to wreak somewhere?”

“ZHE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT AND WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU?” He barks.

“Oh, poor Alpha. Afraid of a Siren? Hasn’t anyone told you that we’re real?” You allow yourself to show your sharpened teeth. “Afraid to be a victim instead of prey?” You let out a hearty laugh. It was nice to scare the shit out of a haughty Alpha every now and again. Legendary creatures like you deserve respect.

“You have no idea who you're talking to, you Omega of sorts!” He breaks free from the end of your tail. He moves so that he was standing again and from up close he had a far more imposing figure at 6 feet tall.

“Oooooh I’m so scared~” You back up a little. Sensing that if you stayed too close he’d bring you back to one of the many facilities and strip you of any freedom you had. Only to be sold off to some asshole as entertainment.

“I’m a head General and I’m the only one who can demand respect.” He spits out. The veins in his head were beginning to show.

“Ooooooooooooooooh.” You give him a wink as you summon your spear. You were going to take this asshole down. “Someone needs to cut down that overblown ego the lot of you Alpha’s tend to have.” You try to stab him directly in his heart but he backs away and puts his arms up for protection. You miss and make a deep gash within his forearm. Some of his blood gushes out quickly dissolving into the salty waters. You only heard a slight grunt from the now irritated Alpha General.

“You’re defiance is not cute you mermaid or whatever zhe hell you are!” As he tries to lunge at you, you swipe your tail in his face flinging some sand directly into his eyes. You weren’t going to be his victim tonight. A shocked yelp could be heard. You’d blinded your victim and once again your tail was on his ankle as you pulled into the depths of the glimmering sea. His only falls in with an audible thud as he hit the water.

“I’m not some weakling!” You shout out and you began to swim forward. Before you could even get within 5 feet deep of the ocean. Ludwig grabs onto one of the eroded rocks even with his eyes still closed. When you realized that you were unable to yank him further. You felt a few harsh kicks to your tail and released the angered General.

Ludwig used some of the water to wash his eyes clean of the sand and readied himself for a fight. He reached for his gun.

Had swam back to your original fairy chimney so you could see where he’d gone. He was swiving his head around searching for you.

“COME BACK OUT AND FIGHT ME BEAST!”

“Oh booooo how rude!” You yell out to him. A few gunshots fire off in your direction. “Time to bail. Until next time you cute but annoying German Dog man.” You giggle to yourself as you swim away. Ludwig was only able to hear an audible splash but couldn’t see where you’d escaped.

“Damn it. He got away.”
