#someone decided drinking literal turpentine is the best thing for a cough#and unfortunately they weren't wrong#it's liquefied christmas tree and i hate how effective it is#but i do appreciate that they acknowledge how awful it is & recommend mixing it with honey#mary poppins was also right: a spoonful of sugar really does help the medicine go down
