Light Roast- Drip Coffee: Maya Ixil, Guatemala — washed: Has an earth tone structure to it. Got a hint of after taste bitterness. But not enough to dislike it, blends in well. I’m more of a Dark Roast kind of coffee guy. But for all the earthy coffee brands I’ve tried, this one I give a 4 out of 5 stars!!
