Operations executive job at Hook Coffee Singapore

Using creativity and technology to create Singapore's No. 1 specialty coffee brand, Hook continues to grow and bring the finest sustainably grown and ethically produced beans from farms around the world straight to our customer’s doorsteps. We #makecoffeebetter, both for our farmers and customers.

Operations executive: 

  Responsible for managing Hook’s retail operations 

This includes dealing with buyers from department stores and supermarkets, Team leaders with each supermarket outlets 

Managing sampling and promotional activities at each supermarket

Stocks and inventory management at each outlets and in stores

Support existing operations at Hook Coffee, this includes supporting business development operations 

Requirements 

  Minimum 2 years background in operations related role 

Background in coffee and baristaring skills a huge plus! 

Highly motivated and willing to work in a start-up environment which is high stress but of course rewarding at the same time

Go getters willing to get things done at all expense, able to work independently 

Adaptable to changes

Willing to take the extra mile and work beyond the normal working hours in view of running events etc. 

Class 2B / 3A licence a plus. Transport allowance will be giving if using own transport for running day to day errands.
