asc is kinda silly.... riverclan can't pick a leader bc they can't ask starclan, but future leaders are chosen by living cats and given nine lives even if they are literally evil. starclan goes along with their choice, not the other way around. why doesn't jayfeather just reinvent democracy?? i'm with mothwing on this one

So onestar can lie to his clan his entire life nearly causing the destruction of shadowclan and be let right into starclan bc tallstar thinks he's a good guy deep down (or is too embarrassed to admit he fucked up by making him leader) while squilf and leafpool have to defend their actions to the cat who told them on behalf of starclan to do exactly what they did and even lied to them to coerce them into making that specific decision

Tallstar, who never took a mate bc he was in love with his kittypet ex-boyfriend until the moment he died, who instantly recognized firestar as jake's son and treated him as his own, saying letting kittypets into windclan was a mistake bc kittypets can't be warriors.... yeah I don't buy it
