I like that title!! I like the All's Fair(e) part because I love a good pun, and besides its Martyn so he'd approve of that/lh

What do you think some of the others would do at the ren faire? What would they dress up as/where would they work, all that!

Assuming we're working w a Life series cast-

BigB, Lizzie, and Cleo are all fairies (bc of Last Life) and go around doing typical fae things, like dousing ppl in fairy dust (glitter (color coded to each person)), and conning ppl through loopholes. Lizzie hand made all their wings and flower crowns as it was her idea. Tho Lizzie does have an after hours gig as a fortune teller.

It'd be easy to say Joel plays into the Shrek bit but the idea of him and Etho running around as pirates? Boat Boys?? Immaculate. Flawless. They pickpocket (from friends (they give everything back at the end of the day)) and frequently get into sword fights in the most inconvenient of places. Joel says he's the captain but does whatever Etho wants to do in a heartbeat.

Pearl runs a little soup stand in full Red Riding Hood get up. The soup is fantastic so ppl don't get too mad when she tries to get them to overpay. Impulse - who goes around in full dwarf and/or dragon cosplay depending on how lazy he's feeling - drops by sometimes when Pearl needs help w some heavy lifting. She's usually capable tho.

Speaking of! Would it be too on the nose to say Impulse is usually hanging around Skizz and Tango? And that Skizz literally shows up to the faire dressed as a whole ass angel w the big fluffy wings and everything?? I don't know what Tango would do - maybe something related to Create Mod? A little steampunk-y Tango standing on a corner or in between booths with one of those bags that opens up flat and it's loaded w pocket watches and other trinkets? Maybe.

Oh! BDubs is also another guard of King Ren. Yes he has the moss cloak and is terrible at sword fighting, but he has an uncanny sense for danger and is great at finding escape routes. Speaking of Ren, he plays into the werewolf thing. Meaning that under his crown he's got some wolf ears, under his cape is a tail, and when he speaks and grins you get a glimpse of giant canine teeth! It's a cool Easter egg for anyone who looks close enough and definitely hasn't sparked any rumors around the faire.

I don't really have any ideas for Grian, Scar, Mumbo, and Jimmy. And I don't think I've missed anyone,,, Skizz and Tango are up for revamping if we come up w anything else! Those were just off the top of my head.

Sometimes I just need my found family fix. And if I can't have that with the cumbling, er, destroyed Southlands then the Red Lifers will do.

There's something about the inherent loneliness of Red Lifers that compels them to seek out companionship especially from people that will understand them. Also, the fact that Magic Mountain can work is a plus.

I want Scar to laugh while pulling out twigs and leaves from Joel's hair bc being intimidating can be tiring at times.

I want Joel to give the other Red Lifers handmade combs that he made when he was still the only Red Life roaming around the server.

I want Lizzie to teach the boys how to braid their own hair. I want her to look at them before deciding that they needed to know how to make her special shampoo.

I want Jimmy to grow his hair out. Letting Lizzie mess with it anyway she wants, every other day he'd sport a new style of braid.

I want Skizz help out with the gathering of materials needed for Lizzie's special shampoo. I want him to grow fond of his fellow Red Life bc it's not just him trying to make the alliance friendship work, not like the last team that failed him. It's not in their nature; no Red Life wanted to be alone.

Sometimes I think about the fact that Red Life people don't have to worry about their Red Life friend being the boogeyman. Do they trust each other more? It just feels like there is more distrust between Green and Yellow Lifers than there is between Red Lifers.

Just hmmmmm. Red Life found family, yes.

Time your asks are never annoying I am in love with these

Rel lives have such a quality time form of love language which is so opposite for how they are around green and yellow lives. I love it because they have the thought process of realizing at that moment they're hated by everyone on the server but the other red lives and they need to stick together and help out.

Like imagine them just helping out whenever one of them needs it in the way that red lives have to live. Joel is worried a trap he set won't go off so he gets mumbo to help cause that man is now their resident redstone genius. Mumbo looks it over and is like "it's good but this is how you improve it" and they just spend the day talking about tnt.

My favorite thing is how Lizzie and Joe just don't even try to hide the fact they're married even with it being more of an rp server. So the red lives are just watching like you know how kids get disgusted everytime their mom and dad kiss they get like that every time Joel and Lizzie start flirting. Joel will compliment Lizzie and the red lives will start complaining like "too much love not enough death."

They probably trust each other more right now but have this underlying knowledge one day they'll have to turn on each other. They ignore it more than the green and yellow lives though because for now all they have are each other.
