nothing like sitting in a zoom meeting doing LITERALLY fuck-all while my boss tries to figure out how to use this program she's had to use for YEARS
#im becoming radicalizedddd#TRULY. could have been an email#maybe im a bitch but i dont want to sit around and help someone troubleshot a program they should be familiar with#i need to write my fucking review of this festival#i want to be done with this job soso bad you dont understand#i realized thankfully that i do have one more paycheck left so it is worth it for me to stay#i just. oh my god yanno???#there's some tiktok i saw forever ago with the caption like. me and my coworker helping our boss that makes 5 times our pay to send an emai#or some shit like tha#i just dont understand how the money for this organization was so mismanaged that they couldnt hire more people for this job#i also was able to talk shit about this place with a volunteer the other night so that was great#like im very thankful that i was capable enough to get this job and this is a great thing to put on my resume.#but i feel like i contributed nothing intellectually to this event (untrue i feel like i made ONE. decision)#and everything else. it didnt matter that i was me because everyone else already knew what they were gonna do regardless so i just dont#fucking matter basically!!#and ugh like they fucking flaunt around that this fest was just put together by the two of them plus a few seasonal employees#why are you fucking bragging about that!!#i truly need like. alcohol and someone to dictate or take notes on what im saying so i can get every issue i have out at once.
