Oof, poor Punz. Eventually he'll figure out that it's probably safe : )
Also, if Punz really was against Dream and the others were accusing/attacking him, Dream wouldn't defend Punz, because the others would be diverting the attention on Dream. Doing this proves that they're working together, buuuut none of the others have really stopped to think about it. They're too much in shock : D

In order to thank @dingbatnix for helping me stumble upon the story I'd been looking for, I offered to write them a Mcyt story! This is the outcome of my endeavor and I think it's cute. I wrote all of this from just being asked for Primeboy noms.
This isn't the best but I enjoyed writing this regardless!

Warnings: Vore, mentions past life-threatening events, and cursing.
Dream wasn’t a bad person. Tommy knew this now after the months they’d been around each other. His human seemed rather sweet and kind despite everything going on around them and he was well aware of how protective he could be. Being warned about his friends before they even were allowed to come over was enough to help him understand where they both stood with one another.
Clay saw him as a close friend and Tommy saw him like an older brother.
Regardless of the familiar feelings between them both, he had felt horrified about meeting other people. The human wouldn’t let anything happen, that was clear, but he couldn’t guarantee his safety since some things couldn’t be anticipated. George and Nick seemed really lovely with the latter even asking to be called Sapnap instead. He found riding on their shoulders and even sleeping in their hoodies amazing since it helped his nesting needs.
Tommy got to basically join in on their hangouts whenever they were congregating at the apartment. He was scared of the world outside. He knew this over everything. There was one time he tried to sneak out of the place via Clay’s college bag and within moments he’d started to freak out. He was lucky the blonde human had heard his panicked whimpers before he’d left the driveway or else he probably would have passed out due to his fear.
Of course, that was what led them to what everyone was trying right now. Each and every single one of them was trying to convince him to leave. Not permanently, of course, just to try to handle a block or so with Dream. He wasn’t sure about this.
The last time they had convinced him to try something new he had to experience Brussels sprouts, or as he liked to call them, dog shit. All three of them had busted into laughter the moment he gagged. It was so gross and bitter. Trying vegetables wasn’t the greatest experience but he learned he liked carrots and broccoli… if they were drowned in a strange dip? Sapnap called it, vegetable ranch dip. Despite the name, he enjoyed it. They gave him coke afterward, at least that was more sweet than the veggies.
He was adamantly denying their desires. Yeah, it was nice out, and no one would be around for a few hours but he couldn’t do it. Right before he’d moved into the apartment complex and ended up in Dream’s flat, he’d almost died. The cold had been miserable and 2 years ago he’d not even been 14 yet. Animals were frightening and some raccoon almost made a snack out of him. It was the main reason he felt… unsure.
“Come on Tommy! It isn’t that bad, there is even a kid's playground a few blocks away.” Sapnap started to try and convince him. He refused to go to a playground. Whatever that was.
“I’m not a fucking kid!” He yelled out, quickly stepping from his shoulder to Dream’s as he started to scramble into his hoodie. Sitting against his neck and between the fabric of his shirt and the jacket was nice. He liked the feeling of Clay’s signature green hoodie on his body, it reminded him of his nest and the fact he had more access to softer and thicker fabrics. The warmth of his body was the icing on the cake for the perfect comfortable napping spot.
The small chuckle that left the tall blonde shook his small body but he wasn’t mad. He liked to be close to his big brother as his tail carefully wrapped around his neck and under his Adam's apple. He felt his body vibrate as he spoke up. “Come on Toms, you’ll have to get over it eventually.” He stated simply.
“Yeah! Eventually you assholes!” He concurred as his small form hid under the fabric slightly. He couldn’t bring himself to do this yet. Tommy took a moment to steel his feelings before George gave a small comment.
“How about we all go out to the balcony? It’s outside but it’s an environment we can control.” He found himself contemplating it. Tommy didn’t think this would be that bad. He would be outside and it wasn’t like he had to move away from where he was currently perched.
His moment of silence was interrupted as Dream got up from where he was, causing the borrower to wobble into the nook of his collarbone. “I can try.” The blonde found himself mumbling as he pulled himself back to his shoulder, getting back into his comfortable purchase.
His moment of resolve had to be immediately ruined as the three humans were quick to holler about how many things they could finally show him once he was comfortable being around other people, but Tommy found himself shaking at the idea. Outside and people were two different things. He felt Dream’s hand gently brush against his side, causing him to move and bring himself back down into his palm.
Tommy was larger compared to some kinds of borrowers, the smallest he’d ever seen was a few inches but here he was as big as a human hand. He sat in his hold without much fear, kicking his legs over the side as he leaned back into his thumb. He liked being caressed in Dream’s grip.
____
The balcony actually hadn’t been that bad in his opinion. The sun and wind had felt nice while giving him a chance to bathe in the light. It meant he was teased for acting like a cat, but he couldn’t help it! Tommy has spent around 16 years in the walls, getting to sit out in raw sunlight was an experience he enjoyed. He understood why they’d been pushing him to get past his fears but it wasn’t like he would actually let them know this. Once George and Sapnap had left he found himself sitting right next to the open screen door, taking in the scents and sunshine. Dream walking around the apartment, he knew this, probably making dinner or working on something around their home.
He found his eyes drifting as he watched clouds go by and the sun slowly start to set. “Tommy!” Only to realize he’d zoned out as he glanced over his shoulder, his human crouching near him with his hand out. The borrower scrambled to his feet, running over to his hand and clambering into his palm without any struggle. He smiled brightly as he held onto his thumb to ensure that he did not fall. His eyes were brightly shining and now that he thought about it, they looked a lot like the sky.
Tommy let his tail wrap around Dream’s ring finger as he heard him continue with the started conversation. “I made dinner it’s not something you’ve had yet.” He said simply. He felt his small body grow a little dizzy at the speed before it was slowed down. He took note of the giant sheepish smile before he resumed. “It’s called Egg-drop soup. My mom used to make this all the time.” He told him without much thought.
He’s never met Clay’s family. The borrower was doubtful this was on purpose but he wasn’t upset regardless. Family wasn’t something he had so it wasn’t like it really mattered. “That sounds good! I like eggs but why is it called Egg-drop soup?” He asked swiftly as he was set down on the table, slipping off without much effort as he smiled.
“Well, you drop egg whites into the broth as it cooks in order to cause these little strings,” Dream told him as he sat down a small take-out container. He knew this was once used for some kind of condiment but it was better than Tommy having to eat from a medicine cup. “The broth is made of chicken broth and egg yolks so it’s called Egg-drop soup.”
He found himself nodding as he looked down at the pale yellow soup, the small strings were big in his opinion but he knew full well they were small for Clay. “If you buy it instead of making it, it’ll be this bright yellow color because people add yellow food dye to make it more appealing. I don’t really see why but it doesn’t change the taste.”
Tommy moved to reach his hands into the soup. The bits of egg were too big for his whittled spoon but he wasn’t one to shy away from messy eating. He couldn’t help an eager purr at the seasoned taste that spread across his tongue. This was one of the best things Dream had made over the few months they’d known each other.
The low chuckle that left his human wasn’t a surprise considering he was very prone to this kind of reaction as he felt his tail sway. “Good?” He heard the blonde question before digging into his own meal without any question.
He could feel his body warm up from the inside with each and every mouthful. He knew he wouldn’t be able to stomach the entire cup, he never could, but he was happy enough to not care. Dream, as always, finished his own bowl of soup before he did. It wasn’t very surprising considering he was aware that his handfuls still lost plenty of it due to how much would drip out between his fingers and such.
Tommy was licking his fingers to clean up the residue of broth as he finished up, motioning to his friend to take the container. With practiced ease he watched Clay scoop up the bowl, throw his head back, and gulp down the content. He wasn’t very surprised, well aware he didn’t need much to be fed but he still found himself fascinated every time he did this.
He’d heard rumors about how humans had these things called storage. It was described as a pouch in the abdominal area practically right next to the stomach. He didn’t really think it was true, and he was always tempted to ask but he remembered something that an elder had once told him. She’d claimed the easiest way to tell if a giant had one of these sacs was if they had sharp fangs. He’d been curious for a while but Dream had always been careful about that kind of stuff.
He knew he had them, Tommy had snuck up to him one night after he’d dozed off. It had been hard to wiggle his hands under his lips in order to make enough of a gap to see. The one advantage he had was his natural night vision. It let him take notice of the sharper canines in the front of his mouth that slightly faded towards his molars with each passing tooth. It had frightened him just as much as it had piqued his curiosity.
Of course, this was a risk but Clay had known about his kind before they’d even properly met. It was the main reason he’d revealed himself to a human in the first place. He’d been desperate to eat and had no choice but to beg for something from him.
Last winter had been harsh, actual mice kept getting to what had been left out for him and it led to a lot of problems for the two of them but he grew attached and it seemed his human had to.
“Dream?” Tommy felt himself shake as he mustered up his courage. If he could manage to step outside without being dragged or forced he could do this. It may have not been far, just a balcony by human standards, but for him, it was a wonder of his life.
The borrower wrung his hands together as he looked up, green eyes settling on his trembling form as he heard a worried voice shake the air. “Are you alright, Tommy?” His human was concerned and as bad as it made him feel he needed to feed his desires. Mice were curious by nature and he was considered part mouse so it made complete sense.
“I’m fine dickhead! I just have a question…” He mumbled before he placed his hands in his lap. “Do… Do you know about storages?” He asked softly. It wasn’t in his normal confident way, he knew this would set alarm bells off but he didn’t want to confuse the everloving fuck out of Dream if he had no idea.
He watched as his human paused, seemingly fine before he watched color flush up his face. Tommy felt confused, he expected more anger or confusion but not…
Embarrassment?
His tail swayed with his curiosity as he went ahead and stepped closer. Dream had to know what he was talking about, why else would he react in such a way? He went ahead and smiled as he crept closer knowing full well the bright green eyes that settled on his small form were aware of his teasing.
“Clay? How does it work?” He asked as he put his hands up and reached for his friend, giving grabby hands as he asked to be held. “Please!” He begged. The borrower giggled as he was removed from the table and felt warm hands under him. A part of him was nervous, after all, he’d been told that storage was inside a person. If it was near his stomach then…
Well, he’d have to be eaten. Right, that's how it would have to work… But being eaten was a huge fear for his kind. He couldn’t do that… but he had to curb his curiosity like many of his kind before him. “W-well..” The human started before he stuttered and looked down towards him.
Tommy did his best to give him his biggest and brightest puppy dog eyes. He was hiding his fear with his smile as he pleaded with his gaze. The finished sigh that escaped Dream told him all he needed to know as he spoke. “Well, in the past, people saw borrowers as food. I don’t know all of the details.”
“We developed the sacs in order to... Well originally held food for later but plenty of people ended up using it to keep your kind safe. So it no longer held the purpose of digesting things. It stopped having a purpose so plenty of people lost it as generations passed. Some people still have it.” The man added before Tommy reached up. He wasn’t sure about this but he needed to know.
“Could… Would you store me?” The blonde borrower asked before he pushed his hands against his lips. “I know you have one… because of your teeth.” He added to help Dream understand where he was coming from. He knew full well they wouldn’t hurt to try it out.
“Think about it this way, if I can hide inside of you then I can confront my fears somewhere safe. I won’t overreact or panic because I can’t see anything.” He started to ramble on before he took notice of how a smile spread up to his cheek. He could feel his own face flushing and becoming a bright shade of red.
“Toms, are you telling me you’ve been curious about this since we met?” His human asked smugly making the comment as the borrower was slightly pulled from his face. Tommy didn’t hesitate to kick his leg and speak up.
“Maybe I have! It’s none of your business dickhead! Don’t get your panties in a twist!” He called out as he crossed his arms before turning his head away. The all-too-familiar chuckle almost broke his gise of confidence before he heard him speak up.
“Well, I can at least give you this..” Dream muttered, his face just as bright.
This got him thinking… This was just as embarrassing for him as it was for the human. He had to be just as flustered and unsure as he was but they were both going to experience this together. It made him feel like a little kid again, happy to be allowed to go out borrowing on his own instead of being overwatched by an adult.
“I know how to.” He started making the smaller blonde look up in surprise. “I got into a lot of trouble as a kid, so having this little pocket I could put things in was a nice way to get out of trouble for a moment or two.” There was so much Tommy didn’t know about Clay and this was what he really needed to help ingrain this fact into his memory. He found himself quiet as he was brought up close.
His instincts wanted him to run away. He knew what was about to happen as he sat down, placing his hands in his lap he gave an anxious shiver as he was held close. Having both of Dream’s hands under him was nerve-racking but he was well aware he was doing it to give him more room to shift or move if he felt uncomfortable. The heat under him as his tail swayed, displaying his overwhelming curiosity, was quick to feel ice cold as he watched his lips part.
His abdomen twisted and squeezed at the sight. He could make out his teeth and how blinding white they seemed to be despite how his lips seemed to block them. Clearly to try and keep his anxiety deep down. The way the light behind them allowed him to take notice of the glistening saliva that spread across every part of his mouth and sunk into each crevice.
He tried to ignore the scent his mouth seemed to waft off. It wasn’t the best thing but it was better than he expected to smell. Regardless of this, he found himself leaning forward and placing his hands on his lower lip. He couldn’t help letting his own mouth drop open in awe as the human’s tongue curiously pushed towards his little fingers.
The warm slime that began to coat his palms made him slightly cringe but it wasn’t as bad as he expected. Dream’s nervous breath washed over him allowing him to understand just how similar they were. As he’d pointed out earlier, both of them were just as embarrassed and unsure but they both wanted this. Tommy knew this.
As he slid his hand inside, settling his upper body’s weight onto the pink muscle in front of him. He felt the tongue twitch and squish as he pushed his hands deeper into the moving flesh. The sudden gasp that left the large blonde made him burst into laughter.
“Oh My Prime! Y-you’re more scared than I am!” He called out as he gasped for his breath only to feel his weight unbalanced and his body slip forward. He spit out any spit that got into his mouth after his face planted into the muscle, his legs kicking slightly in an attempt to help himself righten his form in order to sit up. The warmth was surprisingly intoxicating. He found it more inviting than frightening despite being in the mouth of something his kind has always seen as a hunter.
Tommy let his gaze drift to look around the space he sat inside. His eyes turned to the cheeks, allowing him to focus on the white discolored tissue that decorated some spots of the internal side pouches. He was well aware of how Dream was prone to biting his tongue when he focused so, by his guess, it had to be from that. Right? Still, he found himself tilting his head out of curiosity only to feel a glob of clear, hot slime drip onto his head. “Shit!” He yelled out as he moved, slipping and falling onto his back in his desperate attempts to right his balance.
The small fit Clay burst into at his action almost went completely unnoted as he felt himself bring his hands onto his chest. As he watched the roof of his mouth, he took in the small harsh ridges and the sharp, animalistic-like teeth before his eyes drifted back to see the uvula danging over a darkening abyss. He felt his anxiety spike once more but he took a deep breath before he lifted one hand over his head. He gave the softer pallet a very gentle pat as he spoke up. “Alright, you big dumbass! Send me into your black hole of a storage!” He yelled out as he kicked his legs letting his tail wrap around his left thigh as he closed his eyes.
Tommy could feel the hesitance they both held but he wasn’t worried. Dream wasn’t going to hurt him nor would he allow him to stay in his stomach if he somehow ended up in that unforgiving space. He gently shifted but as he felt the tongue under him shift, forcing his head to slip back and bump against the entrance of his throat and slightly past his tonsils.
It didn’t even take a second before he heard the moving of muscles as they squelched and opened before a gulp filled his senses. His torso was pushed against the walls before his body was grabbed and tugged downwards. He yelped at the sudden motion, kicking his legs slightly as one arm was trapped above his head and the other pinned to his chest.
Tommy kicked his legs as he was forced down and into the tight tube that seemed to be endless as he felt himself being forced into an upside-down fall. He didn’t like the sensation very much since it was forcing saliva down his nose and into his respiratory system. The soft sound of pounding only seemed to grow even louder as a soft wooshing filled everything around him before his head hit something rather rough. Without a moment's warning, he felt his body push through after it softened up only leading to him tumbling into an open space. The lack of a sour or a sulfur smell and a very shallow puddle was enough to tell him he wasn’t in his stomach.
Within a second he felt weight against his back, causing him to scramble to an upright position. There wasn’t as much room as he expected. He couldn’t lay flat or really sit straight up without hitting a wall and stressing out his surroundings. He smiled a little as he moved, pushing his own hands against the weight against the wall. He felt it shift around him as soon as he made contact as Clay’s voice boomed all around his space.
“Toms. Is it okay in there?” He asked, voice shaking slightly. The nerves explained the heavy pounding that seemed ever so concerned.
“Yeah! I’m a big man! Nothing can scare me!” He found himself yelling. He figured this was the best choice since he was buried in the human’s body at the moment. Of course, his snark had to be followed with some in return as his friend spoke up.
“Yeah, like how you weren’t scared of taking a walk around the block.” Dream told him with obvious humor riding his tone. He didn’t hesitate to kick out, his foot coming in contact with the shifting flesh and it simply flexed in response to his small weight. He growled at the comment and turned to lie on his side. It didn’t take much before he felt the warmth and shifting walls all-encompassing his body. It really reminded him of the nests he had made in the walls before and the plush one in Dream’s end table. It was overwhelmingly comfortable.
Not that he would admit this.
“Fuck off.” Tommy grumbled in response as he crossed his arms over his chest, a soft smile creeping across his face as he nuzzled into the walls. He had a feeling this wouldn’t be the only time they’d do this.

I have decided that the lore is bullshit™️ and I’m going to make my own (with Squishy’s help)
@local-squishmallow
With that being said, SM is likely no longer getting updated. I may steal a few stories from SM to put into this AU, but overall it is likely going to be left as it is (I won’t delete it, dw, it’s also on my ao3)
So, introducing: Time Heals All Wounds (will be tagged as ‘thaw au’)
(Yes, there will be noms and G/t in this au, similarily done like SM)
The main takeaways is that Wilbur, Dream (along with XD) and George aren’t main figures/there, and the ‘ending’ didn’t happen.
The only ending that is being used in this au is Q’s because his second death is important to his turnaround in the au.
Lady Death saves Karl from XD’s clutches, which returns his memory and allows him to have all of his powers that come with time traveling. Not only does he not have to keep it secret anymore, but he can also strive to change their fates so they don’t wind up like their pasts and futures.
XD loses his power, and along that his control on Sapnap, Karl, Foolish, George and also Dream. Dream and George simply take themselves and move somewhere more remote, wanting peace and quiet. Punz goes with them and Wilbur already left (good riddance.)
Techno and Phil get involved first, as they are Lady Death’s biggest reapers, and they help Karl develop his powers and cope with getting his memory back all at once. After that, Karl has some trips to make.
Main plot is Karl, (and I quote myself ‘using the power of friendship’) dismantles the governments by trying to make everyone understand (with Techno’s and Eret’s help (as Eret is an immortal being as well and knows how dangerous history is to repeat) that the governments are only hurting everyone and that they can all live in peace together.
Q dismantles his government without even being visited, Slime’s words still ringing hard in his mind and had already decided to take the higher path and try to rekindle anything he had before so his last life could be spent happily. It’s Q trying to find Sap in a dismantled Kinoko that Karl finds him, and immediately apologizes for their fight and explains fully. Sap finds them at some point during this discussion and it ends in a tearful but happy reunion of the fiancés.
Tommy is mainly with the BeeDuo now, but after everyone (thanks to Karl) has a group discussion about what all was wrong and people forcing others to admit their mistakes and apologize for them, he’s seen as what he had become: a traumatized child that needed someone for him, especially after losing his ‘brother’. Techno takes him back under his wing, and Niki slowly, reluctantly opens up to him. She essentially becomes his sister figure.
Only one ‘government’ remained: the Eggpire. And now the entire smp was together to face it.

Like a seesaw that only goes down, part 2
Here’s chapter two! I don’t know if there’ll be another part, but here we are! Sorry if it seems rushed, that’s not intentional..
Content warnings: includes soft, safe, g/t vore, character panicking, mentions of death but none occur.
And the tags: @i-am-beckyu @local-squishmallow @da3dm @poprockpanda
When the door was thrown open that morning, Phil breathed a sigh of relief. Techno’s shoulders dropped slightly, still keeping his attention on the plate before him. The older man stood, going to greet his other son only to be barreled over as the brunette came flying into the room.
“Woah! What’s the-“ “You need to foster Tommy now.” Wilbur gripped his arms tightly, and the blonde forced himself not to wince. “Tommy?” “Don’t tell me you’re gonna act like Phil now.” The pinkette groaned from the dining room table. “Trying to adopt kids-“ “He needs us.” Wilbur insisted. Phil gently shook his arms, the other taking the hint and releasing them. “Why don’t you tell us about this Tommy and we’ll figure something out, okay mate?” He led his son to the dining room, knowing he’d be starving after a night being shifted.
“He can’t be any older than fourteen. He’s like a spitting image of you, Phil.” Phil cut him off to motion to the chair, Wilbur sitting down but not stopping. “He looks very rough, and the way he talks.. you can just tell he hasn’t had good fosters.” “How did you meet him?” “He almost fell in the river last night.” Techno paused, looking the brunette over for a moment. “And.. he didn’t care that you were a giant?” “Well, he was terrified of course, but I wasn’t going to just leave him there! I needed to replace the log, anyway. It gave out.”
“Is it secure now?” Phil placed a full plate in front of the other, who ravenously began eating, getting a nod in response. “Good.” He sighed in relief. “And you’re sure that Tommy is in the system?” He nodded again. “No adults in sight. He said he was out with a friend, and he wasn’t really willing to talk about his home life.” “Maybe he just doesn’t have good parents?” “Techno, he’s clearly in the foster system. I know that look.” Wilbur harshly defended himself.
“Well, there’s only one real way to find out.” Phil abruptly cut the small argument off. “Once we finish breakfast, I’ll make a few calls.”
~ ~ ~
The knock at the door didn’t bother him, simply calling through the door for the person to come in. “Tommy?” He looked up when his name was called, meeting the eyes of his social worker with shock and a small sense of dread. Did this family already give up on him? “Miss Puffy.” He greeted curtly, anxiety churning in his gut. “I received a phone call the other day, and I thought you’d want to be involved with the situation.” She took a seat beside the teen, who nodded.
“I have an old friend named Phil. He’s been a foster parent for a long time, and at the moment he has two adopted kids. He called me the other day, asking about you specifically.” Tommy perked up, but out of concern rather than excitement. “I.. don’t know anyone named Phil.” “That’s alright.” Puffy reassured him. “He said his son wanted him to foster you, and was quite adamant about it.” For a moment, Tommy imagined that it was Tubbo’s family. But he dismissed it just as quickly. He knew Tubbo’s family didn’t foster, even if they’d been the closest thing to a real family he’s had in ages.
“What about this one?” “That’s why I wanted to talk to you.” She offered a hand out, and the kid hesitantly took it. “I spoke with them before I came to you. They don’t want to push, they want you to make this decision on your own. If you’re happy here, then you can stay. But if you’re not that happy here, Phil’s more than happy to take you in.”
Tommy sat there for a moment, considering his options. This house… wasn’t the best. Well, it was the best he’d had foster wise, but it was just another house. The family didn’t really make him feel like he belonged. And someone specifically asked for him, willingly inviting him into their family. It wasn’t that hard of a choice, except for the unknown.
With a huge, deep breath, and the fragile hope that he wasn’t making a huge mistake, he nodded. “Okay.”
~ ~ ~
“You’re kidding me,” was all Tommy could breathe out when he saw the trio standing on the porch. Puffy eyed him from the rear view mirror. “Tommy?” “I know who wanted me to be fostered here.” He couldn’t forget those brown eyes, even if they were a more respectable size now. Unease began to pool in his stomach, and he swallowed the lump in his throat. He’d almost forgotten the entire incident with the giant- Wilbur. He was amazed that he’d remembered his name. But he forced himself to steel his composure. ‘Wilbur didn’t hurt me the first time, surely he doesn’t want to hurt me at all, right..?’
Puffy rolled the car to a stop, putting it in park and looking behind her to give Tommy a reassuring smile. “I promise, Phil’s a good friend of mine. If I didn’t trust him, you wouldn’t be here right now.” Tommy nodded. ‘It’s not Phil I’m worried about now..’ Both of them opened their doors at the same time, Puffy going up to the porch to greet them while Tommy lagged behind with his bag in tow.
Wilbur’s face visibly brightened when he saw the teen, grinning widely as he approached. “Tommy!” The blonde knew he was restraining himself. He remembered how touchy the brunette had been the last time he saw him. “It’s so good to see you again!” “Hey, Wilbur.” Tommy lamely spoke, nerves starting to get the better of him. He didn’t miss how the brunette’s eyes practically sparkled at the teen remembering his name, though his eyes began to trail around. They landed on the man beside Wilbur, an intimidating pigman hybrid with long pink hair braided down his back. His face softened when he met Tommy’s eyes, and he offered a nod to him. Then Tommy looked over to the other blonde, speaking with Puffy.
“I forgot about introductions! Silly me. Tommy, this is my brother Techno,” Wilbur pulled his attention back to him, gesturing to the pink haired man as he said his name. “And that's our dad, Phil!” Phil looked over at the mention of his name, smiling at the youngest. “Hey, mate. I think Wilbur probably speaks for all of us when I say we’re excited to have you here.” He calmly spoke, keeping his hands in sight but close to him. Tommy also hadn’t missed the glare shot in Wilbur’s direction as he practically bounced on his heels in excitement.
“Well, Tommy. Do you need anything from me before I head out?” Tommy looked back to Puffy, who still had a grin on her face. With hesitance, he shook his head. Despite everything, he wanted to put some trust into Wilbur. Surely if he begged Phil to foster him, it’ll lead to something good, right? Plus, he really seemed excited that Tommy showed. With a nod, she showed herself out, leaving the young teen with the three older men.
“Tommy,” Phil started softly. “Welcome to our home. We have a room set up for you, though not much in there right now-“ “We want to take you to the store so you can decorate it! So it’ll be all your style.” “Wilbur.” Phil leveled the brunette with a look, and he visibly wilted. “Sorry.” “You’re.. really excited I’m here, huh?” Tommy tried, feeling awkward that he’d witnessed the disagreement. Wilbur ducked his face, but the blonde didn’t miss the tinge of pink that colored it. “It’s just..” He started, but cut himself off with a sigh. “I’ve always wanted a little brother.” Tommy couldn’t help himself. “‘Little’?”
Techno blinked in surprise, barely visible to the blonde. Phil’s expression wasn’t as schooled, his jaw dropping at the comment. Tommy was just about to try and take it back when- Wilbur blinked, and then began to laugh. “Younger- younger brother,” he barely managed to choke out before falling back into his laughing fit. Techno huffed, shaking his head at the brunette as he fully relaxed once more. It helped Tommy feel more eased, his own shoulders dropping when he realized his joke had gone well.
When he managed to compose himself, his eyes were sparkling. “Nobody’s ever joked about my shifting before.” “Well-“ “Why don’t we head inside?” Phil cut in, wincing slightly at the abrupt end of their conversation. “Sorry, I don’t mean to interrupt, but I’m sure everyone’s ready for some dinner.” Tommy’s stomach growled at the mention of food and he nodded shyly, getting a soft smile in return. As they walked into the house, he got a gentle nudge in his side. Looking towards it, he was met with Techno. “I’ll show him his room.”
He won’t admit it, but being alone with the taller man left him feeling intimidated at best. The walk to the room was fairly short and silent, and remained that way as the door was opened. Just like everyone had said, it was mostly bare. He had a dresser, a bed, and a desk. There were some notebooks, colored and regular pencils and pens scattered on the desk, and a TV sat in a corner on a small table.
“It’s.. not much. Like Wilbur said, we’ll take you to the store tomorrow and let you get some stuff to fix it up, but we tried to throw something together for you.” Tommy nodded, taking it in and trying his best not to cry at the gesture.
His own room. He didn’t have to share. He could design it however he wanted. Techno moved to sit on the bed, patting the spot beside him, face neutral but eyes soft. He only hesitated for a second before joining the pinkette.
“Don’t let Wilbur scare you. He can be overwhelming, but he means no harm.” Tommy blinked, surprised at the sudden turn of conversation. He recovered quickly, though, and shook his head. “I kinda figured. I mean, he saved my life.” Techno snorted at that. “Should have seen him when he walked in that morning. He didn’t even say hi. He jumped straight to telling Phil to foster you.” Tommy stifled his laughter, but quickly trailed off, looking around the room. “I don’t know why he’s so interested in me, though..”
It took a moment for Techno to respond. “Honestly, I’m not sure. I think he thinks you’re like him.” Tommy jolted slightly at the comment. “Not the shifter part,” Techno started with a smirk at the bewildered look he got, before it mellowed back out to a thin line. “When Wilbur first came to the house, Phil warned me that he’d likely be a handful. And he was, just not the way we were expecting.”
Tommy hung onto every word. “When he arrived, he was skinnier than you were with a lot of bruises and scars. Phil found him out in the woods one day and tried to coax him here, but he was too distrustful, at first.” “But he eventually trusted you guys?” Techno grew a sly smile on his face. “Yea, now he’s the world's most obnoxious brother.” “He’s not that bad, I don’t think.” The grin only grew. “Just wait.” Then he got up, and motioned for the human to follow. “Let’s go check on dinner.” “Alright.”
~ ~ ~
Two weeks had passed since Tommy first got to the house. In that time, he’s learned a lot about his new family. Like how Techno wasn’t intentionally intimidating, but he wasn’t really big on social interactions. And how Phil was an avian, having large black wings that Tommy definitely did not remember seeing his first night. When he asked him about it, the other sheepishly admitted that he wasn’t sure how Tommy would take to being the only human in the house of hybrids, which made the blonde feel good and bad at the same time. Bad that Phil thought he had to hide a part of himself, but good that Phil had done it to make him feel more welcome. And Wilbur. He hadn’t shifted to a giant form since he arrived at the house, and spent a majority of the time with the blonde to get him accustomed to the house and the family. Not only that, but he’d confined in the younger that he had in fact also been a foster kid, one that bounced from house to house as often as he had. Tommy honestly didn’t know how to feel about that, but Techno’s previous comment made a lot more sense after hearing it. Tommy also learned that he wrote music, and owned his own guitar that he proudly showed the teen. He offered to teach him how to play, and their first lesson was supposed to be today.
But as Tommy ran into the dining room, excited to begin learning how to play after eating breakfast, he realized there was a person missing from the table. Techno acknowledged him from his spot. “Where’s Wilbur? He said he was gonna teach me how to play today.” It was the main thing Tommy pestered everyone about, so neither Phil or Techno needed the reminder that Wilbur was teaching him guitar. He got worried at the frown that stretched on the piglin’s face.
“He shifted.” Oh. “So he’s not here?” “He went out to the woods. He always does when he shifts.” Phil motioned for the teen to sit, before heading into the kitchen and returning with a plate for him. There were a couple pancakes and a generous amount of bacon, which put little pep back into Tommy’s step. “Well now what do I do? I had my whole day planned around this. How long will he be?” “Dunno. Sometimes it’s a couple hours, sometimes it’s a couple days. It depends on how long it’s been since he shifted.” “And I think the last time he shifted was.. right before you came here, I think.” Phil added, picking up his mug to take a drink. Tommy mulled over the information for a moment, working on his breakfast.
“Do you guys ever go hang out with him?” “When he’s giant?” Tommy nodded, stuffing a forkful of the pancakes into his mouth. “We do- well, I do,” he corrected himself at the raised eyebrow the pinkette gave him. “He doesn't always want us around. Not that he’s ashamed of it, he’s just stressed about hurting us. I’ve tried helping him feel better about it, but sadly work keeps calling me away and I can’t always be here when he shifts.”
The blonde hummed in response, thinking. “What if I go hang out with him?” Techno struggled not to spit his tea back into the mug. “You’re certainly welcome to. I think Wilbur’s more afraid of hurting people at his size than anything else, you shouldn’t have to worry about anything.” With a grin, Tommy quickly picked up his plate and silverware, putting them in the sink with a promise to wash them when he came back, and rushed out the door without hearing his brother calling out to him.
Techno watched the kid run out the door, a slight grimace on his face. “We should have told him.” Phil’s head turned to the other as he finished collecting his own breakfast dishes. “About what?” “Wilbur’s instincts.” “Doesn’t he already know? Wilbur said he had to save him, right?” “Wilbur didn’t store him to save him. He picked him up.” Realization, and fear flooded the avian’s features and his feathers fluffed out. “Oh, shit.” The piglin stood up, already stacking his dishes up to take to the kitchen.
“I’ll go-“ “No, I’ll go. Can you call me if they return before I find them?” “Yea.” He rushed the dishes into the kitchen, setting them in the sink with a promise to be back to wash them, and rushed out the door after the younger. Techno shook his head and took his own dishes into the kitchen, starting a sink of soapy water.
~ ~ ~
It did not take Tommy long at all to find the giant. There were very limited places he could have been anyway, but the giant cave was a dead giveaway. Sure enough, the brunette was laying on his stomach, eyes glazed over and looking at the wall when the teen entered the cave.
There was moss on the floor, likely put there by Wilbur to make the ground a little more comfortable to lay on, and small lights placed around the walls. He wasn’t sure if they were electric or fire based, but they were too high up for him to find out either way. So instead, he focused on the reason that he had come.
“Wilbur!” The giant startled, head whipping around before his eyes quickly settled on him. He grinned at the shocked expression. “Tommy?” It was whispered, being considerate of his size, and his grin only grew larger. “Hey, big man.” “What are you doing? Uh, not that I don’t appreciate the company, but..” Tommy shrugged. “I mean, hanging out with you at your human size is cool and all, but that’s not really.. ‘you’, y’know? Besides, you promised me guitar lessons today and you can’t very well do that at this height.” Wilbur gave a soft frown. “Right, I forgot about that. Sorry, Toms. I just didn’t want to go without shifting for too long and have to stay giant for a couple days.” “So it’ll just be a couple hours then? That’s what Techno had said.” The giant gave a subtle nod.
“So maybe we can still do this guitar lesson after all.” “Maybe.” He agreed. A somewhat awkward silence filled the space between them, and Tommy just had to break it. “Well now what?” “Hm?” “I’m not gonna just leave. What do we do now?” Wilbur’s eyes lit up with an idea, but it just as quickly vanished under a wave of anxiety. Still, he got the question out.
“Can I..?” He hesitated, hands twitching where he had them crossed. Tommy didn’t miss the small movement. “What? Pick me up?” The teen had a feeling it was gonna be brought up. It would give him something to do, anyway. Though it was still kind of nerve wracking, he knew if he changed his mind Wilbur would listen. “Well, I figured maybe first we could get you accustomed to me just.. touching you, at this size.” He nodded, trying not to tense as the giant fingers slowly came to him. Right as they were close enough to cup him in his hand, Wilbur spoke again.
“It’s okay to be scared. A lot of people are.” “Was Phil?” Wilbur nodded. “Especially with his wings. He’s not the only one, though. I worry a lot about his wings, I don’t want to risk accidentally hurting them.” “Well big man, I have great news for you. I don’t have wings.” And with that, he forced himself to drop into Wilbur’s hands, startling the poor brunette.
It was warm, and Tommy caught on to how quickly his fingers curled to keep him from falling. He pushed himself up so he was sitting up, laughing at the shell-shocked look the giant still held. With a blink, it was gone. “You’re too reckless for your own good.” “No such thing. My middle name’s danger.” He proudly stated, puffing out his chest. His brother raised an eyebrow at the statement.
“Is it really?” “Tommy Danger Kraken Innit.” “Minecraft?” Wilbur added softly. Right, he’d forgotten they were still in the fostering period. Phil had already essentially adopted him, but he wasn’t used to using any last names because of how often he bounced from house to house. It surprisingly lifted a weight from his chest and shoulders to confirm it. “Yea. Tommy Danger Kraken Innit Minecraft.”
Wilbur grinned at the confirmation, unable to stop himself from pulling the younger forward and pressing his nose against him in a makeshift hug. Tommy startled at first, but quickly caught on to what it was and returned the hug as best as he could.
For a moment, there was peaceful silence as they did their makeshift hug. “Boys!” A loud voice rang out from the lip of the cave, startling both of them out of their peace. Both Tommy and Wilbur flinched, and for a moment the jostling made the blonde lose all sense of direction. Gathering his bearings was even harder, he didn’t know what happened but whatever Wilbur had done to him, it was wet and dark. Blinking rapidly, his eyes slowly adjusted to the darkness around him, and as he finally came to his senses his veins began to fill with ice.
Surely not. Surely the sounds around him were not his brother’s breathing, surely he wasn’t currently laying in his mouth. Surely not.
Surely he wouldn’t have waited this long to trick him… right?
Scrambling to his hands and knees, he tried to figure out where exactly he was, so he could find his way back to the front, because surely this is a mistake, this wasn’t intentional, any second now Wilbur’s gonna realize and-
His hand met an abrupt drop, and with how slick his arm had gotten, the rest it followed. He didn’t even get a chance to yelp in surprise before he was suddenly grabbed and yanked down by what he hadn’t realized was his brother’s throat.
After that, there was no denying where he was. Not as the muscles around him rhythmically pushed him further down, not as he felt more than heard a loud thumping come beside him as he descended, and especially not when he was abruptly shoved into a small chamber, just as dark and wet and warm as the mouth he’d been in prior.
If not worse because of acids, he was surprised as the bitter thought crossed his mind, amazed his mind could even be making quips like that in the face of- He launched himself upwards, almost slipping again but finding a wall to brace on. And then he started punching it with all he had. “Wilbur!!” Maybe this was still a mistake, maybe Wilbur just didn’t realize he was in here? But as he kept pounding on the fleshy walls around him, his heart sank with the dreaded realization. He recieved no answer.
~~~
It only took a second for Phil to realize what had happened, with how quickly Wilbur’s pupils had dilated and how hunched over he had become after his initial jump. He could tell the brunette’s breathing had picked up significantly, and he realized that he’d caused it. Hesitantly, he stepped forward, immediately catching Wilbur’s eye, even if his attention wasn’t on the avian.
“I didn’t mean… Techno told me you’d never told him, I just-“
The giant whimpered, arms tightening around his middle. Words were failing him, especially as he felt another hit against his pouch. Why hadn’t they told him before? He had to let him out, the youngling was scared. Everyone was scared.
No, not safe. Danger, not safe. Another sob escaped him, unable to break out of his instinctual mind.
That small, heartbreaking sound was all Phil needed to hear. Wilbur wouldn’t be able to let Tommy out, he was too far gone. Stepping closer, he tried to form a plan. He had to find a way to get through to them both, but how..?
Instincts. That’s it.
Wilbur believed there was danger around. That had to be why he couldn’t let Tommy out despite how much he knew the brunette would. If he let Wilbur store him as well, then he could talk to Tommy, and at the same time make Wilbur feel better as none of his ‘pack’ would be out where the nonexistent danger was.
Mind set, he pulled his wings as close to his back as he could and stepped up to his largest son. “Wilbur.” He called out, catching the other’s attention immediately. Only one arm uncurled from his abdomen to reach for him, and he forced himself to stay steady as the fingers curled around him. Just as quickly, he was dropped into the maw of his son, and closed his eyes to try and stifle the nerves. He’d done this many times before, but this situation alone had him on edge. Wilbur could sense it, he thought, because he was barely licked before he was pushed back and swallowed.
It did not take long to find the younger once he’d slipped into the pouch, despite the darkness. He was curled up against the wall, knees to chest and trying to stifle his sobs. “Oh, Tommy..” Phil spoke softly, clambering towards him to pull him into a hug. The blonde flinched away at first, but quickly turned and returned the embrace, his cries growing louder. “Why? Why would he-“ “Hey, Tommy it’s okay. I know this looks really bad, but I promise we’re gonna be okay.” It was just like his foster father, trying to comfort him in the face of doom. He’d appreciate it a little more compared to the fosters he’d had in the past if.. y’know, he wasn’t starting death in the face.
“No we’re not.” His grip only tightened on the other’s shirt, trying to be mindful of where his wings were. Phil didn’t seem to care, just gently rubbing his back. “Giants have different biology to us, Tom. This is normal for them.” “I don’t want to die.” His voice cracked. “We’re not. We’re not in his actual stomach. It’s a pouch.”
A.. what?
He must have said it aloud, because he felt Phil nod in their hug. “It’s like a storage pouch. Or a brooding pouch. It’s something inside of him that’s specifically made to hold things, or people in our case. We’re okay, he’s not gonna hurt us.” Something flared inside the younger, and he scowled, pulling away to glare at the other. “But why won’t he say something? Or tell us that we’re okay? Why won’t he let us out?” Phil patted his shoulder, sadness evident in his movements and voice.
“He.. can’t, Tommy. It’s part of his instincts, he’s too far in them right now.” “What kind of instincts are these?” He mumbled tearfully into his soaked knees. “To just eat people you care about-“ “I know it’s strange, and.. really difficult to learn about. Trust me, it wasn’t easy for me or Techno either.” He shook his head. “We should have told you before. I’m sorry that we didn’t make sure you knew.”
The organ around them shuddered, and it was only then that Tommy started to hear what was happening around them.
Crying. Wilbur was crying. Not full blown sobs like Tommy had been, but there was no other explanation to his shaky breaths, or the small whimpers still leaving his mouth. “… Is.. that-“ “He really didn’t want to scare you, Tom.” Phil sighed. “That was the last thing he ever wanted to do.” The blonde nodded, taking in the information.
So his brother had instincts that caused him to.. to eat his loved ones. Not out of malice, but as like a caring thing. There were other animals that did that, like a.. a kangaroo.
Yea, Wilbur was just kinda like a kangaroo, except his holding pouch was inside. And he had to.. eat people to get them there.
Wilbur didn’t want to scare him, let alone hurt him. And because of Wilbur’s fear of doing so, he was now trapped in an instinctual loop that claimed it wasn’t safe for them to be released.. right?
Tommy repeated his thought process to Phil, who agreed completely, despite his laugh at the kangaroo analogy. “So.. we’re gonna be here a while.” “Until he calms down, yea. Dunno how long that’ll take but I imagine since we’re calm, it’ll help him calm down a little faster.”
“Can we help him?” Before getting an answer, he pressed a hand against the closest wall to him. “Wilbur?” He shouted, but with no response. “He’s still pretty deep in his instincts.” Phil frowned. “I should have been more mindful when I came to find you guys, but I was worried he’d do this to you without explaining it.” Tommy sighed. “We were talking when you came in. This hadn’t even come up, but I also just didn’t think this would happen, y’know?” “Yea.” Phil replied. “I’d thought you’d already known about this. Techno told me after you had left that you didn’t.”
“Yea.” Tommy felt guilt weighing down his heart. Yea, it was a scary circumstance, but he should have had more faith in his brother. He should have known after all this time Wilbur wasn’t going to hurt him. If he wanted to just hurt him, why would he have even gone through the trouble to save him from the river, or try to get him adopted into a family that actually cared for him?
He sighed, not wanting to dwell on it lest he begin crying again. That probably wouldn’t help his brother come down from instincts if he thought someone was hurt. Instead, he turned to his father to find a new source of entertainment.
“What do you even do in here? It’s boring.” Phil snorted. “What do you expect, a tv?” With a pout, Tommy crossed his arms against his chest. “Next time I’ll bring a handheld, like a switch.” “You’ll have to find a way to keep it waterproof, I’m not spending like four hundred dollars for you to ruin it.” “What else is there to do then? Its boring!” This time, Phil chuckled. “Usually Wilbur’s not in an instinctual haze when he stores us. We usually talk, or he’ll play music for whoever he’s got. Other than that, you can sleep.” “Boring. Can’t we talk about something?” “What do you want to talk about?” “Something. Anything. As long is it doesn’t bore me.”
Tommy could tell that his dad was shaking his head at him, but the silence was broken fairly quickly. “Well, there was one time that we went camping..” It wasn’t much, but it was something for Tommy to focus on other than the sounds around them. He put his full attention into the stories his dad started telling.
He wasn’t even sure how much time had passed before their surroundings jolted, knocking both of them over. A yelp escaped the younger, scrambling back upright. “What’s-“ “He’s moving. He might be heading home before he lets us out.” Now that Tommy was paying attention, he could tell that the pouch they were in was swaying. “It’s not a long walk home.” Phil spoke, having balanced himself as well.
“Wilbur?” Tommy yelled out, but still didn’t get a response. “Wil-“ “I don’t know if he’s.. willing to talk right now. He might need some time.” “I… okay.” It didn’t sit right with the blonde, but he let it be.
The rest of the walk back was silent, the only sounds being the organs around them functioning. Tommy was happy to note that the loud heartbeat around them had slowed to a better pace than before, almost lulling to listen to. He didn’t get long to ponder that before their surroundings jumped, and suddenly he found himself being squished tightly by the walls around him.
He squirmed, uncertainty filling him at the sudden change of pace, becoming disoriented at the movement around him. Just as quickly, everything stopped, and he was met with cool air as he was dropped onto a large hand. Before he could even get his bearings from that, he was set on the ground.
Just as quickly, Phil followed, and just as Tommy had pulled himself together and turned to face his brother, he had shrunk down to his human size. Wilbur wouldn’t meet his eyes, quickly rushing up the porch and into the house before them. He almost toppled over Techno in his rush to get to his room and slam his door shut. The questioning look on the pinkette’s face lasted only as long as it took for him to see how soaked the other two were. “I’ll.. go get towels.” He said with a slight grimace, turning towards the hall.
“Is he gonna be okay?” Phil sighed, giving the younger a pat on the shoulder to try and reassure him. “I don’t know. He will be, eventually, but I don’t know how long he’ll hide from us until he’s ready to talk about what happened.”
Techno returned, holding two towels which the blondes gratefully took. “We’re gonna need a shower.” Tommy wrinkled his nose, and Phil laughed. “I know. You go on up, I’m gonna fill Techno in on what happened.”
Tommy sped up the stairs, happy to get out of the slimy clothes he was still in, and Techno watched him for a moment before turning back to the other. “How did he take it?” Phil cringed. “I caused it. They were fine, but I scared them when I went to their cave and Wilbur dropped Tommy in his mouth.” The piglin sighed. “I don’t think Wilbur would have done it without explaining it first.” “Me either.” The avian found the floor more interesting than the conversation at hand, head dipped down. “He was pretty freaked out, and it trapped Wilbur in his instincts so he couldn’t let him out.” Techno hummed, mulling over the information given to him.
“Do you think Wilbur’s gonna come out?” “I don’t know.” But Phil was shaking his head. “I'm going to tell him Tommy doesn’t hold it against him, but I don’t know how long he’s gonna hole up in his room.” The piglin thought for a moment before giving a response.
“Tommy might be able to bring him out.” “I don’t know about that, Techno. It’s too soon.” “Maybe for you, but we don’t know about Tommy. I think he would have run if he didn’t trust us. He wouldn’t have come back with you guys.” “I.. guess that’s true. But maybe he’s just waiting so he can get a hold of Puffy.” Phil shrugged, a frown marring his face. “I’ll feel awful if this makes him leave, but I understand. We should have made sure he knew.”
Techno also had a frown on his face. Despite how much more he’d interacted with Wilbur, he’d grown to like the little spitfire being around. He’d miss him if he decided to leave. “Well, I guess we have to wait and see.” “Yea..” The avian sighed, then grimaced as his wings flicked behind him, reminding him of the slime coating him. “I’m gonna go take a shower.” And then he left, leaving Techno to his thoughts.
The pinkette went to the kitchen, picking up a kettle and filling it with water before setting it on the stove. He’d try to talk to Tommy, but first, some tea might help settle everyone’s nerves.
~ ~ ~
After his shower, Tommy didn’t go to his room. Maybe he should have, to try and think about what all just happened, but he just couldn’t do it. Not if his brother was holing up in his room, afraid he’d ruined their relationship because of a miscommunication. Granted, a terrifying miscommunication, but neither of them were at fault.
He knocked on the door, not surprised to not get an answer. Instead, he opened the door, softer than he’d ever done before. Wilbur was curled up on his bed, completely cocooned in blankets. Tommy couldn’t tell if he was facing the wall or to his desk. The door closed with a near inaudible click.
“Wilbur?” The form on the bed jumped slightly, but gave no response. “Wilbur.” That was the only thing Tommy needed to see to steel his resolve, walking over to the bed and sitting on it beside the other. He wasn’t leaving until his brother felt better.
“Willlll.” He drew out the name, pouting when he still received no answer. Well, this calls for drastic measures. He flopped back on top of the other, feeling the weight jump and shift under him as he tried to gently push the other up. “You’re not getting rid of me that easy.” He quipped. “Not until you come out from the blankets and talk to me.”
“Mm-mm.” “Wilbur.” He turned so that he could face the other’s blanketed head. “I’m not gonna just let you mope about. Come out and talk to me.” A minute went by with no response, and he sighed, before an idea struck him. Maybe if they got the hard part out of the way while he was covered, it would be easier to get back to normal.
“Y’know, that whole thing was scary.” He admitted, out in the open. “I.. uh, really thought you were trying to kill me. I had no idea about the whole pouch thing. But Phil told me a little bit about it, and now I know, somewhat. You’re like a kangaroo, but your pouch is inside your body. It’s still fucking weird, but that’s cause I’m not a giant like you are.”
He heard the covers shift, and turned to find a brown eye looking at him anxiously. He only turned away slightly to give the other more time to come out on his own and continued. “I know now you didn’t mean to scare me. Hell, I don’t think you even meant to do it to begin with. Can’t really hold that against you, especially not with you already beating yourself up about it.”
The blanket came down only slightly, enough that the brunette’s curls were on display. “I’m not-“ it was quiet, but the fact that he was speaking at all was progress. The blonde was quick to cut him off, though.
“Yes you are. You’re moping in your room alone. You haven’t spoken to anyone since we got back. You’re not even playing your guitar or doing anything to distract yourself! You’re just laying here, moping because you think you scared me off. Which you didn’t, cause I’m here now, aren’t I?” “I.. yea. You are.” Wilbur agreed, sounding more calm than before.
“Yea. And I don’t plan on going anywhere, big man. So why don’t you come out and we can talk about whatever that pouch thing is?” The brunette hesitated, but then he nodded, and Tommy scooted over to let him sit up, the blanket falling down past his shoulders. Tommy gave him a smile, and Wilbur returned it, although shakily.
“So…” the teen decided that he’d lead the conversation. “From what I’ve gathered, it’s like a kangaroo pouch, like where they keep their babies, but your pouch is in you instead. Is that what it is?” Wilbur opened his mouth, but then hesitated, closing it as a thoughtful look came to his face. Finally, he responded. “It.. kind of is, but it didn’t start out that way. It’s more like a storage place for winter, that way we can keep extra food close for when it gets scarce. But then it evolved so that we could protect younger giants from threats, since they’re not prepared to handle the world at that age, and- well, since you and Phil and Techno aren’t giants like I am, but you’re still my family, my instincts just kinda.. adopted everyone. But it’s completely safe, I would never put any of you all in danger.” “I know.” Tommy spoke up immediately. “If you were going to, you wouldn’t have saved me the first time we met. You wouldn’t have begged for me to be fostered by your family.” He looked down. “I’m sorry I didn't trust you more.”
“No, Tommy, you have nothing to be sorry for. If anything, I’m the only one who should be apologizing. I’m really sorry, you shouldn’t have had to deal with any of that. We should have made sure you knew about this when you came to us. I should have told you when we met the second time.” Hesitantly, the brunette reached out. A silent question. Just as silently, Tommy reached over and wrapped the other in a hug.
They remained there for a good moment or two, Wilbur’s hands shaky as they clung to his shirt.
“Thank you, for giving me another chance.” Wilbur spoke into his hair. “You gave me one, didn’t you? Just returning the favor.”
When Phil went to check on Tommy, and didn’t find him in his room, he tried not to panic. He and Techno began checking around the house, and Phil hesitated at Wilbur’s doorknob. He didn’t want to have to tell the distressed man that Tommy had vanished. Carefully opening the door, all of the residual fear left Phil’s body, flooding him with relief instead. He quietly closed the door behind him, leaving the both of them curled up on the brunette’s bed.
That alone was enough for him to know they’d all be okay. All that was left to do was wait for Techno to tell him he told him so.
"Ranboo?" Tubbo breathed out in a shaken whisper, a wave of cold sweat washing over his neck when his own voice echoed back through the pitch black cavern.
No response.
For a bit he could swear he was dead and in hell, the heat certainly fit the description. What wasn't quite fitting was the sheer humidity, the gentle winds of cool forest air passing by just out of reach, the deep thunderous rumbling of what could've been recognized as a hum and the ever slightly motioning and twitching wet ground right under his stiff sprawl out body. It wasn't long before the realization hit with full force and Prime had Tubbo wished he was dead right then and there.
The bloodchilling memory of what happened only moments ago fought its way to the front of his mind encasing his already blind eyes with panic filled darkness. Then, as if on cue, was the teen scrambling back to his feet, squirming around as his sporadic movements lead to his limbs slipping and sending him tumbling back down, each soft fall followed by a frightened whine.
Desperate determination left his body momentarily, lying limp on the muscle he now recognized as his 'friend's' tongue, heaving heavily, not getting enough oxygen through his system to think rationally. When it began to shift under his weight, he felt his body slipping off of it, slipping closer to… something, gravitation sending him downwards.
Now that? That forced a horrified scream out of his tightened throat, all the determination and adrenaline from moments ago returned in double the force and successfully pushed him up on his hands and knees.
His eyes have adjusted to the dark by now, but without a sliver of light he simply couldn't see, not even his own trembling hands moving him forward were more than pitch black splotches blending with the surroundings.
It's not like he needed to see, he knew his- 'friends' end goal far too well, he knew he just tried to slowly finish him off, most likely savoring the moment.
It wrecked a choked sob out of him, he never thought meeting up with an online friend, someone he trusted with his life, would cost him his life.
Guiltily he thought back to his parents, all those well-meant warnings and stranger danger talks he's had through the years, Prime, he hated them so much, but what would he give now if he had just listened.
Tubbo growled, he felt rage boiling his insides substituting the previously consuming panic, this wasn't fair. None of this was fair!
All he wanted was his friend, not just the comically deep voice coming through his phone's speaker, nor the half pixelated face smiling back at him. He wanted to hold him in a long tight hug, which he'd make sure was only the first of hundreds more. But he supposes that was too much to ask of life.
Ranboo may have tricked him, but there was no way he was going to give up, going to make it easy for the motherfucker. Oh fuck no!
He's going to reach the front, reach the teeth and then kick with all the force he can muster, if it takes a lost tooth for the bastard to open his jaws, if that's the price for Tubbo's life, then it's one he will be paying.
'Surely just a bit closer', Tubbo reached his arm out trying to feel for the teeth, he felt nothing but void in front and before he could piece together the puzzle his other hand slipped.
This time there was no slimy plush to catch his fall, he felt the upper half of his body slip for considerably longer before stopping at an elongated wall of flesh which wasted no time in doing it's duty. It squeezed around his torso tightly and began pulling down, paying no mind to the protests of Tubbo's hands which tried and failed repeatedly to push him back up.
"RANBOO!!!" the boy screamed in terror. He knew it was stupid, calling out the name of his soon-to-be-murderer, but in the chaos all his mind wanted was his friend.
All at once the tugging stopped and the boy found himself back on unstable ground, he stifled a sob. 'Back on Ranboos tongue', he reminded himself bitterly, but it was a ground no less.
A loud booming vibration came from all around him, startling his tiny-in-comparison form, similar enough to the previous hum, but different in tone to be recognized as something softer. Maybe less of a hum and more of a hush? In any other circumstance it may have even been comforting, weren't it for the burning feeling of betrayal and impending doom.
"Let me go, please," Tubbo broke. "I just- I just wanted to be friends, just to meet you, to have you here with me, to hold you, and- no nO NO NONONO!!!" The boy shrieked, kicking with his boots into darkness which mercilessly drew him in like a magnet. His nails found nothing to dig into, hands nothing to hold onto and feet nothing to push against and so helplessly his body slid back to the very same demise he was spared of moments ago.
This time, as a final nail in the coffin, as the fading light that sealed his fate, the same muscle he found his footing on pushed against his torso. Briefly his back got harshly pressed against the bony roof of the mouth, squeezing all air out of his lungs. Afterwards came a strange sensation, as though he was falling but oh so slowly, like every inch of his fall was slowed by some strange kind of safety measure sliding up his sides, leaving them drenched in increasing layers of slime. His limbs rested there, pinned against his body and rendered useless.
It only lasted ten seconds or so, the longest ten seconds in Tubbos life.
He landed, the soft walls underneath giving in downwards and further softening his ungraceful arrival.
This really was happening, wasn't it?
Ever since he's made eye contact with the giant who had yet to utter more than a hum of uncertain tone and emotion this is where he was bound to end up.
He should've run when he had the chance, should've fought harder and somehow, anyhow, fought off the monster's gluttonous gullet. And he should've begged when he had the slightest sliver of hope his words may be heard. To be frank, he felt an overpowering certainty that nothing he did mattered anymore.
Tubbo let his body fall back, slowly pressing against and sliding down the wall of flesh behind him. His hand, shaking, unable to stay still, traced a soft half circle by his head. More followed suit. Minutes later he finds himself gently rubbing at the stomach walls.
Tears fell silently down his cheeks, everything around, every inch of the plush surrounding him, was Ranboo. His entire world was nothing but his wished-for best friend. And yet, Tubbo felt so alone.
None of this was fair.
******
Ranboo let out another hum, content with the light weight finally resting securely in his storage. The tangled mess of thoughts his mind had become, blinded by primal instincts which screamed nothing but 'protect him', began clearing up now. If he had to guess, Tubbos first reaction to his sheer size may have been the trigger, he didn't hold it against his friend, meeting a giant, in a literal sense, wasn't quite the everyday occurrence.
It was quite fear inducing, but sadly someone forgot to notify his instincts and deliver the message that his friend wasn't in any real danger.
And in the process Ranboo forgot to notify Tubbo, who now sat there, sobbing and trembling terribly, awaiting what he believed to be approaching death.
When he fully awakes from his instinct flooded trance, Ranboo will have a lot of explaining to do, but for now, he was overflowed with joy to finally hold his best friend close.
Spiderweb
Here I come with another fic :D (A bit short tho)
Hope you enjoy :]
tw: Safe/soft vore, fearplay, fear of dying, death mention
"It's not my fault, you know!?" said a fly hybrid as he flew really fast with his friend. “Yeah, yeah, shut up and keep flying! The stupid bird is about to catch up with us! I don't want to end up being bird food!” said the other.
They were both hovering around the forest they were in, trying to lose sight of the bird that was chasing them.
"Is it still behind us?!" “Yeah, it looks like it's not going to get tired anytime soon! We have to find a place to take shelter!” he answers back, flying faster.
The black-haired man let out a sigh. "I don't think I'm going to make it… My wings hurt…" The other looks at him with concern. “What nonsense are you talking about Sapnap?! Of course you're going to make it! I'm not going to let you die, much less at the hands of a stupid bird!"
Dream quickly approaches his friend and grabs his arm, dragging him along at the same speed. He quickly scanned the surroundings as they flew, his eyes fixing on a hole.
"There! There we can hide from the bird and you can rest your wings!” Sapnap nods as Dream continues to drag him. They quickly head into the hole, when Sapnap's eyes widen in fear. "Wait! Dream stop!” Dream was going to ask him what was wrong, when his eyes also widened in fear and he tried to brake suddenly.
Both hybrids collided with a spider web. “S-Shit…! How could I not see it?!” he yelled trying to get away from it, but it was impossible. The black-haired man next to him sighed deeply.
"Now we are going to die..." Dream looked at him sadly. "Nonono... We'll get out of this Sap-" "No Dream... Not this time..." he interrupted him. He went to try to convince him when a ‘loud’ laugh echoed around them.
“Well, well, well, what do we have here…?” said a voice. Dream and Sapnap looked up, both wide-eyed in terror. "Apparently two small snacks got trapped on my web, huh?"
The voice continued, which turned out to be the voice of a spider hybrid. "Let us go!" Dream yelled at him, being a hybrid, they might have a chance to make it out alive. Or so he thought until the spider spoke again.
"And why should I? You two look really delicious.” He responds with a smirk as he reaches for Sapnap, pulling him out of the web. The raven only squirms in the grip of the larger hybrid.
“Sapnap! Let him go!" Dream yelled, watching helplessly from the web. The spider just looked at him with a smirk, putting the hybrid in his hold, inside his mouth, closing it with an audible click of his teeth.
It wasn't long before the spider swallowed, sending the hybrid down his throat. “SAPNAP!” Dream watched in horror as the bulge, which was Sapnap, made its way down the larger hybrid's throat until it disappeared below the collarbone.
He licked his lips, now looking at the green fly, pulling him out of the web and bringing him closer to his lips. Dream squirmed as hard as he could, but that didn't stop the spider from shoving him into his mouth.
Immediately the tongue began to lick him,covering him in saliva. Dream tried to move away from the muscle in vain. Soon the spider got tired and pushed him to the back of his mouth,swallowing him without any effort.
Dream wriggled his way down until he entered a more open space. He looked around for a moment though he could barely see, someone hugging him from behind. Sapnap.
"Sapnap..." he said softly, looking at the Raven and hugging him back. "I’m sorry..." They both sat up, leaning against the spider’s stomach wall, as Sapnap let out a sob.
He wasn't the type of person who would show his feelings like that, but they were about to die so he really didn't care at that moment.
Meanwhile, the spider just rolled his eyes, they were crying for nothing. They would soon find out about it. So he closed his eyes and with a hand over them, he fell asleep.
