“There was some… thing,” they said. “At the side of the boat.”

They parted like waves at shore, allowing him to look over the side of the ship for just a moment before they crowded him like a group of fish. From this angle, however, he could see a strange clump of seaweed stuck to the hull with an odd residue; sticky, slimy, not normal.

Alberto blinked, unsure of what it could be. But an itch at his skin and nose— a scent an odd mix of salt and sweet juice from fruit that had long over ripened— told him… something. Just what it was, he didn’t know, though. He wasn’t sure if it had been the human influence, the lack of sea monster guidance, or perhaps this was even just one of those things he felt from time to time that could just never be explained.

And this time, the feeling sent him over the edge of the cargo ship, diving deep into the dark waters even as the crew screamed from above.They would be fine.

HAPPY 18TH MOTHER 3!!!! I LOVE THIS GAME SO MUCH I couldn't finish the silly animation project I had planned due to creative block combined with the business of my trip to Ireland this month,

but I did find motivation to draw this on the plane ride back! It's a redraw of the random pintrest image that I thoguht looked too much like lucas and claus.
