Death Count in Persona games:
(Don't take this too seriously)
Revelations: Persona
Two, I guess? I mean, the butler whose name I always forget and Kandori. I don't care if he was revived in a later game. He died. As for the past victims of the Snow Queen mask, they were already dead before the beginning of the game so I won't count them. The same goes for Kazuya. Ambiguous beings like Shadow Naoya and Aki don't count because they were a facet of a main character to begin with.
Persona 2: Innocent Sin
All the fucking world except Sumaru City. Oh, and Maya, Junko, that kid and the principal also died... so... a fuck ton.
Persona 2: Eternal Punishment
A bit more regulated this time. We have Kandori who came back to reclaim the title, the principal again and Kaneda 100% confirmed. So that makes three. Idk how many victims of the JOKER were, so use your imagination.
Persona 3
Putting aside Strega's victims... Daddy Kirijo, Minato, two thirds of Strega, Ikutsuki, Shinjiro... yep, that makes six. Oh! Oh! And that social link who was a teenager who dies! Seven. Does Ryoji count? He's... Death... meh.
Persona 4
Mayumi, Saki... who else? Morooka. That makes three. Oh! The butler's name was Yamaoka!
Persona 5
H-How many people did the Conspiracy kill during those train mental shutdowns, again? Well, that number plus Kobayakawa and Okumura. Idk about Akechi. He's sketchy. Heh. Akechi sketchy. So two and a half plus X. Yes.
So, if we list the games by death toll:
Persona 2: Innocent Sin
Persona 5 (cuz of unseen mental shutdowns during the game)
Persona 3 (cuz unseen Strega victims during the game)
Persona 2: Eternal Punishment (cuz unseen JOKER victims during the game)
Persona 4
Revelations: Persona
